Root mat method described by Kuchenbuch and Jungk was used to study the rhizosphere processes. The experiment was carried out on two years oldPinus koraiensis seedlings. Soil samples collected from the upper 20-cm soil layer in Changbai Mountain were treated with three different forms of nitrogen fertilizers: NO3 −N, NH4 +−N and NH4NO3. The results showed that the soil pH and available P near the roots were all lower than in the bulk soil in control treatment. NH4 +−N application greatly decreased the soil pH near the roots compared to the control treatment and promoted the absorption of phosphorus, which led to a more remarkable depletion region of available P. On the contrary, the rhizosphere soil pH was higher than in the bulk soil in treatments with NO3 −N and retarded the P absorption, which led to a nearly equal available P contents to the bulk soil. In treatment with NH4NO3, the rhizosphere soil pH was only a little lower than that in the control treatment and its effects on P absorption is mediate between the treatments with NH4 +−N and NO3 −N. As part of a study of the processes involved in litter biodegradation following sewage sludge (SS) addition, the variations over 14 months of phosphatase activities in a cork oak litter (Quercus suber L.) were investigated. A field experimental design was carried out using the litter-bag method on both a fertilized plot receiving SS applications (twice ) and a control plot. Acid (APH) and alkaline (BPH) phosphatases were measured, along with several biotic and abiotic variables potentially involved in the regulation of these enzymes. These included moisture, temperature, pH, water-extractable inorganic P (PW), culturable heterotrophic bacteria and fungi. Sludge addition had significant effects on all the variables measured. Indeed, sludge increased significantly BPH activities, available PW, microbial densities (i.e. bacteria and fungi) and pH in the fertilized plot. In contrast, APH activities decreased significantly following sludge addition. As a consequence, the BPH/APH ratio increased markedly and immediately in the fertilized plot, but only after the 1st amendment. Following the 1st preconditioning SS amendment, the 2nd fertilization had fewer effects on biological variables, because of summer dryness. The different properties examined varied significantly with incubation time, and most were significantly related to the seasonal patterns of litter moisture in this Mediterranean forest ecosystem. Hence, sewage sludge application modified the intensity of microbial responses to environmental factors, but biological patterns regulating P turn-over were maintained.  相似文献

为探究控释氮肥施用策略对稻茬小麦产量和氮肥吸收利用的影响,在大田条件下,以小麦品种扬麦16和扬麦20为材料,设置不施氮(T1)、常规速效氮肥分次施用(T2,对照)、常规控释氮肥一次性基施(T3)、速效氮肥减量分次施用(T4)、控释氮肥减量一次性基施(T5)、控释+速效氮肥一次性基施(T6)、控释+速效氮肥配合分次施用(T7)共7种氮肥处理,比较分析了不同处理下稻茬小麦产量、叶面积指数(LAI)、叶绿素相对值(SPAD值)、干物质积累量、氮素积累量、根系吸收面积和根系氧化力等性状的差异。结果表明,两个品种的产量均表现为T6>T7>T3>T5>T2>T4>T1。与T2处理相比,两个品种的平均产量在T3、T6和T7处理下分别增加17.9%、30.3%和25.1%,平均氮肥农学效率(AE)分别增加40.0%、84.8%和72.4%,平均氮肥偏生产力(PFP)分别增加22.2%、52.3%和45.6%。与单一施用速效氮肥(T2、T4)或控释氮肥(T3、T5)处理相比,在控释氮肥与速效氮肥配施(T6、T7)处理下两个品种的地上部农艺性状(干物质积累量、LAI和SPAD值)显著改善,氮素积累量、根干重、根冠比、根系氧化力、根系总吸收表面积和活跃吸收表面积均显著增加。因此,控释氮肥配施速效氮肥策略可以同步促进稻茬小麦地上部与地下部生长,最终实现高产与氮肥高效吸收利用。  相似文献

Abstract

To Quantify The Effects of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (Am Fungi) On The Growth of Upland Field Crops Cultivated in Japan, We Analyzed Soil Samples From 124 Sites in 18 Japanese Prefectures For Available P Content, Ph and Am Fungal Spore Density. The Am Fungal Spore Density in The 124 Soil Samples Was 1.7 Per G Dw On The Average, and Lower Than 1.0 Per G Dry Soil (Dw) in About Half of The Soil Samples. The Maximum Spore Density Was 20.6 Spores Per G Dw. The Density of Am Fungal Spore Did Not Vary Significantly With The Sampling Site and The Kind of Cultivated Crop in The Sampling Field. The Ph of The Soil With A High Spore Density Ranged From 6 To 8, and in The Soil Samples With A Ph Lower Than 6 and Higher Than 8, TheSpore Density Was Lower Than 5 Spores Per G Dw. Thus, in The Acid Or Alkaline Soil, The Sporogenesis of Am Fungi Is Suppressed. Because Available P Content Was Consistently Low in The Soil Samples With A High Spore Density, P Content Was Considered To Correlate With The Am Fungal Spore Density. Therefore, Crop Cultivation With Limited P Fertilizer Application and Reduced Available P Content May Be Important To increase Am Fungal Spore Density in Upland Field Soil.  相似文献

