闽北速生丰产林基地建设存在结构不合理、经营主体缺位、资金不足、科技含量低、林分质量不高等问题,文中对基地现状作了一些分析,并就基地建设提出具体对策措施。     

Development of a crop knowledge base for Europe

This paper describes the development of a Crop Knowledge Base System for use in crop modelling and yield forecasting. The inherent limitations of databases can cause problems for dealing effectively with geo-referenced data sets. The system described here includes all the normal database operations but also handles richer types of data. Values of queried attributes can be deduced through the use of heritability within hierarchies and by the application of rules that summarise sets of empirical observations. The system is able to reason about similar locations, so that where no information exists in the knowledge base for a particular location, then an alternative location, subject to similar meteorological and agricultural conditions, will be sought.     

THE THEOREM OF STATIONARY VALUE OF WEIGHTED ENERGY AND ITS WEIGHTING FUNCTIONS

This paper presents two energy functionals which are made as stationary values. Thus, the theorem of stationary value of weighted generalized potential energy and the theorem of stationary value of weighted generalized complementary energy are established. In the first theorem, the stress boundary weighting function must be equal to the internal weighting function while the displacement boundary weighting function is independen; and in the (?)econd theorem, the displacement boundary weighting function must be equal to the internal weighting function while the stress boundary weighting function is independent.     

The Extended Kalman Filter Data Fusion Algorithm Based on Discrete Stationary Wavelet Transformation

It is difficult to establish precise mathematical model in extended Kalman filter data fusion algorithm for GPS/ DR integrated vehicle navigation system, an improved extended Kalman filter data fusion algorithm is put forward based on Discrete stationary wavelet transformation. The simulation results show that the algorithm is better than the extended Kalman filter data fusion algorithm, and is available for GPS/DR integrated vehicle navigation system.     

轮胎结构参数对非稳态侧偏频率特性的影响

以考虑胎体复杂变形的轮胎非稳态侧偏特性理论模型为基础，分析了轮胎结构参数对轮胎非稳态侧偏频率特性的影响，并进一步分析了轮胎结构参数对车辆摆振的影响。     

Effects of enhanced supplies of nitrogen and sulphur on rhizosphere and soil chemistry in a Norway spruce stand in SW Sweden

Rhizophere and bulk soil chemistry were investigated in a Norway spruce stand in SW Sweden. The rhizosphere and bulk soil chemistry in water extracts in control plots (C) and plots repeatedly treated with ammonium sulphate (NS) were compared. Treatment regime was started in 1988. Cylindrical core samples of the LFH-layer and mineral soil layers were collected in 1992 and used for water extract analyses. Samples of soil from LFH-layer and mineral soil layers were taken in 1991 and 1993 for determination of CEC and base saturation. Soil pH and NH₄-N, NO₃-N and SO₄-S, Al, Ca, K and Mg concentrations in water extracts were measured for rhizosphere and bulk soils. The pH-values of bulk and rhizosphere soils in NS plots decreased compared with those in control plots, whereas concentrations of NH₄-N, NO₃-N, SO₄-S, base cations and Al in water extract increased. In both bulk and rhizosphere soils the concentration of NH₄-N was much higher than that of NO₃-N. A significant difference in the pH and Mg concentration of bulk and rhizosphere soil between the treated and control plots was found only in the 0–10 cm layer. For all layers, there was a significant difference in NH₄-N concentrations in the bulk and rhizosphere soil between the NS treatment and control plots. Concentrations of exchangeable base cations and the base saturation level in the LFH-layer decreased in the NS plots. The concentration of extractable SO₄-S increased in the NS plots. The NS treatment enhanced the amount of litter in L-layer, owing to increases in needle biomass and litterfall but led to losses of base cations, mainly K and Mg, from LFH-layer. It was concluded that the NS treatment displaced cations from exchangeable sites in the LFH-layer leading to higher concentrations of these elements in both rhizosphere and bulk soil.     

