The Phytotoxicity of Various Graminicides in Durum Wheat in Greece

The effect of three herbicides, diclofop-methyl (DM), imazamethabenz-methyl (IM) and fenoxaprop-ethyl (FE), was investigated at the recommended rate (×) and double the recommended rate (2×) in a durum wheat crop. FE had the smallest effect on root system characteristics, while IM had the greatest effect. For all herbicides, the double rate treatment gave a greater statistical reduction than the single rate for root system characteristics. FE had the smallest effect on the activity of aerobic microorganisms, while DM gave the greatest reduction, 10 days after application, and all three herbicides reduced earthworm abundance. DM gave the smallest reduction in the number of tillers and in plant height, while the double rate of IM gave the greatest reduction. For all three herbicides, double the recommended rate resulted in a significant reduction in the weight of 1000 seeds, while no statistically significant deviations were noted at the recommended rate. Finally, the use of all three herbicides resulted in significantly lower statistical yields compared to the sample (control plot), although there were no significant statistical differences among them, for either recommended or double recommended rates.     

重庆上市公司互保圈现象的会计思考

在市场经济环境下，贷款担保作为上市公司融通资金的一种方式，是企业的一种正常的经营行为。它可以减少交易风险、促进资本市场发展。然而，目前由于种种原因，上市公司互保不仅没有起到化解市场风险的作用，反而加大了证券市场和金融市场的风险，严重扰乱了资本市场的正常运行。因此，本文拟通过思考重庆“互保圈”现象，分析“互保圈”形成的原因及危害，并由此提出相应的对策与建议。     

独立学院专科人才培养模式探析——从武汉理工大学华夏学院专科人才培养方式分析

发展独立学院,是我国高等教育作为一种混合公共产品的改革与发展过程中的一项重大探索。在新形势下指导独立学院的建设,就是要结合独立学院自身建设和发展的特点,坚持以质量为本的原则,务求以教育教学改革的创新解决独立学院建设与发展过程中遇到的一系列问题和困难。文中以武汉理工大学华夏学院专科人才的培养方式为个案,尝试探索一条新形势下独立学院培养技术型、应用型、务实型专科人才的道路。     

“三线一圆”理念对高等教育工作的启示

借鉴“三线一圆”企业管理理论,把高校看作一个“生产”人才的特殊“企业”,将该理论中用于描绘企业生存和发展美好蓝图的业务线、制度线、声誉线和文化圆这四个抽象的管理元素用于构建高校教育管理的新模式。指出在高等教育工作中,通过强化高等教育事业的业务质量线、制度管理线、品牌声誉线,夯实校园文化内涵圆,从而构建全面造就人,综合发展人,科学培养人这一高等教育管理的系统工程。     

Morphological development of post hatch larval goldlined seabream Rhabdosargus sarba (Forskål, 1775)

Ultrastructural changes in Rhabdosargus sarba larva in early life history were investigated. At hatching, the digestive system was histologically undifferentiated. The digestive tract was a straight tube attached to the dorsal end of the yolk‐sac and was not connected to either the mouth or the anus. The layer of gut epithelium at some regions of the luminal surface was straight and microvilli were not present. These straight borders were not observed at 1 day post hatching (DPH) onwards as microvilli increased in number on the luminal surface and became more regular. At 2 DPH, the digestive system was well differentiated and the separation of the mid‐ and hindgut by the intestino‐rectal valve became more advanced. At 0 DPH, the eye was spherical and the retina had a zonation with undifferentiated cells. The eye also lacked differentiated photoreceptors (PR). The retinal PRs increased in length and in number as the yolk‐sac was absorbed. By 2 DPH, the eye was fully pigmented, suggesting that the larval vision system was functional. The larvae had a pure cone retina at the onset of exogenous feeding. Morphological and functional differentiation of the digestive tract and the eye of the larvae preceded the completion of yolk and oil globule absorption. The oil globule was exhausted at 4 DPH and at 2 DPH, the yolk‐sac was completely absorbed. Food particles were observed at 3 DPH. Food particle ingestion and absorption of the yolk‐sac were observed as vision became fully functional.     

学籍微机管理系统的研制

本系统根据学生学籍管理的目标和任务,利用FOXBASE 2.1数据库管理系统编制而成。该系统具有对数据的录入和维护(修改、删除及追加)、统计与查询、打印输出等功能;对学生基本情况、在校成绩、综合测评、升留级情况及毕业、肄业等项目进行统计管理。     

Cloning and functional analysis of the genes involved in signal transduction in tomato Cf-4-Avr4 pathosystem

Hypersensitive response (HR) is one of the most efficient and common resistance mechanisms in plants. Cloning signaling genes are very important to elucidate the resistance mechanisms. A gene in tomato homologous to several resistance proteins in plant was involved in HR and named as RGL (Resistance Gene Like). RGL protein was used as a bait to screen interacting protein(s) from tomato cDNA library through the yeast two-hybrid system. Two interacting proteins were found, which were called as RGLIP-1 and RGLIP-2 (RGL Interacting Protein), respectively. RGLIP-1 is a protein of 291 amino acids with significant homology with thylakoid lumen protein. RGLIP-2 is a protein of 248 amino acids with significant homology with transducin protein. Virus-Induced Gene Silencing (VIGS) of the two genes results in a partial and complete suppression of Avr4-induced HR, which indicates that both genes are involved in hypersensitive response. __________ Translated from Acta Horticulturae Sinica, 2006, 33(1): 52–57 [译自: 园艺学报]
