黄土沟谷下蚀趋势评价的指标体系研究

均衡纵剖面是一切水道发育的最终形态 ,其标准形式是摆线。以实际沟谷与标准摆线间的差异为依据 ,初步建立了由摆线相关度和沟谷纵剖面几何形态参数两类指标构成的沟谷下蚀趋势评价指标体系 ,并以鸭儿沟为例进行了实际验证 ,结果较符合实际。     

环洞庭湖丘岗地区水资源平衡及其管理

对环洞庭湖丘岗生态系统水环境要素的定位观测和小流域水平衡监测研究表明 :环洞庭湖丘岗地区水资源总量丰沛 ,可利用的集雨水量为现今农业用地最大灌溉水需求量的 2 .4 1倍 ,可维持生态系统的水量平衡。但由于雨水的季节性配置差异 ,系统水分有季节性富余与亏缺 ,一般年份 3月中旬至 7月上旬水富余 3 11.3 mm ;8月上旬至 9月下旬水亏缺 13 4 .7mm。天然降水大约 76%产生派生资源参与系统水分循环 ,其余部分主要以径流形式溢泄入下游水域。这一过程使该地区每年流失或向洞庭湖水域输送水 1.3 1× 10 1 0 m3、泥沙 1.64× 10 4 m3、养分 ( N,P,K)0 .89× 10 4 t。该地区土类多属红壤 ,持水能力强 ,但有效含水量低 ,凸现出涝渍、湿害和干旱双重农业水问题。本地区水平衡管理应注重两个方面 ,一是加强集雨水利工程建设 ;二是合理构建坡地农林复合生态系统。     

Endangered economic species of Indian desert

The economically important, naturally occurring species of the Indian desert was surveyed on the basis of the perception of local plant scientists. About one-fourth of the total 84 taxa were seen to be facing varying stages of risk. Of these, 17 species and 8 botanical varieties are endemic to Indian desert. Eighteen species in Bikaner, 21 in Jaisalmer and 19 in Jodhpur divisions were reported to be at risk. Factors responsible for the loss of species diversity have been discussed and appropriate strategies have been suggested for their conservation.

We examine the hidden-information type and arrive on analysis:in general,over-investment in the long-run project can be ensured only if the manager has more information than the stock market about the long-run project,but not about the short-run project.

企业会计政策在形式上表现为企业会计过程的一种技术规范,但其本质上却是经济和政治利益的博弈和制度安排。企业在进行会计政策选择时,常常是基于与各利益相关方合约的考虑,特别是与股东、债权人及政府合约的考虑。因此,本文提出为防止企业在进行会计政策选择时,由于偏向某一特定利益主体而出现偏差,应完善公司治理结构,提高会计政策的公允性。     

Dynamic Stabilization of Non-equity Strategic Alliance

Non equity Strategic Alliance is one of the middle organization forms between enterprises and the market. It is loosely coupled and agile based on the restriction and coordination by contract. Relative to Equity Strategic Alliance, it shows the agile character. But, this character causes the instability and complexity. The authors did a research of dynamic stabilization in Non-equity Strategic Alliance supported by the theories of institution equilibrium from New Institutional Economics. Presuming a control management institute M, the dynamic stabilization model of Non-equity Strategic Alliance under conditions of complete information and incomplete information is established. The author hopes to help Chinese enterprises establish Non equity Strategic Alliance was established under the changing environment.

采用分光光度法研究在二甲基甲酰胺（ＤＭＦ）和二甲亚砜（ＤＭＳＯ）混合溶剂中的多硫离子平衡表明，无论在Ｚ＝２或８／３的溶液中，当表现浓度减小时，都有利于多硫离子的降解。并且溶液中多硫离子之间的化学平衡，都随混合溶剂的组成变化，也即和介电常数有关．低介电常数有利于低聚合度的多硫自由基离子的存在．
