The software
(Integrated Resources for Evaluating Numerical Estimates) is a data analysis tool designed to provide easy access to statistical techniques for use in model evaluation. Mostly, non-replicated model estimates (Ei) are compared against non-replicated measurements (Mi). The software also allows comparing individual estimates against replicated measurements (or vice versa) and replicated estimates against replicated measurements. The evaluation of model performance is essentially based on the difference Ei−Mi, or on the correlation–regression of Ei vs. Mi (or vice versa). In addition, model evaluation by probability distributions, pattern analysis, or fuzzy-based aggregation statistics is allowed. Graphics are included in most analytical tasks. The results are displayed in separate spreadsheets and can be exported into MS Excel workbooks. 相似文献

This paper describes the development of a Crop Knowledge Base System for use in crop modelling and yield forecasting. The inherent limitations of databases can cause problems for dealing effectively with geo-referenced data sets. The system described here includes all the normal database operations but also handles richer types of data. Values of queried attributes can be deduced through the use of heritability within hierarchies and by the application of rules that summarise sets of empirical observations. The system is able to reason about similar locations, so that where no information exists in the knowledge base for a particular location, then an alternative location, subject to similar meteorological and agricultural conditions, will be sought. 相似文献

利用空间相关模型和传统方差分析模型对小麦和玉米3个田间试验产量数据进行了拟合与分析。结果表明,3个试验都显著存在空间变异,空间变异方差占据剩余变异方差的83.5%~0.4%;相对于传统随机完全区组分析法,空间相关模型法效应比较的标准误平均降低18.4%~14.2%,分析相对效率平均为1.50~1.36,因而比区组控制空间变异更有效;不同空间相关模型分析的结果呈现出一定的差异。建议利用空间相关模型分析田间试验,并利用Akaike信息准则(AIC)进行最佳空间相关模型选择。 相似文献

为了探索锡林河流域青贮玉米高效节水的最优灌溉制度,进行了连续2年的田间灌溉试验,研究了滴灌条件下青贮玉米的灌溉制度。研究表明,青贮玉米在拔节期-抽雄期土壤水消耗比率最低,作物系数、产量反应系数和腾发量在整个生育期内均达到最大,为青贮玉米的需水关键期;在田间试验的基础上,利用WIN ISAREG模型对实际灌溉制度进行了评价,并模拟了多种组合方案,得到了青贮玉米优选的灌溉制度,青贮玉米生育期内共灌水8次,灌水量200 mm,产量下降率为5.6%,灌水效率达到100%。研究结果可为流域内的青贮玉米灌溉预报,以及有效的利用当地水资源提供参考。 相似文献

Simulation and Prediction of Soil Organic Carbon Dynamics in Jiangsu Province Based on Model and GIS Techniques 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
Based on the databases of soils, meteorology, crop production, and agricultural management, changes in the soil organic carbon (SOC) of agro-ecosystems in Jiangsu Province were simulated by using a soil organic carbon model with a linkage of GIS. Four data sets of soil organic carbon measured from various field experiments in Jiangsu Province were used to validate the model. It was demonstrated that the model simulation in general agreed with the field measurements. Model simulation indicated that the SOC content in approximately 77% of the agricultural soils in Jiangsu Province has increased since the Second National Soil Survey completed in the early 1980s. Compared with the values in 1985, the SOC content in 2000 was estimated to increase by 1.0-3.0 g kg-1 for the north and the coastal areas of the province, and by 3.5-5.0 g kg-1 for the region of Tai Lake in the south. A slight decrease (about 0.5-1.5 g kg-1 ) was estimated for the central region of Jiangsu Province and the Nanjing-Zhenjiang hilly area. Model prediction for 2010 A.D. under two scena-rios, i.e., with 30 and 50% of the harvested crop straw incorporation, suggested that the SOC in Jiangsu Province would increase, and thus that the agricultural soils would have potential as organic carbon storage. The incorporation of crop straw into soils is of great benefit to increase soil carbon storage, consequently to benefit the control of the rise of atmospheric CO2 concentration and to maintain the sustainable development of agriculture. 相似文献
