基于Pro/E的高度可调式人机学座椅设计

日常生活中随处可见的座椅给人们带来了很大的舒适性,但也出现了因长时间保持坐姿而产生的腰酸背痛情况。原因在于传统座椅的设计较少引入人体因素,因此,只有运用人机学原理设计的新型座椅才能解决这一问题。此外,诸如Pro/E之类的CAD软件也应该在现代设计中得到广泛应用,故本文尝试使用Pro/E建立模型。     

长期服用氨氯地平对高血压病降压的疗效及左室结构功能的影响

目的；观察氨氯地平治疗高血压病的长期降压效应及左室结构功能的改变。方法：２６例患者日服氨氯地平５－１０ｍｇ，平均２４个月。于服药前，服药后４周及治疗结束时进行偶测血压，动态血压及彩色多普勒超声心动图检查。结果：治疗后偶测血压，白昼及夜间动态血压明显平稳下降，心率则差异无统计学意义，室间隔，左室后壁厚度及左室重量指数均显著下降。     

对1／2和1／4野血牦犊牛生长发育的观测

１９９４～１９９６年在海南州赛什塘牧场对１／２和１／４野血牦犊牛的生长发育进行了观测。结果：１／２和１／４野血牦犊牛的初生重分别比家牦犊牛提高７．６５％和８．８６％（Ｐ＜０．０１），１／２野血牦犊牛在初生时的体高、体长和胸围比家牦犊牛分别提高３．２１％，５．５７％，５．５１％；６月龄时分别提高９．５６％，１１．４６％，３．５９％；１８月龄时分别提高９．１８％，１７．５５％，７．６４％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。     

关于非线性方程组求解技术

提出了新的非线性方程解法。在进行结构非线性平衡路径的全过程分析时，在仔细研究了由Ｃｒｉｓｆｉｅｌｄ和Ｒａｍｍ提出，并被广泛用于非线性方程求解的著名的弧长增量法的基础上，提出了一种基于牛顿－拉菲逊法的十分有效的投影增量法，该法克服了弧长增量法的一个重点缺点，即必须根据结构特性来判定如何选取关于广义荷载参数λ＾ｉ＋１的一元二次方程中的二个根中的一个，而且其收敛速度要稍快，计算量也略小。并通过引进广义时     

Regulation of C/N Interaction in Model Plant Species

Summary

Carbon (C) and nitrogen (N) metabolisms are two major metabolic pathways which have been intensively studied in plants. Both N and C metabolisms are tightly linked in numerous plant biochemical pathways. Therefore the C to N ratio has to be carefully regulated to ensure proper functioning of the huge metabolic network. In order to maintain a viable C/N status under a large range of growth conditions plants have evolved complex mechanisms to regulate the delicate network of these two major assimilatory pathways. C and N metabolisms are both highly regulated. We will present the current knowledge on the regulation of N and C metabolisms by sugars and N metabolites. Players involved in these regulatory processes are just starting to be uncovered and possible signaling molecules involved in these regulations as well as known or potential candidate regulatory genes willbe discussed.     

野生和人工栽培缬草香精油的GC/MS分析对比研究

应用ＧＣ／ＭＳ／ＤＳ分析对比研究野生和人工栽培香料油，分别鉴定出３４个和２８个化合物，两种香精油其相组分２１个。占总精油组分的９１％－９６％，主成分基本相同，占精油总量的７８％－８５％，其成分上的差异对其在香料工业、日化、食品、饮料、医药工业上的应用没有影响，为缬草开发利用建立家种缬草原料基地，保证缬草香料油工业化生产提供依据。     

Biochemical indices (RNA/DNA ratio and protein content) in studying the nutritional status of Ruditapes decussatus (Linnaeus 1758) juveniles

In this work, we investigated the nutritional status of Ruditapes decussatus juveniles under different rearing conditions, using biochemical indices (RNA/DNA ratio and protein content) and the linear instantaneous growth rate (IGR). Two experiments were conducted to study the effect of starvation, addition of substrate (sand) as rearing support and diet composition on somatic growth and biochemical indices. Results show that biochemical indices of fed juveniles were significantly (P<0.05) higher. Highest RNA/DNA values and protein content were recorded in fed juveniles reared with substrate (P<0.05); conversely, lowest values were recorded in starved ones reared without substrate. In the second experiment, the highest RNA/DNA ratio was recorded in juveniles fed with control algal mixture composed of species commonly used in bivalve nurseries [Isochrysis galbana (clone T-Iso), Chaetoceros calcitrans and Tetraselmis suecica] and lowest in those fed with algal species isolated from Tunisian coasts. This confirms the usefulness of the RNA/DNA ratio and protein content in the clam's nutritional status evaluation. This assay is useful to provide information about the nutritional status and health of the clam in field conditions.
