本文论述了中西方文化对于管理的影响,分析了中国式管理出现的文化因素,总结了中国传统文化在现代管理中可加以运用的结合点,提出应该更有自信的看待我们自己管理方式的观点。     

The Bankruptcy System and the Auction Model of Management Buyout

This paper studied how the auction processis influenced by bankruptcy probability, bankruptcy cost, and the corporatetax rate. The study found thatthe bidding price of the management is negatively associated with bankruptcy cost and probability, and positivelyassociated with the corporate tax. However, the expected profit of the outside investor is positivelyassociated with bankruptcy cost and probability, and negatively associated with the corporate tax. When the bankruptcy cost and probabilityis high enough, the acquisition market would be totally inefficient.     

An Information System for Vehicle Transport Management

This paper proposes a model framework, which describes the function requirements and the common characterstics of vehicle transport management. With the frame, a computer vehicle transportation managerment information system(QCMIS)is in troduced here and it has already been put into practice. Transmission Congestion Management Based on Power Influence Coefficient

Basing eliminating on the idea that the generator who has the most influence on the power flow of line is mostly in favor of transmission congestion, the model of congestion management with the object of minimizing adjustments of bufions varied with generation outputs is proposed. It can eliminate the congestion effectively by judging the generators who should be adjusted and the amounts of adjustment. The test on IEEE-RTS24 buses system and other practical systems show that the proposed method is effective.

Earnings Management of Chinese List Companies During Announcing Rights Issue

The listed companies have strong motivation earnings management beforerights issue (RI) in order to achieve the qualification of equity refinancing.
