植物配子体型自交不亲和性作用机理研究进展

自交不亲和性(SI)常见于雌雄同株植物,是显花植物特有的一种自我识别能力和防止近亲繁殖增加变异的遗传机制,根据遗传控制方式可分为配子体型(GSI)和孢子体型(SSI),但由于对GSI的认识仍局限于雌蕊方面,仅了解SI反应两端的结果,对其复杂的反应过程尚未明确,如植物通过什么机制使雌雄S基因共同进化。此外,高等植物SI反应的信号系统仅揭示最初导致花粉管停止生长的原因,而导致花粉管死亡的机理尚属于空白。因此,今后应该从基因和蛋白水平研究分析亲和突变体材料与自交不亲和材料的成熟花粉及其花柱蛋白表达谱,并利用MALDI-TOF质谱鉴定差异蛋白,从中选出候选差异基因,进而揭示SI的作用机理。     

Critical Phase Transition of the Two-dimensional Microcanonical Ising Model by Cellular Automata Q2R Method

The authors construct a microcanonical ensemble system and analyzes the phase change of the two-dimensional Ising model Cellular Automata Q2R/WQ2R method. The result indicates that the numerical value simulation can show the spontaneous magnetization of two-dimensional crystal lattice in isolated system. The authors have observed the critical phase transition phenomenon and gotten the critical energy. The simulation of three-dimensional Ising model can be grounded on the method that this article establishes.     

STUDY ON SELF -SCANNING CIRCUIT OF LOW POWER DISSIPATION MOS IMAGE SENSOR

The paper studies a self- scanned circuit used in MOS image sensor with the demand of developing of high -order.low power disspation MOS image sensor and puts forward a kind of self -scanned circuit .which uses a three tramister dynamic nocomparing circuit whith a changing capacitor bootstrap circuit as MOS image sensor. The circuit adopted a silicon gote P -MOS technique, which is a high -speed low-dissipation dynamic no-coparing circuit. It is a practical unit circuit in the high -order array and solves the problem that the power dissipation of array rises with the increase of the array bite.     

COMPUTER ALDED DESIGN OF FORMING CUTTER FOR REVISING INVOLUTE HELICAL

In this paper, a calculation method of forming cutter contour of involute helical with arbitrary easement is presented, the segmantal arcs of the best uniform approximation and tolerance to fit smoothly the cutter contour points are used the profile on the cross section of the helical is calculated and the design of the cutter is examined. The method can be used to design precision forming cutter of involute helical with the arbitrary easement. It is valuable in engineering application.     

不同覆盖方式对植烟土壤有机质及烟叶品质影响的初步研究

为提高烟叶品质,进行了对植烟土壤不同覆盖方式的比较试验,结果表明:高C/N比秸秆与地膜双覆盖能够协调烤烟生长全过程的土壤温度,并且地温日变化幅度小,蓄水保墒作用显著,有机质积累明显,腐殖化作用强,使得烟叶内在化学成分比例更协调,产值高。秸秆单覆盖对土壤性状改良与秸秆和地膜双覆盖相似,烟叶内在化学成分较协调,品质较好,但由于在烤烟生长前期不能提高土壤温度,使得烟叶生长速度较慢,产量下降,产值与地膜单覆盖差异不显著;由于没有新鲜的有机质补充,地膜单覆盖对土壤性状改良不及秸秆单覆盖和秸秆与地膜双覆盖,从而使得烟叶品质较不协调,但产量较高,产值也较高。     

Analyses of Interlayer Stresses and Strain Transfer in Smart Laminated Structures

A new model is proposed to analyze the strain/stress transfer relation between host materials and piezoceramic sensors/actuators under bending and axial stress loading. The finite thickness of the adhesive is taken into account. The physical layers of the piezoceramic, adhesive and structure material are further subdivided into thinner layers as fine as necessary in order to improve the accuracy of stress analysis. In each thin layer the in-plane stresses are assumed to vary linearly across the thickness. By satisfying equilibrium equations, constitutive equations and displacement-strain relations, all components of stress, strain and displacement can be expressed as functions of the in-plane forces and the moments of the thin layers. The differential equations governing the in-plane forces and the moments are obtained. Then, this analytical model is used to predict strain transfer from the structure material to the sensor. It is found, both experimentally and theoretically, that the axial strain of the host material is considerably larger than the strain of the sensor, which is directly related to the output voltage. By introducing the so-called strain transfer factor, a relationship between the output voltage of the sensor and the strain of the measured material is derived. The model is used to predict interlayer stress distributions and strain transfer, which are induced by actuator strain. The result was compared with existing experiments and FEM. There is stress concentration between the actuator and adhesive around the edge of the smart structures, which may cause debonding under high stress loading.     

A Self-Learing Chinese Character Recognition System

A method using possibility theory and fuzzy logic is introduced. Possibility functions of each feature are determined during training. Methods of fuzzy logic are used to combine the possibility of different features. This Chinese character recognition system consists of a pre-classifier and a two-level fine classifier. In order to handle deviations of the characters,a fuzzification of features is introduced. This method is used to develop single-font classifiers. The whole system consists of a font-classifiers and four single-font-classifiers.     

Shunt Active Power Filiter for Harmonic Compensation in DC Side of HVDC Transmission System

A shunt active power filiter(APF) used for harmonic treatment isintroduced in this paper. Basic circuit-theory and main configuration are analyzed. Control scheme and its realization are discussed. Computer simulation is used to verity theoretical analysis. It shows that APF is an interesting alternative for hasmonic treatment compared with conventional passive filter.

A CLASS OF CUBIC PARAMETER CURVES OF B-SPLINE TYPE WITH ARBITRARY PARAMETER

A class of cubic parameter curve of B-spline type is constructed in this paper with four arbitrary parameters, the cubic Hermite curve, Ball curve, Bezier curve, Timmer curve and B-spline curve as its special cases. The condition in which the curves contact with each edge of characteristic polygon is also given. In order to satisfy the actual riquirements,the shape(i. e. location of end point,direction of convixity and flexion,etc. )of curves can be modified by adjusting the four parameters.
