Influence of imported sport horses on the genetic evaluation of Swedish Warmblood stallions

There is substantial international influence on the Swedish Warmblood (SWB) sport horse population. The SWB Association suspects that imported horses are pre-selected based on their anticipated performance level, which could lead to biased estimated breeding values (EBVs) for stallions. This study examined different strategies to handle records for imported horses in the genetic evaluation. The stallions were evaluated for 10 traits using 3 different EBV estimation methods that were compared based on ranking comparisons of stallions, accuracy, correlations and absolute differences between EBVs. The results showed that the stallions’ EBVs were affected by imported offspring which, as a group, had higher average scores than horses born in Sweden. Sire EBVs differed by up to 0.6 genetic standard deviation of the trait between methods for stallions with >50% imported offspring. Excluding imported offspring lowered the accuracies and caused larger re-ranking compared with including a fixed effect of origin in the model.

研究适于云南亚热带地区的玉米品种.结果表明:玉米青秸产量以蜡熟期最高,干秸产量以完熟期最高;粗蛋白质产量和产奶净能量(NEL)均以蜡熟期最高;专用青贮玉米、粮饲玉米和普通玉米蜡熟期鲜秸产量分别为108.9、111.7和127.5 t/hm2,干秸产量为33.4、36.4和40.7 t/hm2,粗蛋白质产量为2.7、2.9和3.4 t/hm2,产奶净能量为49825.8、57789.4和64430.3 Mcal/t/hm2;高产优质玉米品种为京科9号、樱红和路单4号.     

欧盟、美国和日本加工农产品中农药残留评估现状

本文介绍了欧盟、美国和日本评估加工农产品中农药残留的数据要求和试验准则,以及开展膳食摄入风险评估和推荐农药最大残留限量(MRL)的方法,汇总了用于农药残留评估的加工农产品及其分类,分析了加工农产品中农药MRL制定现状,为进一步提高我国相关领域技术提供借鉴。比较分析结果表明,欧盟和美国在农药登记资料要求中明确提出了加工试验数据要求并且制定了相应的试验准则,美国在试验准则中描述了加工农产品中农药MRL的推荐原则;美国和日本制定了一定数量的加工农产品中农药MRL,欧盟建立了适用于监管农药MRL的加工因子数据库;欧盟、美国和日本均在相关法规中规定了加工农产品中农药残留的合规性判定。     

郭予元院士在宁夏植保防控事业中的学术贡献——纪念郭予元院士诞辰90周年

五六十年代的宁夏, 农业发展落后, 农业科学发展刚刚起步, 引黄灌区的水稻和南部西海固地区的冬小麦分别是当地的主要粮食作物, 其产量直接关乎当地群众温饱。但是由于特殊的地理位置和气候特点, 这些地区病虫害发生严重, 制约了当地的粮食生产。本文回顾了郭予元院士在宁夏进行病虫害科学研究, 为水稻稻瘟病、小麦麦种蝇和小麦腥黑穗病的监测预警, 防治示范做出的突出贡献。郭予元院士建立的预测预报体系及防治技术示范一直指导当地的农业生产, 并给全国的病虫害防治做了示范。     

条形浅基础极限承载力的滑移线解

当网格剖分足够密时，采用差分解法可得到具有足够精度的有重土静力极限平衡数值解。根据大量计算分析，揭示了有效旁侧荷载宽度L、无量纲极限承载力 / 与内摩擦角 、无量纲参数λ的内在规律，据此将滑移线法数值解拟合为简洁的解析表达式，并在理论上证明了这一规律。通过与几种经典承载力公式的比较和分析，综合对该拟合公式的可靠度分析，论证了其正确性和可行性。

Nonlinear Characteristic Modeling of Servo Value on Hydraulic Bending Roll System''s Dynamic Characteristic

Nonlinear characteristic of servo value is the important factor influencing hydraulic system, the model of electro-hydraulic servo pressure control system is designed. In this model, flux-equation of servo valve is specially applied and some non-linear characteristics are considered. Furthermore, SIMULINK toolbox of MATLAB language software is applied to solve mathematic model and simulation curves of some variables are obtained. The calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