旋转式农机土槽试验台运行平稳性控制方法及试验验证

为了解决旋转式土槽试验台的槽体和槽内土壤质量较大带来速度不容易控制和调节的问题,建立轮胎摩擦驱动的旋转式土槽试验台的数学模型。根据旋转式土槽交流伺服驱动器的特点设计了模糊控制器,对模糊控制进行优化并进行MATLAB仿真、对比。当交流伺服驱动器初始输入转速为300 r/min时,优化前后土槽在模糊控制策略下输出转速最终都稳定在3 r/min;优化后模糊控制下的土槽输出转速超调量小,最大转速为3.4 r/min,比优化前的3.7减小0.3 r/min,土槽输出转速稳定在3 r/min的时间由优化前的9.0减少到8.0 s,后期无振荡。试验结果表明:当旋转式土槽交流伺服驱动器输入转速320 r/min时,土槽运行稳定性误差由模糊控制的0.034降低到优化模糊控制的0.029,土槽从启动到进入稳定运行的时间由10.1缩短到7.9 s。该研究可提升后续利用该种试验台进行移栽和播种等农业机械试验的精度。     

基于遥感技术建立正镶白旗生态建设工程数据库

 内蒙古正镶白旗位于浑善达克沙地南缘地带,生态环境形势严峻,迫切需要利用现代化的科技和信息手段,服务于生态建设。为实现全旗的资源数据管理,满足生态建设和环境保护等工作的需要,并向当地的生产和科研部门提供详细的基础资料,探讨利用遥感技术来建立生态建设工程数据库的技术方法,以及数据库在白旗生态建设项目管理和动态监测中的应用。     

亚热带花岗岩地区土壤矿物风化过程中盐基离子的释放特征

矿物风化过程中盐基离子释放遵从一定的化学计量关系,这种化学计量关系一般只能通过模拟实验来获取。本研究采用pH 7.0的EDTA-乙酸铵溶液将土壤中的交换性盐基离子完全洗脱出来,然后用Batch方法模拟不同pH溶液淋溶洗脱盐基和未洗脱盐基土壤,旨在消除土壤中交换性盐基离子的影响后更为准确地判断土壤矿物风化的盐基离子释放特征。结果表明:未洗脱盐基土壤的淋出液pH由3.73±0.14逐渐上升到4.23±0.06,主要原因是淋溶液中有高浓度的NH_4~+;洗脱盐基土壤矿物风化后淋出液pH从7.39±0.02逐渐下降到5.39±0.17,主要是由于土壤中可风化矿物减少。土壤交换性盐基离子会改变盐基离子释放特征、释放总量:未洗脱盐基土壤经酸雨淋溶后,各盐基离子释放均呈现急速下降后逐渐平缓的趋势,洗脱盐基土壤矿物风化后,K~+及盐基离子释放总量呈波动上升趋势,且盐基离子释放总量比未洗脱盐基土壤低。土壤交换性盐基离子的存在还会改变淋出液中的盐基离子化学计量关系:未洗脱盐基土壤的K~+︰Ca~(2+)︰Mg~(2+)︰Na+化学计量关系为11︰13︰4︰1(当量比),而洗脱盐基土壤为7︰2︰2︰1。K~+是盐基离子中风化释放量最多的,大部分K~+来自于土壤中云母的风化。因此,只有利用洗脱盐基土壤的盐基离子释放量才能准确计算矿物风化速率并获得准确的化学计量关系。土壤矿物风化作用随着淋溶液酸度增大而增强,但模拟一年降雨量的情况下,p H 3.5、4.5和5.5三种不同p H溶液对矿物风化后盐基离子的释放在实验期间没有显著性影响,较长时间后的差异性有待观察。本研究表明,可以通过预洗脱盐基土壤然后模拟酸雨淋溶的方法,观察矿物风化特征,特别是盐基离子释放的化学计量特征。
