为了解桔小实蝇[Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel)]对不同水果及挥发性化合物的行为反应,以未交配的和已交配的桔小实蝇雌雄成虫为试虫,采用Y形嗅觉仪测定其对10种果实的反应差异。结果表明,对于同种水果,雌虫比雄虫反应明显,未交配成虫比已交配的成虫反应明显。同时利用触角电位技术测定桔小实蝇对其寄主挥发性物质中常见的10种组分的反应。结果表明,对同种物质,雄成虫交配前触角电位反应值均显著大于交配后触角电位反应值。在交配前雄虫比雌虫的触角电位反应值大,对多数挥发物组分,在交配后雌虫触角电位反应值比雄虫的大。  相似文献

Brans of 23 traditional and 12 improved (both red and white) rice varieties in Sri Lanka were screened for anti-amylase and anti-glycation activities in vitro. Varieties which showed the highest inhibitory activities at screening were further investigated for anti-glucosidase and glycation reversing as anti-diabetic properties. The same varieties were studied for selected antioxidant properties. Significantly high anti-amylase and anti-glycation activities were observed for bran extracts of red varieties compared to white varieties at screening. Traditional red rice varieties, Masuran, Sudu Heeneti, Dik Wee and Goda Heeneti, exhibited significant and dose dependent anti-amylase, anti-glycation and glycation reversing activities. These varieties also showed marked antioxidant properties. It is concluded that brans of Sri Lankan traditional red rice varieties Masuran, Sudu Heeneti, Dik Wee and Goda Heeneti may be potential food supplements for diabetes.  相似文献

前期干旱锻炼对木薯根系内源激素及可溶性糖含量的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
干旱胁迫前,对木薯进行前期干旱锻炼,胁迫期间测定干旱锻炼和未干旱锻炼木薯根系中内源激素(ABA、IAA、GA、ZR)及可溶性糖(葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖)含量,根据其含量变化阐明前期干旱锻炼对木薯激素调节和渗透调节的影响.实验结果表明,经前期干旱锻炼的木薯再次受水分胁迫时,抗旱品种SC 124和KU50根系中内源ABA在短时期内大量积累,其积累速率与积累量均高于对照(未干旱锻炼);而体内与植物生长发育相关激素IAA、GA和ZR的变化与对照相比在短时间内含量急剧下降,下降幅度增大.内源激素的变化结果说明前期的干旱锻炼改变了木薯再次受胁迫时内源激素的响应速度,提升了其响应程度,使植物在生理、生化等各方面发生相应变化,以提高自身的抗旱力,从而减轻干旱造成的伤害.不抗旱品种SC8的根系激素变化趋势不同于其他品种,变化幅度也明显小于抗旱品种,进一步说明了激素调节对木薯适应干旱的重要性.干旱锻炼的木薯根系中葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖含量在不同的干旱胁迫时期(除少数几个时间点外)均高于未干旱锻炼情况,前期干旱锻炼增加了可溶性糖的积累,提高了植株的抗旱性能.本研究为深入研究木薯的抗逆性和人为提高木薯抗旱性能提供理论基础.  相似文献

植物光系统Ⅰ反应中心亚基V (photosystem Ⅰ reaction center subunit V,简称PSAG或PS Ⅰ-G)是光合系统Ⅰ的主要组件.具有维持PSⅠ复合体稳定性的重要作用,并与抗盐密切相关.本研究以福州宦溪野生蕉(Musa spp.AB group)叶片为材料,采用同源克隆的方法,首次分离到PSAG基因的2个成员:PSAG1、PSAG2(GenBank登录号分别为JX317082、JX317083),分别为800、827 bp,分别编码150、160个氨基酸;PSAG1、PSAG2的基因组序列分析表明2个成员均没有内含子.生物信息学分析表明:PSAG1、PSAG2具有PSⅠ的X亚基超家族(photosystem Ⅰ reaction center subunitX psaK)保守结构域,是不具有信号肽的跨膜蛋白,具有亲水性:PSAG1、PSAG2均有4个位点发生磷酸化.宦溪野生蕉PSAG在进化过程中形成了特殊的结构特征,即PSAG1和PSAG2没有内含子,并且在不同物种间保守区具有高度的一致性,为保持PSAG功能的稳定性提供了重要保证.  相似文献

 稻田是甲烷(methane,CH4)和氧化亚氮(nitrous oxide,N2O)的重要发生源。稻田中CH4和N2O的产生、消耗以及传输过程受稻田土壤类型、水分条件、肥料种类、施肥量及方法、耕作模式和制度、水稻品种等多种因素影响。CH4和N2O具有不同的排放特性,很多研究结果表明,水稻生长期间的中期排水烤田、后期干湿交替能显著降低CH4排放量,但同时也可能促进N2O的排放,因此,如何同时减少CH4和N2O的排放量是实现稻田低碳生产的关键要素;另一方面,稻田土壤的碳固定也是使稻田系统从源转变成汇的关键技术。从水稻生产过程中CH4排放、N2O排放、稻田土壤有机碳动态、减排措施四个方面综述了近年来水稻低碳生产相关研究状况,重点总结了国内外有关影响稻田CH4和N2O排放的关键影响因素、增加稻田土壤有机质含量的主要措施以及各种减排措施的全球增温潜势评价研究,并对水稻低碳生产研究作了展望。  相似文献

