[目的]探讨干旱区盐渍化严重地区芦苇与盐分关系,揭示芦苇地下生物量垂直分布规律。[方法]通过野外调查、野外实地采样得到了较准确的芦苇种群地下生物量数据,利用统计学和生态学相结合的方法分析了芦苇地下生物量的垂直分布。通过试验测定了芦苇湿地有机碳和全氮的含量,求取了C/N比值,并分析了三者之间的相关性模型。[结果]芦苇种群地下总的生物量集中在10~40cm土层,粗根在总的生物量中起明显的决定性作用。有机碳和全氮总体变化呈下降趋势,50cm以下土壤有机碳和全氮变化趋势稳定。土壤有机碳与全氮含量呈显著正相关。[结论]为干旱区盐渍化地区芦苇地下生物量的获取提供了理论依据。  相似文献

We investigated wheat (Triticum aestivum) grain quality under Free Air CO2 Enrichment (FACE) of 550 ± 10% CO2 μmol mol−1. In each of two full growing seasons (2008 and 2009), two times of sowing were compared, with late sowing designed to mimic high temperature during grain filling. Grain samples were subjected to a range of physical, nutritional and rheological quality assessments. Elevated CO2 increased thousand grain weight (8%) and grain diameter (5%). Flour protein concentration was reduced by 11% at e[CO2], with the highest reduction being observed at the late time of sowing in 2009, (15%). Most of the grain mineral concentrations decreased under e[CO2] - Ca (11%), Mg (7%), P (11%) and S (7%), Fe (10%), Zn (17%), Na (19%), while total uptake of these nutrients per unit ground area increased. Rheological properties of the flour were altered by e[CO2] and bread volume reduced by 7%. Phytate concentration in grains tended to decrease (17%) at e[CO2] while grain fructan concentration remained unchanged. The data suggest that rising atmospheric [CO2] will reduce the nutritional and rheological quality of wheat grain, but at high temperature, e[CO2] effects may be moderated. Reduced phytate concentrations at e[CO2] may improve bioavailability of Fe and Zn in wheat grain.  相似文献

固碳释氧是植物的一项重要生态功能,三峡库区消落带分布范围广、面积大,对其适生植物的固碳释氧能力进行研究具有重要的意义。以重庆市三峡库区开州区至万州区消落带13种适生植物为研究对象,通过测定其净光合速率和叶面积指数,分析研究其固碳释氧能力。结果表明,13种适生植物的净光合速率日变化曲线主要呈单峰型或双峰型曲线,单峰型曲线植物有桑(Morus alba)、白芒(Miscanthus sinensis)和辣蓼(Polygonum hydropiper),其他10种植物中山杉(Taxodium‘Zhongshanshan’)、竹柳(Salix sp.)、柑橘(Citrus reticulata)、牡荆(Vitex negundo var.cannabifolia)、地桃花(Urena lobata)、苍耳(Xanthium sibiricum)、芦苇(Phragmites australis)、大狼杷草(Bidens frondosa)、鬼针草(Bidens pilosa)、合萌(Aeschynomene indica)的净光合速率日变化曲线均表现为双峰曲线,单位叶面积日净同化量为90.28~410.20 mmol/(m~2·d),固碳量为3.18~14.44 g/(m~2·d),释氧量为2.31~10.50 g/(m~2·d);单位土地面积日固碳量为6.15~65.47 g/(m~2·d),释氧量为4.48~47.62 g/(m~2·d)。单位叶面积固碳释氧能力聚类分析表明,乔木(3种)、灌木(3种)均分为两级,草本(7种)分为三级;单位土地面积固碳释氧能力分析表明,乔木(3种)、灌木(3种)和草本(7种)均分为两级;日固碳释氧能力较强的乔木为竹柳,灌木有地桃花和牡荆,草本有芦苇、辣蓼、鬼针草。本研究为三峡库区消落带生态修复工程中植被的选择应用提供了理论参考,为消落带修复工程示范区生态效益的评价提供了科学依据。  相似文献

为了解我国油菜黑胫病病原菌(Leptosphaeria biglobosa)的生物学特性,在实验室里研究了温度、pH值、光照、碳源及氮源等条件对该病菌营养生长及分生孢子产生的影响。结果表明:病原菌在5℃~35℃均可进行营养生长并产孢,最适生长和产孢温度为25℃;在pH4~10的范围内该菌均能生长并产孢,在pH7的条件下生长最快,产孢最多。光暗交替有利于菌丝生长和产孢,而持续光照不利于菌丝生长,尤其不利于产孢。最适的碳源、氮源分别是可溶性淀粉、牛肉膏。分生孢子的致死温度为52℃。  相似文献

以井冈山林相图为基础图形资料,根据1999年的二类清查资料建立数据库,建立森林资源地理信息系统,论述了森林资源的分布特征;统计了各种森林类型的面积;实现了资源现状的可视化以及森林类型自动查询和检索;并输出专题图.关于森林资源变化动态分析得出:从1988年至1999年井冈山自然保护区的森林覆盖率从73.1%增长到85%:有林地比例从77.80%增加到88.38%,1988年、1995年、1999年单位面积的蓄积量分别为65.25m3/hm2、96.15m3/hm2、105.50m3/hm2,蓄积显著增加后趋于稳定.1995年和1999年保护区总生物量分别为6 160 986.70t和6 245 181.834t,碳储量密度分别为86.82t/hm2和90.93t/bm2,平均增长1.83t/hm2·a,碳汇作用明显.  相似文献

