测定了低温下贮藏43个月,然后室温下贮藏49个月的久治嵩草,线叶嵩草种子的劣变过程,结果表明;两种种子在前43个月的低温贮藏劣变微,以后在室温下迅速加快,发芽率很低,且与生活力无明显的相关关系。二种均是休眠种子。  相似文献

本文采用一元二次回归分析方法,对黄河河套灌区超吨粮田不同层次的光温风分布状况进行了定量分析,求算了三因子在不同层次的最佳指标值X1及其相应的期望产量值Y_(max)。鉴于植株2/3处光温风分布综合反映了群体结构的生产潜力,故组建了2/3层次的多元非线性复合小气候效应模型。给出了亩产1250.0公斤的超吨粮理论指标。指出实现这一理论产量的关键,是广泛推广玉米催芽栽培技术。  相似文献

进行了鸡新城疫、传染性支气管炎、产蛋下降综合征三联油乳剂疫苗生产中降低油相比例的试验.当油乳剂疫苗的油相中硬脂酸铝含量分别为2%、1%、0.5%,对应的油相:水相分别为3:1、2:1和1:1时进行的乳化试验结果表明:随着油相中硬脂酸铝含量降低,油相和水相的比例相应降低,呈正比例关系.当油相中硬脂酸铝含量与油/水比分别为2%和3:1、1%和2:1、0.5%和1:1时,制备的油苗质量均达到了国家标准.  相似文献

The ontogeny of testicular inhibin/activin in ducks was investigated. Testicular localization of three inhibin/activin subunits (α, βA and βB) was determined in embryonic and newly hatched ducks from 12 days of incubation to 1 day of age, in immature ducks and in adult ducks. In the duck embryonic testis, positive α‐subunit immunostaining was first detected in the Leydig cells and Sertoli cells on day 15 of incubation, whereas βA‐subunit and βB‐subunit immunostaining were found in Sertoli cells and primary germ cells on day 18 of incubation. In 1 month old ducks, intense staining of α‐subunit was present in the seminiferous epithelium consistent with localization in Sertoli cells and primary germ cells, and the immunostaining of the βA‐ and βB‐subunit was also present in Sertoli cells and primary germ cells. Specific immunostaining with inhibin/activin α‐, βA‐ and βB‐subunits antisera occurred in Sertoli cells in the adult duck testes. In conclusion, it was shown that, in the duck testis, the majority of α‐, βA‐ and βB‐subunits are colocalized in Sertoli cells with a certain degree of staining in germ cells and the α‐subunit is present in Leydig cells of embryonic testes before day 18 of incubation. These results indicate that Sertoli cells and possibly germ cells in the embryonic testes of late stage of incubation and newly hatched ducks, immature ducks and mature ducks may produce bioactive inhibin dimers, inhibin A and inhibin B, as a possible regulator of follicle‐stimulating hormone secretion. Free inhibin/activin subunits and their dimers may also play an autocrine/paracrine role in the development of the testis and spermatogenesis. Furthermore, early onset of the α‐subunit in duck testes indicates that it may have an autocrine/paracrine effect on steroid hormones, which is important for sex differentiation.  相似文献

Phylogenetic analysis of sugarcane rusts based on sequences of ITS and the 5.8 S rDNA revealed two highly divergent ITS groups among isolates of Puccinia sp. sensu Muta, 1987 and P. kuehnii specimens. Although there is sufficient divergence (exceeding normal intraspecific variation) between the ITS regions of the two groups to support separation into different species, unusually high homology of the ITS group I sequences with those of members of Cronartium and identical sequences of the D1/D2 regions of the LSU rDNA for all the isolates of “Puccinia sp.” and P. kuehnii that otherwise exhibited different ITS sequences, suggest that the two highly divergent sequences may have resulted from abnormal genetic events leading to non-orthologous, intraspeciflc polymorphisms. The other sugarcane rust, P. melanocephala and the grass rusts, P. miscanthi and P. rufipes, were separated from “Puccinia sp.” and P. kuehnii and from each other in D1/D2 region analyses, indicating that D1/D2 region sequences may more correctly reflect phylogenetic relationships in these rusts than do the ITS regions. Further studies to examine differences in patho-genicity or finer morphological features within P. kuehnii that may be correlated with the high divergence in ITS sequences and experiments to determine if these two sequence types represent intraspeciflc polymorphism are necessary. 以病区时空动态效应强度检验为核心,以纬度病圃、抗谱测定和抗性信息流的追踪考证作为持久抗瘟性鉴定评价方法的基础。经综合评价,认为特特勃(Tetep)、小粒野生稻Oryzaminuta J.S.Presl ex C.B.Presl、湘资3150、天津野生稻、谷梅二号、魔王谷等具有持久抗瘟性,可作抗源用,其中小粒野生稻兼具持久抗褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens St(?)l性能;提出了持久抗瘟性鉴定的原则和方法。对持久抗瘟性的时空动态特性、广谱抗性与持久抗性的关系等进行了讨论。  相似文献

The aim of these studies is to develop a method for early detection ofRigidopoms lignosus (Basidiomycete, Polyporaceae), the causative agent of white root disease of rubber tree. Two polyclonal sera were produced against soluble mycelial proteins of twoR. lignosus isolates, one from Africa (FCI2), the other from Asia (FID2). The specificity of the antisera was tested using isoelectric focusing (IEF)/Western-blot and DAS-ELISA. The two sera recognized all 20R. lignosus isolates from various geographical origins. The banding patterns obtained by Western-blot enabled a distinction to be made between isolates from Africa and those from Asia. In DAS-ELISA and Western-blot analyses, strong cross reactions were observed withR. ulmarius. Only slight reactions were observed in Western-blot analysis toR. lineatus andP. noxius, both causative agents of root rot inHevea. These cross reactions were not observed under our DAS-ELISA analysis conditions. Finally, no cross reactions were obtained with 9 otherPolyporaceae orHevea root pathogen species. The sensitivity threshold of the DAS-ELISA method was 5 ng ml–1 ofR. lignosus protein. An initial approach to using the DAS-ELISA test for the detection ofR. lignosus in infected plants was carried out on artificially inoculated root samples. The DAS-ELISA protocol enabled detection ofR. lignosus in the root systems of diseased plants. Moreover, no cross reaction was observed with healthy plant extracts.  相似文献

Four components of partial resistance toPhytophthora infestans were measured after inoculation in the greenhouse and in the field ofSolanum arnezii x hondelmannii, S. berthaultii, S. circaeifolium, S. leptophyes, S. microdontum, S. sparsipilum, S. sucrense andS. vernei, and four hybrid progenies ofS. microdontum withS. tuberosum. The four components were infection efficiency, lesion growth rate, generation time and sporulation capacity. The results were compared with resistance ratings derived from field experiments, and with observations made on the potato cultivars Bintje, Bildstar, Libertas and Pimpernel. Genetic variation for all components was found, while the relative importance of the components of partial resistance appeared to vary between the species. InS. microdontum, generation time, infection efficiency and lesion growth rate, and inS. tuberosum infection efficiency, lesion growth rate and sporulation capacity appeared positively associated, but in other species no such association was found. A strong hypersensitive reaction, the expression of which appeared to depend on environmental conditions, was found inS. microdontum.
