农村信用合作社治理模式研究

中国农民对合作金融有着强烈的需求,但目前仍存在法人治理机构不完善、产权监督缺失等问题。应利用股份合作制来解决农村信用社的治理模式问题,通过引入投资股、设置合理的股权结构;建立有效的产权监督机制,强化农村信用社的信息披露,努力把农村信用合作社办成产权明晰、经营有特色的现代金融企业。     

沙棘企业与HACCP

本文论述沙棘企业实行HACCP的必要性与紧迫性,以及在国家质检总局2004-6-1发布的SN/T1443.1～2-2004《食品安全管理体系要求审核指南》指导下,如何在沙棘企业质量管理中推行HACCP体系,并使企业的产品质量管理在技术层面上顺利达到出口食品的安全要求.     

共同支配地位反垄断法规制“企业因素”界定

企业间的诸多因素，如企业数量、企业对称性、生产能力、以及结构联系，对它们达成或维持协调行为或一致行动很重要。因此，在判定企业是否具有共同支配地位时，必须充分考虑到这些因素，方能确保判断的准确性。目前我国反垄断执法尚未完全掌握这一考察方法，因而今后应充分借鉴相关国家的成熟经验，尽早探寻出一套契合我国国情的共同支配地位判定方法。     

基于MATLAB实现模糊神经网络模型在企业水环境中的应用

指出了水质评价是进行水环境容量计算和实施水污染控制规划的重要基础。应用模糊神经网络原理，以某企业污水处理站的检验数据为依据，选择3个评价参数，使用MATLAB函数工具箱编程，建立了T—S模型，经过仿真得出评价结果，研究表明：该方法能正确评价水质的样本，具有较好地客观性和预测性。     

PCR detection of ratoon stunting disease pathogen and natural resistance analysis in sugarcane core germplasms

Exploring and utilizing resistant germplasm resources plays a pivotal role in breeding for disease resistance, while screening resistant germplasm is important for selecting and breeding varieties resistant to disease. In the present study, we used PCR to detect the ratoon stunting disease (RSD) bacterium Leifsonia xyli subsp. xyli (Lxx) in 137 sugarcane core germplasms from the National Nursery of Sugarcane Germplasm Resources (NNSGR, Kaiyuan, China) in 2009, 2010 and 2011. A total of 21 germplasms that tested negative for Lxx in 2009 and 2010 were selected for further Lxx detection after being subjected to artificial inoculation in 2011 and 2012. The 21 core germplasms that were negative for Lxx after natural infection and artificial inoculation can provide elite resistance source materials and reference frames for the effective breeding of RSD-resistant sugarcane varieties. Under natural conditions, 116 (84.67%) and 21 (15.33%) out of 137 germplasms were positive and negative for Lxx, respectively, as determined by PCR detection, which suggests that a relatively high ratio of sugarcane core germplasms was sensitive to RSD, while few were resistant to RSD. The sequencing and analysis of 30 randomly selected PCR products showed that all 30 sequences were identical or highly homologous to the corresponding Lxx genome region published in GenBank (99.54–100% similarity). Lxx can be detected effectively and precisely by PCR. We therefore recommend PCR as a rapid, low cost and simple procedure to score sugarcane core germplasms for RSD resistance.     

企业人力资本投资风险的理论分析与对策探讨

企业是以追逐利润为目的的经济组织,为了提高员工的生产能力,提高经济效益,一般都会对员工进行人力资本投资。企业人力资本投资具有与政府公共人力资本投资和个人人力资本投资不同的特点,主要表现为追逐利润动机明确、出资主体较单一、投资方式较简单、投资风险大。造成企业人力资本投资风险的因素是多方面的,企业必须采取一定的对策措施减少人力资本投资收益的不确定因素,降低投资风险。

民营企业分化问题研究

中国民营企业存在迅速兴起后大量分化的现象,揭示其根本原因对于民营企业持续发展具有重要意义。从民营企业创业者遵循的价值观对公司治理结构影响因素的分析入手,研究了民营企业的分化机制,得出了民营企业实行“劳动股份制”是产生这一现象的体制原因的结论,并指出了避免分化的改造方向。     

Responses of simultaneously recorded intraperitoneal and subcutaneous temperatures of Black Bedouin goats to transient thyrosuppression during cold stress

Unlike poikilotherms, homeotherms resist wide amplitudes of core body temperature (T_core) fluctuation when exposed to reasonably variant ambient temperature (T_a) extremes. The degree of cold/heat thermotolerance varies tremendously amongst mammalian species. Thermotolerance can be partially inferred by the extent of resistance in body temperature displacement from normothermia when subjected to thermal stress. Regulation of thyroid calorigenic hormones is primarily contingent upon thermal homeostasis. Thyrosuppression generally exacerbates cold stress and hence may be a useful tool to examine the extent of cold-tolerance. An experiment was conducted to examine the extent of cold-tolerance on artificially goitrous Black Bedouin goats. Ten goat kids (initial Avg. BW = 30.6 ± 0.4 kg) were fitted with two miniature temperature data loggers, intraperitoneally and subcutaneously to identify core (T_core) and subcutaneous (T_sq) temperature responses, respectively, to chronically (47 days) cold (< 10 °C) environment along with or without oral administration of the thyreostat propylthiouracil (PTU 20 mg/kg BW/day). Five animals served as controls (CON) whereas the remaining five were treated with PTU for 31 out of the overall 47-day observation period. Despite its 74.5%-evoked transient depression of circulating free thyroxine (FT4), PTU-treatment failed (P > 0.10) to cause significant displacements in T_core or T_sq as compared to CON values throughout the 52-day trial period. As a function of T_a, T_core − T_sq thermal gradient revealed a significantly (P < 0.01) linear regression (r² = 0.41), to indirectly infer a graded blood redistribution from peripheral to splanchnic vascular beds with the fall in T_a. In the light of the current findings, it can be deduced that– in addition to the fact that it is superior in terms of heat-tolerance– the Black Bedouin goat is also profoundly cold-tolerant. Furthermore, our recently developed technique in concurrently recording T_core and T_sq proves efficient and feasible to simultaneously record temperatures of different body sites in free-roaming animals, thereby overcoming potentially erroneous artifacts caused by frequent experimenter intrusion.     

中国地方胡萝卜品种资源的核心样品构建

 以340份我国地方胡萝卜品种为材料, 通过对4个数量性状和9个质量性状的评价进行聚类分组, 设定适宜的阈值, 以靠近阈值最近的材料作为候选样品, 分别按10%、15%和20%比例初步构建了胡萝卜3个核心种质。对3个核心样品13个性状基本参数与总体资源比较的结果表明, 3个核心样品的β - 胡萝卜素、干物质及维生素C的含量平均值均与总体资源存在显著差异, 但核心样品的4个数量性状与总体资源符合度(表型保留比例) 比较好。核心样品9个质量性状表现型频率与总体无显著差异, 符合度均达到了100%。随着取样比例的减少, 核心样品的地域分布迅速减少, 10%核心样品的分布省市数比总体资源减少了8个, 资源主要来源省市所占比例由原来的50%降到了35%。因此, 建议以15%～20%作为构建小规模胡萝卜资源核心样品的适宜比例。