Ocean net pen production of Atlantic salmon is approaching 2 million metric tons (MT) annually and has proven to be cost- and energy-efficient. Recently, with technology improvements, freshwater aquaculture of Atlantic salmon from eggs to harvestable size of 4–5 kg in land-based closed containment (LBCC) water recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS) has been demonstrated as a viable production technology. Land-based, closed containment water recirculating aquaculture systems technology offers the ability to fully control the rearing environment and provides flexibility in locating a production facility close to the market and on sites where cost of land and power are competitive. This flexibility offers distinct advantages over Atlantic salmon produced in open net pen systems, which is dependent on access to suitable coastal waters and a relatively long transport distance to supply the US market. Consequently, in this paper we present an analysis of the investment needed, the production cost, the profitability and the carbon footprint of producing 3300 MT of head-on gutted (HOG) Atlantic salmon from eggs to US market (wholesale) using two different production systems—LBCC-RAS technology and open net pen (ONP) technology using enterprise budget analysis and carbon footprint with the LCA method. In our analysis we compare the traditional open net pen production system in Norway and a model freshwater LBCC-RAS facility in the US. The model ONP is small compared to the most ONP systems in Norway, but the LBCC-RAS is large compared to any existing LBCC-RAS for Atlantic salmon. The results need to be interpreted with this in mind. Results of the financial analysis indicate that the total production costs for two systems are relatively similar, with LBCC-RAS only 10% higher than the ONP system on a head-on gutted basis (5.60 US$/kg versus 5.08 US$/kg, respectively). Without interest and depreciation, the two production systems have an almost equal operating cost (4.30 US$/kg for ONP versus 4.37 US$/kg for LBCC-RAS). Capital costs of the two systems are not similar for the same 3300 MT of head-on gutted salmon. The capital cost of the LBCC-RAS model system is approximately 54,000,000 US$ and the capital cost of the ONP system is approximately 30,000,000 US$, a difference of 80%. However, the LBCC-RAS model system selling salmon at a 30% price premium is comparatively as profitable as the ONP model system (profit margin of 18% versus 24%, respectively), even though its 15-year net present value is negative and its return on investment is lower than ONP system (9% versus 18%, respectively). The results of the carbon footprint analysis confirmed that production of feed is the dominating climate aspect for both production methods, but also showed that energy source and transport methods are important. It was shown that fresh salmon produced in LBCC-RAS systems close to a US market that use an average US electricity mix have a much lower carbon footprint than fresh salmon produced in Norway in ONP systems shipped to the same market by airfreight, 7.41 versus 15.22 kg CO2eq/kg salmon HOG, respectively. When comparing the carbon footprint of production-only, the LBCC-RAS-produced salmon has a carbon footprint that is double that of the ONP-produced salmon, 7.01 versus 3.39 kg CO2eq/kg salmon live-weight, respectively.  相似文献

There are two common methods to characterize organic chemical composition of decomposing plant litter, a forest products method and a forage fiber method. These methods divide litter into a few fractions based on extractions using different solvents. In this study, equivalencies were established between the fractions of the methods. Some of the equivalencies were based on similarities in the fractionation methods, whereas some were estimated empirically. The equivalencies gave similar chemical composition for different litter types as measurements. The results were also comparable to, or for certain fractions even better than, those obtained using earlier conversion equations. The equivalencies established are suitable for converting the forage fiber fractions to the forest products fractions in litter decomposition studies. Thus, they increase possibilities to exchange data on litter chemical characteristics across the methods in decomposition studies.  相似文献

Forest management and climate change may have a substantial impact on future soil organic carbon (SOC) stocks at the country scale. Potential SOC in Japanese forest soils was regionally estimated under nine forest managements and a climate change scenario using the CENTURY ecosystem model. Three rotations (30, 50, 100 yr) and three thinning regimes were tested: no‐thinning; 30% of the trees cut in the middle of the rotation (e.g. 15 year in a 30‐yr rotation) and thinned trees all left as litter or slash (ThinLef) and the trees from thinning removed from the forest (ThinRem). A climate change scenario was tested (ca. 3 °C increase in air temperature and 9% increase in precipitation). The model was run at 1 km resolution using climate, vegetation and soil databases. The estimated SOC stock ranged from 1600 to 1830 TgC (from 6800 to 7800 gC/m2), and the SOC stock was largest with the longest rotation and was largest under ThinLef with all three rotations. Despite an increase in net primary production, the SOC stock decreased by 5% under the climate change scenario.  相似文献

 研究了不同浓度(0.001、0.01和0.1μmol·L - 1 ) 的外源一氧化碳(CO) 供体高铁血红素(Hematin, H) 对切花月季‘影星’的瓶插寿命和抗氧化代谢的影响。结果表明, 与对照相比, CO供体在0.001~0.01μmol·L - 1范围内, 随使用浓度的提高延长了切花月季的瓶插寿命, 其中0.01μmol·L - 1处理效果最明显, 而0.1μmol·L - 1的处理反而缩短切花月季的瓶插寿命。进一步研究发现, H 0.01μmol·L - 1处理还不同程度地上调前期过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性, 显著降低MDA含量。  相似文献
