对11个配方进行试验,筛选出一种适合巴西蘑菇生长的高产培养料配方:棉籽壳42%,麦草28%,牛粪20%,麦轶5%,石灰2.5%,过磷酸钙1%,石膏1%,尿素0.5%。用这种培养料栽培巴西蘑菇,产量可达到9.12~9.59 kg·m~(-2),生物学效率为39.65%~41.70%。  相似文献

Marine algae are an excellent source of novel lectins. The isolation of lectins from marine algae expands the diversity in structure and carbohydrate specificities of lectins isolated from other sources. Marine algal lectins have been reported to have antiviral, antitumor, and antibacterial activity. Lectins are typically isolated from marine algae by grinding the algal tissue with liquid nitrogen and extracting with buffer and alcohol. While this method produces higher yields, it may not be sustainable for large-scale production, because a large amount of biomass is required to produce a minute amount of compound, and a significant amount of waste is generated during the extraction process. Therefore, non-destructive extraction using algal culture water could be used to ensure a continuous supply of lectins without exclusively disrupting the marine algae. This review discusses the traditional and recent advancements in algal lectin extraction methods over the last decade, as well as the steps required for large-scale production. The challenges and prospects of various extraction methods (destructive and non-destructive) are also discussed.  相似文献

Abstract

Growing media for container plants composed of pine bark, peat and sand were evaluated before, during and after five months with ryegrass as the test plant in the greenhouse. Hydraulic conductivity of these materials is very rapid resulting in rapid loss of nutrients, even for the controlled‐release type fertilizers. Channels developed on the perimeter of the growing medium ball adjacent to the container wall resulting in a concentration of plant roots in this zone. Considerable shrinkage or compaction of the media occurred during the five months growth period, especially for peat. Movement of sand was observed for the very porous materials and found to accumulate as a layer lower in the container. All nutrients added were exhausted after 3 months, even for the controlled‐release types of fertilizers.  相似文献

More than 10 million metric tons of spent mushroom compost (SMC), which is a by-product of Agaricus bisporus mushroom, is produced in the world. Adding the compost to the soil resulted in improving the nutritional status of the plants. This study aims experiment is to study the effect of SMC on cucumber plant growth. A basic property of SMC and high concentrations of soluble salts restricted its implementation in the agricultural arena. The SMC was leached in order to reduce its salinity. Leached spent mushroom compost has less salinity while carbon and nitrogen content as well as inorganic cation components did not change significantly when compared to non-leached SMC. To study the effects of SMC on plant growth, leached SMC in rates of 15, 25, 35, and 45% were added to a sandy-loam soil medium. Cucumber plant growth rate was evaluated based on fruit number and plant height. Results showed that additions of 15% and 25% leached SMC to growing media significantly improved the cucumber plants growth.  相似文献

U.S. state fish and wildlife agencies have responded to perceived ecological and social threats posed by mute swans by implementing population control strategies. In Michigan, some stakeholder groups have vocally opposed particular control activities. To better understand and characterize key aspects of the underlying media dialogue about mute swan management in Michigan, one factor in the development of public perceptions about wildlife issues, we conducted a qualitative content analysis of Michigan-specific online news articles. Results revealed tensions between stakeholder groups about management priorities were rooted in differing ideas about healthy social and ecological systems, appropriate wildlife behavior, and the acceptability of lethal control (i.e., shooting living birds). Characterizing which stakeholder groups aligned with particular arguments might allow managers to tailor and direct messaging to specific audiences.  相似文献