Abstract

Effects of NaCl on the growth, ion content, root cap structure and Casparian band development were examined in four rice (Oryza sativa L.) cultivars with different salt resistance (salt-sensitive indica-type IR 24 and japonica-type Nipponbare and salt-resistant indica-type Nona Bokra and Pokkali). Experiments were conducted to find the differences in salinity resistance during early seedling and developed seedling stages among the cultivars. For salinity treatment, sodium chloride (NaCl) was added to nutrient solution at concentrations of 0, 25 and 50 mM for 7 days from germination to the 7th day (early seedling stage) or from the 7th day to 14th day (developed seedling stage). Growth inhibition by salinity was more prominent in the early seedling stage than in the developed seedling stage. Based on the growth, the order of the sensitivity was IR24 > Nipponbare > Nona Bokra > Pokkali. The growth of NaCl-treated rice cultivars relative to control was significantly and negatively correlated with the Na+ content and Na+/K+ ratio in roots and shoots in both stages. Scanning electron microscopic observation revealed that the root cap tissues proliferated and extended to the basal part of the root tip by salinity. The length of root cap was, however, reduced by 50 mM NaCl in sensitive cultivars due to peeling off. An endodermal Casparian band was formed in the basal region of the root tip. Development of the Casparian band was more prominent in sensitive cultivars than in tolerant cultivars. Root cap proliferation might be related to NaCl resistance in rice seedlings, but the Casparian band may not function efficiently in Na+ exclusion. Essentially the present results suggest that exclusion of Na+ from roots plays a critical role in expression of Na+ resistance in rice seedlings and the root cap is important for Na+ exclusion.  相似文献

The establishment of a classification system for domestic animals on consumed feed stuff is thought to be important from both a hygiene and market point of view. We collected plasma samples of Romney lambs (Ovis aries) which were fed one of the following: a herb‐clover mix (n = 10) which included chicory, red clover, white clover and plantain; a plant‐grass mix (n = 10) which included plantain, ryegrass and white clover; or a grass mix (n = 10) which included ryegrass and white clover. A total of 20 elements in plasma samples obtained from the lambs were analyzed using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The data were then analyzed by principal component analysis. The lambs were divided into three groups on a score plot depending on the different feed conditions. Furthermore, discriminant analyses of the elements were examined, using linear discriminant analysis with forward stepwise regression. This discriminant function correctly classified the samples from each group. The accuracy of classification of each group, as shown by 10‐fold cross‐validation, proved the effectiveness of the established discriminant function. It is concluded that using linear discriminant analysis might be a useful tool for the validation of elements from plasma in lambs grown in different conditions.  相似文献

A 2.5-year-old male African pygmy hedgehog (Atelerix albiventris) was presented with a 2-week history of lethargy, reduced appetite, and general weakness. Based on the clinical signs and heart valve abnormalities observed during an echocardiography examination, a provisional diagnosis of endocardiosis or endocarditis was made. Immediate therapeutic intervention consisted of furosemide, pimobendan, and amoxicillin/clavulanate. Despite medical treatment, 2 weeks following presentation, the hedgehog’s physical condition deteriorated to the point that euthanasia was recommended for the patient and agreed to by its owner. A postmortem examination was performed and tissue samples submitted for histopathology revealed a final diagnosis of valvular endocardiosis and wobbly hedgehog syndrome.  相似文献

ObjectiveTo investigate the contribution of K+ channels on peripheral antinociception induced by ketamine.Study designProspective experimental study.Animals110 male Wistar rats weighing 160–200 g.MethodsThe paw pressure required to elicit limb flexion was designated as the nociceptive threshold. Hyperalgesia was induced by intraplantar injection of prostaglandin E2. All drugs were administered locally into the right hind paw of rats. Ketamine was administered into the right hind paw 2 hours and 55 minutes after local injection of PGE2. Tetraethylammonium was administered 30 minutes prior to ketamine and the other K+ channel blockers, glibenclamide, dequalinium and paxilline, were administered 5 minutes prior to ketamine.ResultsProstaglandin E2 (2 μg per paw) induced hyperalgesia. Ketamine (10, 20, 40 and 80 μg per paw) elicited a local peripheral antinociceptive effect that was antagonized by a specific blocker of ATP‐sensitive K+ channels, glibenclamide (20, 40 and 80 μg per paw). In another experiment, the non‐selective voltage‐dependent K+ channel blocker tetraethylammonium (30 μg per paw) and small and large conductance blockers of Ca2+‐activated K+ channels, dequalinium (50 μg per paw) and paxilline (20 μg per paw), were ineffective at blocking the effect of a local ketamine injection.Conclusions and clinical relevanceAnalysis of these results provides evidence that ketamine, may in part, induce peripheral antinociceptive effects by ATP‐sensitive K+ channel pathway activation.  相似文献
