适期收割对稻谷损失影响的研究

稻米原粮爆腰率是影响加工过程中出米率的重要因素。经调查，农家交售原粮中爆腰率高达25％，其中有干燥、储藏方面的原因，也有收割期不当的原因。本研究从一株稻穗中谷粒含水率与爆腰率的关系分析着手，通过对田间不同品种、不同含水率稻谷爆腰率的测定，并用概率统计方法进行分析的结果证明，完整谷粒的平均含水率在20％以上时收割，可以有效地避免田间爆腰率的发生。     

陆地棉一个丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶蛋白基因的克隆与表达分析

通过RT-PCR获得一个编码棉花丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶类似蛋白全长的cDNA片段,其编码的氨基酸序列与拟南芥ATPK3的相似度达到82%,这个基因暂被命名为GhPK1。基因全编码区包括1038个核苷酸,编码346个氨基酸的蛋白。GhPK1的编码产物在265~270个氨基酸处有一个跨膜区并可能结合在内质网膜上。GhPK1在种子和纤维中的表达水平较其它组织高。另外,GhPK1的表达量在受到盐胁迫后上升,说明GhPK1可能参与了盐胁迫反应。     

GA3和PP333对萝卜生长及产量的影响

通过研究不同浓度的GA3和PP333及两激素不同浓度的互作对萝卜叶面积、叶重量、叶子叶绿素含量及根冠比的影响。结果表明，两者对叶子叶绿素含量没明显影响，但GA3在促进叶子的生长，叶面积的增大上以10~30ppm效果最好，而PP333虽然能抑制叶子的生长，但在肉质根生长中后期试用50ppm浓度的PP333，抑制了叶子的生长，反而促进了光合产物输送到肉质根，起到增产的作用。适当浓度的GA3和PP333及两者结合增产效果明显     

植物开花光周期反应的分子调控机制

植物开花时间受到日照长短季节性变化的调节,拟南芥和水稻中与光周期反应相关基因的分离,使人们得以认识植物开花光周期反应的分子调控机制。植物感知日照长短的变化主要由CONSTANS(CO)基因的表达所控制。CO能够将光信号与生物钟信号整合,调节开花基因FLOWERING LOCUS T(FT)的表达,并最终控制植物的开花时间。本文对这一研究的最新进展进行了综述。     

A Mininum Ring-band Mathematical Definition, Numerical Algorithm

A minimum ring-band mathematical definition :In the done ring-band, there are at least two inner points and two outer points which scatter staggeringly on the circumference. With this definition as the rule of searching calculation' s ending,a fast numerical algorithm of gaining the minimum ring-band of a closed curve was suggested:Make a ring-band with the four points scattered staggeringly,then replace the old points with new ones continuously until all the points are located within the ring-band. The method was used in an application example to measure the spindle rotating precision of machine tools.     

Antioxidant,anti-amylase and anti-glycation potential of brans of some Sri Lankan traditional and improved rice (Oryza sativa L.) varieties

Brans of 23 traditional and 12 improved (both red and white) rice varieties in Sri Lanka were screened for anti-amylase and anti-glycation activities in vitro. Varieties which showed the highest inhibitory activities at screening were further investigated for anti-glucosidase and glycation reversing as anti-diabetic properties. The same varieties were studied for selected antioxidant properties. Significantly high anti-amylase and anti-glycation activities were observed for bran extracts of red varieties compared to white varieties at screening. Traditional red rice varieties, Masuran, Sudu Heeneti, Dik Wee and Goda Heeneti, exhibited significant and dose dependent anti-amylase, anti-glycation and glycation reversing activities. These varieties also showed marked antioxidant properties. It is concluded that brans of Sri Lankan traditional red rice varieties Masuran, Sudu Heeneti, Dik Wee and Goda Heeneti may be potential food supplements for diabetes.     

An Improved Method of the Transient Waveform Analysis in Power Systems

The angular frequency and decaying constant of each copmonect for the transient waveform in power systems were obtained by using the discrete Fourier transform; the amplitude and phase angle were calculated in the linear curve fitting method. And all of the parameters obtained above were treated in an unified optimization by using the curve fitting optimization of the least square method of general nonlinear funcrion so as to get the results of waveform analysis. Two examples are included.     

An Overview on Fiberoptic Sensing Technology in Smart Civil Structure

The paper discuss the concept of fiberoptic smart civil structure,and analysis the principle of non destructive evaluation of civil structure with the help of embeded fiberoptic sensor in sensing the inner state and integrity of the structure.The typical experiment and development of fiberoptic sensing system in the health monitoring of dam,highway,bridge and buildings are overriewed.     

Two Types Modules for the Boiler Attached to 330 MW Unit

Boiler is an important facility in power plant , the safety and economy of unit is affected by it. Studying the dynamic of boiler can improve the knowledge about boiler , which is important for. Features of MMS are introduced based on MMS simulation setting, and the real time capable module and non real time capable module are compared from principle. Real time capable dynamic model of boiler and non real time capable dynamic model of boiler of 330 MW unit are established . The experimental results show that the dynamic process of two type model accords with the mechanism of the object , at the same time, the validity of real time capable module is discussed .     

A MIMD PARALLEL ALGORITHM TO SOLVE TRIDIAGONAL TOEPLITZ LINEAR EQUATIONS

The rank one updating formula and the parallel eliminating algorithm for linear recurrence systems ane combined fo form a MTMD parallel algorithm fo solve tridiagonal Toeplitz Cinear equations. This algorithm has a simple strictire and requires onlty a few storages as well as in-terprocessor communications. There is no special demand on the number of processors in the parallel system. The speedup can come dose to p12 comparing with the LU decomposition method (p is the number of processors). It is worth pointing out that it is proposed algcmthn that considels and organizes the parallel arithmetic in the first order linear ricurrence systems with constant coefficients.
