<正> 去年11月下旬,由法国渔业海洋科学技术研究所冷冻实验室主任柯莱培博士,在广州与北京、天津、上海、青岛、广东等省市的同行进行了水产品制冷保鲜技术座谈. 座谈期间,柯莱培博士着重介绍了近年来法国研究盐水冻结取得的成果,以及集装箱渔船的改造、解冻和超低温冻结等方面的动向和情况.目前,法国已研制成功利用水动力

日本冷冻工业代表团来华访问

Aims and Scope Forest Science and Practice （formerly Forestry Studies in China）, is all international journal of forestry sci- ence sponsored by Beijing Forestry University. The Journal intents to publish primarily peer-reviewed original articles, reviews and short communications produced by authors across the world, covering the full spectrum of subjects in forest research.     

INSTRUCTION FOR CONTRIBUTORS

SCOPE Rice Science is an international peer-reviewed journal sponsored by the China National Rice Research Institute and published by the Elsevier BV. It publishes original research papers, review articles, as well as short communications on rice science in English language. Some of the topics that may be included in each issue are： breeding and genetics, biotechnology, germplasm resources, agronomy, pest management, soil and fertilizer management and cereal chemistry.