 This study was conducted to determine effects of long-term winter cover cropping with hairy vetch, cereal rye and annual ryegrass on soil N availability and corn productivity. From 1987 to 1995, with the exception of the first year of the study, the cover crops were seeded each year in late September or early October after the corn harvest and incorporated into the soil in late April or early May. Corn was seeded 10 days to 2 weeks after the cover crop residues had been incorporated, and N fertilizer was applied as a side-dressing at rates of 0, 67, 134, or 201 kg N ha–1 each year. While the average annual total N input from the above-ground biomass of the cover crops was highest for hairy vetch (72.4 kg N ha–1), the average annual total C input was highest for cereal rye (1043 kg C ha–1) compared with the other cover crops. Hairy vetch was the only cover crop that significantly increased pre-side-dressed NO3 -N (Ni) corn biomass and N uptake at 0 N. At an N fertilizer rate of 134 kg N ha–1 or higher, the cover crops had a minimal effect on corn biomass. This indicated that even after 9 years of winter cover cropping, the effect of the cover crops on corn growth resulted primarily from their influence on soil N availability. The amount of available N estimated from the cover crops (Nac) was significantly correlated with relative corn biomass production (r 2=0.707, P<0.001). The total amount of available N, comprising Nac and N added from fertilizer (Nf), was strongly correlated (r 2=0.820, P<0.001)) with relative corn biomass production. The correlation was also high for the available N comprising Ni and Nf (r 2=0.775, P<0.001). Although cereal rye and annual ryegrass did not improve corn biomass production in the short term, they benefited soil organic N accumulation and gradually improved corn biomass production compared with the control over the long term. 将体重相近的60头15kg左右的杜长大仔猪分为5个处理(对照组、AP降低0.1%、AP降低0.12%、AP降低0.1%+酶、AP降低0.12%+酶),每个处理3个重复,每重复4头仔猪。研究结果表明:曰粮有效磷水平和植酸酶对仔猪生长、料重比都有显著的影响(P〈0.05),与对照组相比,当日粮有效磷水平降低0.1%,仔猪体重、日增重会显著降低,而料重比显著上升;当有效磷降低0.1%添加植酸酶时,仔猪体重、日增重会显著增加,而料重比显著下降;当日粮有效磷降低0.12%时,不论加酶与否,其体重、日增重都会显著下降,而料重比会显著增加。  相似文献

探讨了温度对Olsen法测定潮土速效磷的影响,结果表明,撮温度和速效磷浸出量之间呈极显著正相关,这种影响又与土壤速效磷贮量有关。根据统计分析得出比率(P25/P1)与温度之间的有关参数,确定了包含土壤磷素水平影响在内的10 ̄30℃温度范围的经验校正式:P25=Pt(A+Bt)经检验,不同土样任意温度下测定值的校正值与25℃时测定值无显著差异,符合试验要求。  相似文献

生物炭如何影响土壤磷素的有效性目前尚不清楚。本研究以稻草和白杨树枝为原料,采用室内培养方法,研究了300℃、450℃和600℃制备的生物炭在5、15和40g/kg施用量下对水稻土Olsen-P的影响。与树枝炭相比,稻草炭显著提高了水稻土Olsen-P含量;3种温度制备的稻草炭对水稻土Olsen-P的影响不存在显著差异;3种施用量稻草炭均显著提高了水稻土Olsen-P含量。生物炭制备原料和施用量均显著影响土壤磷素的有效性,不同温度制备的生物炭对土壤磷素的有效性影响不显著。  相似文献

Summary The direct contribution made by soil arthropods to nutrient dynamics was investigated in pine forests that differed in soil nutrient status. Nutrient concentrations (K+, Ca2+, Mg2+, PO 4 3– , N, C) in the most abundant species and groups of arthropods in two Pinus nigra forests were compared, and distinct differences were found among taxonomic groups. In the rank order: collembolans, oribatides, isopods, diplopods, Ca2+ and Mg2+ concentrations increased, while N and C concentrations decreased. The nutrient concentrations in individuals of the same species but originating from the different forests were similar, except for the isopod Philoscia muscorum. The total and available nutrient concentrations in food and faeces of the collembolan Tomocerus minor and the isopod Philoscia muscorum were compared. The isopod faeces contained relatively less K+ and Mg2+, and more Ca2+, PO 4 3– , and greater N availability, compared with the food material. The collembolan faeces showed a higher availability of all nutrients measured. The N species appeared to be changed by collembolans; their faeces contained high NO 3 concentrations, while their food contained relatively high concentrations of NH 4 + . These findings were examined in relation to their significance for ecosystem functioning. It was concluded that about 12% of the total K+, PO 4 3– , N and 2% of the Ca2+ in the organic layer was found in the mesofauna. It was calculated that faeces production by the collembolans resulted in a 2.4 times higher NO 3 availability in the forest floor.  相似文献
