动物科学和动物医学专业复合应用型人才培养体系的构建、创新与实践

在动物科学和动物医学专业的教学改革中,以培养学生的实践能力、创新精神和适应社会需求为目标,通过专业课程整合、教学方法改革以及校内外实践实习基地建设等, 实现复合应用型专业技术人才培养体系的构建、创新与实践, 有效地提高2个专业的人才培养质量,得到社会各界的广泛认可。     

自然铜的生物转化研究

利用Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans ATCC23270(A.ferrooxidans ATCC23270)对自然铜进行生物转化,考察矿浆浓度,微生物接种量,系统初始pH,浸出时间以及温度对自然铜转化的影响。利用单因素法对A.ferrooxidans转化自然铜进行条件优化。结果表明,自然铜最佳浸出工艺为矿浆浓度0.5%、系统初始pH值1.75、接种量10%、浸出时间15 d以及环境温度35℃,浸出率可达65.32%。初步获得了A.ferrooxidans转化自然铜的条件,为中药的炮制提供新思路。     

DIGITAL IMAGE STORAGE

Digital image archival requires less physical storage space, allows for rapid storage and retrieval and avoids loss in image quality over time or with image duplication compared with film storage. Because medical imaging data are critically important and, by law, must be stored in a safe, accessible manner, it is imperative not to have one computer error destroy all copies of the image data. Several options for image storage media are available including magnetic tape, optical media, spinning disks and solid state. Other considerations include on-site vs. off-site storage, redundancy, on-line vs. off-line storage, and removable storage media for disaster recovery. The different storage media can be used in different configurations to provide sufficient protection of digital data. Choose a storage system that will keep your data safe from unauthorized access, hardware failure, and clinic disasters.     

高职学校畜牧兽医专业实验室管理

为了加强高职院校实验室管理,通过制订和完善实验室管理制度,如实验室技术人员管理、仪器设备的采购和实验用药品的管理、对学生的管理、创新实验项目的实验室管理、实验室网络平台和实验室对外技术服务的管理、病原微生物的保存与处理、病死动物的无害化处理、实验室应急事件处理等措施,实现统筹规划和资源共享,培养学生的实验兴趣,使学生初步掌握畜牧兽医专业实验研究的基本方法和实验操作的基本技能,促进实验室的科学化、规范化、制度化的管理,以达到全面提升学生实践操作技能的目的。     

家畜胚胎干细胞的分离培养和鉴定

家畜胚胎干细胞的分离培养和鉴定工作对于研究和利用家畜胚胎干细胞具有重大意义。本文对文献中报道的各种分离、培养和鉴定方法进行了综述 ,并介绍了几种主要家畜的胚胎干细胞在近十余年间的研究进展情况。     

Changes in productivity and profitability of wool-growing farms that follow recommendations from agricultural and veterinary studies

Objective To estimate the changes in productivity and profitability in a group of wool-growing farms as they adopted major recommendations from agricultural and veterinary studies.
Farms Four wool-growing farms in south western Victoria were selected from the clients of the Mackinnon Project, a farm consultancy service run from the University of Melbourne. Each farm had closely followed recommended procedures, kept comprehensive financial and physical records and had been clients for at least 5 years. The comparison group was the South Western Victoria Monitor Farm Project (SWVMFP), about 45 farms in the same region as the study farms that were monitored annually by Agriculture Victoria.
Procedure For a 7-year period, the financial and physical performance of both groups of farms was estimated. Stocking rate, wool production, gross farm income, farm operating costs, net farm income and return on assets were compared.
Results Mean gross farm income of the four study farms steadily rose from 86% of the average SWVMFP farm before the adoption of recommendations to an average of 155%. During the same period, net farm income rose from 70% to 207% of the average of the SWVMFP. Return on asset of the four farms rose irregularly from 26% to 145% of the average of the SWVMFP. Farm operating costs on the four farms were higher than for the SWVMFP group, but the ratio of costs remained relatively constant.
Conclusion The adoption of proven research results was associated with large increases in net farm income. An increase in gross income, rather than a reduction in costs was the main reason for this. Research results offer a way to increase the financial viability of wool-growing farmers, many of whom are currently unable to maintain their lifestyle, resources and infrastructure.

像其它生物技术产品一样 ,兽用基因工程生物制品的安全性问题也引起了人们的广泛关注和重视。本连载软科学研究报告通过对国内外有关的法律法规、文献资料的收集和分析研究 ,阐述了对兽用基因工程生物制品的法律、法规和条例控制、安全管理、生物安全评价和生物安全控制措施等内容 ,并且对我国如何加强在这方面的工作提出了一些参考性意见     

APPLICATION OF THE PIN-HOLE COLLIMATOR IN SMALL ANIMAL NUCLEAR SCINTIGRAPHY: A REVIEW

The pin-hole collimator is used to improve spatial resolution and magnify areas of interest. The pin-hole collimator has many applications in small animal veterinary scintigraphy. The principles of image formation for the pin-hole and parallel hole collimators are reviewed. The effects of distance on resolution and sensitivity are presented for the pin-hole and parallel hole collimators. Specific application of the pin-hole and parallel hole collimators. Specific application of the pin-hole collimator in veternary scintigraphy are discussed.     

中国10个地方鸡种卵壳超微结构研究及聚类分析

对中国 10个地方鸡种卵壳外表面、内表面、横断面和壳膜外表面、内表面的超微结构在扫描电子显微镜下进行了比较研究 ,从而看出鸡种间卵壳结构具有明显差异 ,中国地方鸡种具有遗传多样性。根据遗传距离较近的品种间卵壳的超微结构相似的理论 ,对 10个鸡种的形态结构进行了赋值 ,通过数值分类法进行了遗传相似度的计算和聚类分析 ,从而得出遗传距离最近的是白耳鸡和狼山鸡。     

鸡球虫耐药性的研究进展

长期以来，人们对鸡球虫病的防治以药物控制为主要手段，但是大量抗球虫药的长期使用，导致了鸡球虫耐药性的产生，给鸡球虫病的防治带来严重的障碍，通过对鸡球虫耐药性的产生、作用机理、主要特点、耐药性的检测方法、球虫耐药性虫株的诱导以及对耐药性虫株敏感性的恢复等方面的研究，进一步提出对鸡球虫耐药性的展望，为消除球虫的耐药性，更好地防治鸡球虫病提供科学依据。
