滑菇优良品种筛选试验初报

本试验对 6个不同滑菇品种进行了菌丝体生长和制种观察 ;在栽培试验过程中进行了多点小试和中试 ,初选出Ph0 8号和Ph0 6号两个品种。Ph0 8的单盘产量比CK1高出 2 5 8% ,比CK2 高出 35 3% ;Ph0 6的单盘产量比CK1高出 2 1 5 % ,比CK2 高出 30 6 %。它们均属早生品种 ,适合辽宁地区的气候特点 ,在幼菇期菌盖呈半球形、桔红色、附着的粘液多 ,菌柄比对照短 ,菇体健壮 ,符合商品收购和产品加工的要求     

Effects of platelet-derived growth factor on DNA and collagen protein synthesis in human vascular fibroblasts

AIM: To investigate the effects of platelet-derived growth factor on DNA and collagen protein synthesis in human vascular fibroblasts. METHODS: In the present experiment, the human vascular fibroblasts were cultured and effects of platelet-derived growth factor-BB on DNA and collagen protein synthesis in human vascular fibroblasts were observed by using [³H]-TdR incorporation and [³H]-proline incorporation in vitro. RESULTS: Platelet-derived growth factor-BB significantly promoted NDA synthesis and collagen protein synthesis of quiescent human vascular fibroblasts, with a maximal response at a concentration of 30μg·L^-1at 24 h and 36 h, respectively. CONCLUSION: Platelet-derived growth factor-BB promotes DNA and collagen protein synthesis in cultured human vascular fibroblasts.     

松毛虫CPV、B.t.林间防治第一代马尾松毛虫试验初报

用松毛虫CPV和B.t.进行喷雾防治马尾松毛虫试验，试验表阴：药后18d两种生物药剂的防治效果均在70%以上，B.t.达86．98％，CPV与B.t.的混合使用防效达85．04％。     

猪胚胎死亡的影响因素及其预防措施

猪胚胎死亡直接影响着母猪的产仔数，并进而影响着养猪生产的经济效益。因此，在深入研究猪胚胎死亡规律及其影响因素的基础上，通过有效的措施降低胚胎死亡率，对提高母猪窝产仔数和经济效益具有十分重要的意义。本文综述了影响猪胚胎死亡的遗传、环境、营养和疾病等因素，并对生产实践中如何通过综合预防措施降低猪胚胎死亡率进行了初步探讨。     

多花黑麦草品种比较试验

通过对现行生产中常用的4个多花黑麦草品种在昆明地区的物候期、株高、草产量、生长率、净同化率等指标的规定表明,在生长初期,特高的生产性能比其余3个品种都好,但生长一段时间后,邦德的生产性能明显超过特高(P<0.05),抗锈王略高于特高(P>0.05),旺饲的生产性能最差(P<0.05)。因此,邦德是一个在生产中值得推广应用的品种。     

MB22木聚糖酶发酵条件的研究

通过因素轮换试验和正交试验,对MB22菌产木聚糖酶的培养基配方和发酵条件进行了研究。结果显示最佳培养基组成是:以玉米芯粉和麸皮为碳源,麸皮120g/l,玉米芯280g/l,(NH4)2SO44g/l,CaCO31.5g/l,Tween80,2.0g/l,MgSO4·7H2O1.5g/l;最佳发酵条件为:起始pH5.0,摇床培养温度30℃,转速160r/min,振荡培养84h。在最佳发酵条件下,MB22菌的最高产酶活力可达898.23U/ml。虽然与一些高产菌株相比该菌株的产酶能力还有待于进一步提高,但该试验结果为进一步进行微生物生产木聚糖酶的研究提供了理论依据。     

秀珍菇营养配方的试验

本研究通过三因素三水平的正交试验表明 ,在培养基中添加VB1(2× 10 -6) ,N P K (0 1% ) ,NAA(10× 10 -6) ,最适合秀珍菇菌丝的生长     

陇东黄土高原冬小麦生产农业气象要素分析

对陇东黄土高原半湿润半干旱气候区旱地冬小麦生长期光、热、水三要素与产量进行了相关分析,得出对冬小麦产量起决定作用的农业气象要素为:孕穗—成熟期光照时数,≥0℃积温,开春土壤含水量 返青—孕穗期降水量(R2 3H)。建立了逐步回归方程,Y=-317.138 0.6317X1 0.4647X2。     

Upregulation of neurokinin A levels by nerve growth factor in the experimental asthmatic guinea pig

AIM: To explore the regulatory mechanism of nerve growth factor (NGF) on neurokinin A in the experimental asthmatic guinea pig. METHODS: Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the alteration of neurokinin A levels in the lower respiratory tract and visceral sensory afferent sites while NGF was absent (inhalation of NGF antibody through nasal cavity) in the asthmatic guinea pig. RESULTS: The contents of neurokinin A in the trachea, bronchus, lung, C₇-T₅ spinal ganglia and the correspondent spinal dorsal horn, nodose ganglia and solitary nucleus area in the experimental asthmatic guinea pig with the absent of NGF in the respiratory tract were much lower than those in the asthmatic and control groups (P＜0.01). CONCLUSION: NGF upregulated the contents of neurokinin A in the lower respiratory tract and visceral sensory sites of the experimental asthmatic guinea pig, and both might be involved in the pathogenesis of asthma.
