不同钙磷水平对五龙鹅生产性能及血浆和胫骨生化指标的影响 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
选用1日龄健康五龙鹅雏,采用4×2二因子设计研究饲粮中不同钙磷水平对0~4周龄五龙鹅生产性能、血浆钙磷含量和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性以及胫骨灰分及钙磷含量的影响.结果表明:①不同钙水平对五龙鹅体增重及料重比影响显著(P<0.05);对饲料消耗影响极显著(P<0.01);饲粮钙水平为0.65%时的体增重最高,料重比最低,饲料消耗最高;不同磷水平对体增重、饲料消耗影响显著(P<0.05),但对料重比无影响;钙磷间的交互作用对体增重、饲料消耗及料重比影响显著(P<0.05).②不同钙水平对血浆钙含量影响极显著(P<0.01),当饲粮钙水平为0.65%时血钙最高,对血浆磷含量影响不显著(P>0.05),对血浆AKP活性影响显著(P<0.05),以0.65%钙水平的AKP活性最低;不同磷水平对血浆钙含量影响显著(P<0.05),对血浆磷含量影响极显著(P<0.01),对血浆AKP活性影响不显著(P>0.05);钙磷间的交互作用对血浆钙磷水平及AKP活性影响极显著(P<0.01).③不同钙水平对胫骨粗灰分及钙含量影响显著(P<0.05),以0.65%钙水平时的灰分及钙含量最高,对胫骨磷含量影响不显著(P>0.05);不同磷水平对胫骨粗灰分含量影响极显著(P<0.01),对胫骨钙磷含量影响显著(P<0.05);钙磷互作对胫骨灰分及钙磷含量影响极显著(P<0.01). 相似文献

【目的】探究硝普钠(SNP,NO供体)预浸种对肉桂酸(CA)处理黄瓜和黑籽南瓜根系生长及根边缘细胞(BCs)生物学特性的影响。【方法】研究不同浓度(0,50,100,200和400μmol/L)的SNP溶液浸种对250μmol/L CA处理黄瓜和黑籽南瓜根长、根系活力及根BCs的数目、存活率及黏胶层厚度的影响。【结果】CA单独处理降低了黄瓜根系长度、BCs数目及其存活率,增加了BCs的黏胶层厚度,但对根系活力影响不显著。50和100μmol/L的SNP能够缓解CA对黄瓜根系长度、BCs数目与存活率的抑制作用,100μmol/L SNP还降低了黄瓜BCs的黏胶层厚度;200和400μmol/L的SNP提高了CA对根长、BCs数目与存活率的抑制作用,并引起BCs黏胶层厚度进一步增加。CA单独处理对黑籽南瓜幼苗根长与根系活力影响不大,但降低了BCs数目与存活率,增加了BCs黏胶层厚度。50和100μmol/L的SNP能够提高CA处理下黑籽南瓜BCs数目与存活率,而BCs黏胶层厚度变化不明显;400μmol/L SNP抑制了黑籽南瓜根系生长,降低了BCs的数目与存活率,但对BCs黏胶层厚度与根系活力影响不明显。【结论】50与100μmol/L SNP溶液浸种均能在一定程度上缓解CA对黄瓜的胁迫作用,以100μmol/L SNP为好;CA对黑籽南瓜胁迫程度较小,SNP对黑籽南瓜受CA胁迫程度的缓解作用也远小于黄瓜。 相似文献

皖稻125是安徽省农科院水稻研究所育成的杂交中籼新组合,具有早熟、高产、抗病等特点,2006年通过国家农作物品种审定。2004—2005年对其在淮北地区不同父母本行比及播期、栽插密度与激素用量等对制种产量性状的影响进行了研究。结果表明:提高母本栽插密度是提高制种产量的关键,但同时也要兼顾其他性状。皖稻125制种产量3 000 kg/hm2适宜的播种期及播差期为:父本5月10日播种,父母本播差期为31 d;父母本行比宜采用2∶14;母本栽插密度采用13.3 cm×13.3 cm,九二○的用量控制在210 g/hm2左右。 相似文献

Carbonic anhydrase enzymes have been shown to play an important role in ion transport and pH regulation in several organisms including fish. Despite this information and the wealth of knowledge regarding the significance of CA enzymes in fish, few studies have reported the hazardous effects of chemicals on fish CA. Using rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) as a model, this study aimed to determine the risk of pesticides and fungicides on fish carbonic anhydrase enzymes. For this purpose, screening of rainbow trout carbonic anhydrase activities was carried out in the presence of some pesticides and fungicides. Carbonic anhydrase enzymes were initially purified from rainbow trout liver, muscle, kidney and brain, and exposed to pesticides and fungicides, including mancozeb, cypermethrin, deltamethrin and dinocap. Pesticides and fungicides dose-dependently decreased in vitro CA activity at micromolar concentrations. Since deltamethrin was the most powerful inhibitor for all tissues in in vitro experiments, it was chosen for in vivo analysis as well. rtCAs were significantly inhibited by the three concentrations of deltamethrin (0.25, 1.0 and 2.5 μg/L) at 24th and 48th hours. Our findings indicate that deltamethrin, dinocap, mancozeb and cypermethrin are potent inhibitors for fish CA enzymes, and might cause undesirable results by disrupting acid-base regulation as well as salt transport in freshwater or seawater adapted fish. 相似文献

We observed neuroprotective effects of five major lipophilic diterpenes derived from Danshen (Radix Salvia miltiorrhiza) extract, such as cryptotanshinone (CTs), dihydrotanshinone I (DTsI), tanshinone I (TsI), tanshinone IIA (TsIIA) and tanshinone IIB (TsIIB), in the hippocampal CA1 region (CA1) against transient ischemic damage in gerbils. These diterpenes were administered 30 min before ischemia–reperfusion and the animals were sacrificed 4 days after ischemia–reperfusion. In the vehicle-treated-group, cresyl violet positive (CV+) cells and neuronal nuclei (NeuN)+ neurons were significantly decreased in the CA1. However, in the TsI- and CTs-treated-ischemia-groups, CV+ and NeuN+ neurons were abundant in the CA1. In the other groups, the number of CV+ and NeuN+ neurons was less than the TsI- and CTs-treated-ischemia-groups. In addition, gliosis induced by ischemic damage was apparently blocked in the TsI- and CTs-treated-ischemia-groups. AIM: To investigate the expression of miR-125b in pediatric acute myeloid leukemia (AML), and to explore the inhibitory effect of anti-miR-125b oligonucleotide on human leukemic cells. METHODS: The expression of miRNAs in pediatric AML bone marrow cells was analyzed by gene microarray and real-time quantitative PCR. HL-60 cells were transfected with anti-miR-125b, which was complementary to miR-125b in sequence, and the viability of HL-60 cells was measured by CCK-8 assay 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h after electroporation. RESULTS: The expression levels of miR-125b in the cells of newly diagnosed pediatric AML patients was almost 12 times as high as that in the cells of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura cases.However, the decreased levels of miR-125b in the cells of partial remission patients and returned to normal in the cells of completely remission patients were observed. At the same time, the growth rate of the cells treated with anti-miR-125b oligonucleotide was obviously decreased compared with that of control cells. CONCLUSION: miR-125b may take effect as an oncogene in pediatric AML. Anti-miR-125b oligonucleotide may be useful as a new drug for treating pediatric AML. 相似文献
