家蚕变态过程中过氧化氢代谢特点及外源激素对其调节作用

家蚕变态过程中H_2O_2代谢具有如下特点:(1)化蛹和化蛾前都有H_2O_2含量下降;(2)H_2O_2代谢存在显著的性别差异;(3)H_2O_2代谢变化剧烈;(4)外源Ecdn和JH显著改变其H_2O_2代谢、而且随性别不同而有所差异.     

Behaviour and reproductive performance of Nigerian native chickens subjected to different mating ratios for a short term

To date, there is no reported standard mating ratio for Nigerian native chickens despite their large population in the country. This study investigated the effect of mating ratio on behaviour, semen quality and level of stress. Sixty-three (9 cocks and 54 hens) sexually matured birds were randomly assigned to three mating ratios (MR) of 1 cock to 3 hens (1C:3H), 1 cock to 6 hens (1C:6H) and 1 cock to 9 hens (1C:9H), and each MR was replicated three times. Each cock spent 2 weeks in a particular MR before it was moved to another. By the 6th week, all cocks had experienced the three mating ratios. Behaviour of the hens and sexual behaviour of the cocks were observed in the morning and evening, respectively, for 6 weeks. At the end of 2nd week in each MR, semen samples were collected and evaluated for motility, morphology, liveability and concentration, and blood samples were also taken from the cocks to determine the heterophil/lymphocyte (H:L) ratio, an indicator of stress. There was also no significant effect of mating ratio on the fertility of eggs and hatchability of the chicks. The number of hen–hen aggression instances, frequency of visits to the nest box and duration of nesting was not influenced by the mating ratio. However, the duration of nest seeking was higher at 1C:3H and lower at 1C:9H. A mating ratio of 1C:9H is therefore recommended for farmers interested in raising Nigerian native chickens.     

Ethyl acetate fraction of flavonoids from Polygonum hydropiper L. modulates pseudorabies virus-induced inflammation in RAW264.7 cells via the nuclear factor-kappa B and mitogen-activated protein kinase pathways

Pseudorabies virus (PRV) infection leads to severe inflammatory responses and tissue damage, and many natural herbs exhibit protective effects against viral infection by modulating the inflammatory response. An ethyl acetate fraction of flavonoids from Polygonum hydropiper L. (FEA) was prepared through ethanol extraction and ethyl acetate fractional extraction. An inflammatory model was established in RAW264.7 cells with PRV infection to evaluate the anti-inflammatory activity of FEA by measuring cell viability, nitric oxide (NO) production, reactive oxygen species (ROS) release, and mRNA expression of inflammatory factors, inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2). Its functional mechanism was investigated by analyzing the phosphorylation and nuclear translocation of key proteins in the nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathways. Our findings indicate that PRV induced inflammatory responses in RAW264.7 cells, and the responses were similar to that in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated cells. FEA significantly suppressed NO synthesis and down-regulated both expression and secretion of COX-2, iNOS, and inflammatory cytokines (P<0.05 or P<0.01). FEA also reduced NF-κB p65 translocation into the nucleus and decreased MAPK phosphorylation, indicating that the NF-κB/MAPK signaling pathway may be closely related to the inflammatory response during viral infection. The findings suggested the potential pharmaceutical application of FEA as a natural product that can treat viral infections due to its ability to mitigate inflammatory responses.     

核桃五个主栽品种对Botryosphaeria溃疡病的抗性测定

为测定陕西、川北地区核桃主栽品种对溃疡病的抗性差异,本文通过和针刺接种法,对11个核桃良种栽培品种1年生枝条进行了抗Botryosphaeria的初步评估;在此基础上,对其中抗性较强的5个品种,采用打孔法接种2年生枝条进一步进行了抗性测定和评估。结果表明“清香”和“香玲”对溃疡病的抗病性强,“鲁光”、“西林3号”和“西洛”对溃疡病的抗病性弱。核桃品种抗病性差异与接种方式和时间有关,但抗病品种清香和香玲抗性表现稳定。该研究结果为核桃引种栽培提供了依据。     

辛夷油的药理学研究

向大白鼠胸腔注入角叉菜胶诱发胸膜炎,8h后处死动物，测定其胸腔渗出液中白细胞数、蛋白质及前列腺素E2（PGE2）的含量，体内白细胞介素1（IL-1）和肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）的含量。结果显示，事先灌服辛夷油的试验组动物，其胸腔渗出液中白细胞数、蛋白质和PGE2的含量均显著小于模型对照组；IL-1和TNF的含量也明显小于模型组，说明辛夷油能抑制炎症介质的产生，具有抗炎效应。     

《畜牧场规划设计》课程教学方法的探索

《畜牧场规划设计》课程是为动物科学专业本科生开设的一门专业选修课,具有实践性强,涉及内容繁多的特点,传统授课方式难以获得良好的教学效果。基于课程特点,在教学实践过程中,针对不同的教学内容,对实物图与数轴图结合、三维动画、倒序、生产视频和现场教学等方法进行了探讨,为增加学生学习兴趣和提升教学效果提供一定的参考。     

沙棘,白榆,刺槐叶粉颗粒饲料配制及喂兔试验

本文通过用沙棘、白榆、刺槐叶粉加工成的颗粒饲料进行的喂兔试验,探讨了这三种树叶作为林业饲料的开发价值。     

草地早熟禾愈伤组织遗传转化受体系统的建立

以草地早熟禾成熟胚为外植体，并去除部分胚乳，或用浓盐酸处理，选择NB＋2，4-D2mg／L为诱导培养基，NB＋6-BA2mg／L为分化培养基，1／2NB＋IAA0．5mg／L＋NAA0．5mg／L为生根培养基，建立了这些品种的胚性愈伤组织高频诱导与再生系统，确定了G418（40-50mg／L）Hpt（50mg／L）的筛选临界浓度，确定了最佳分化时间，探讨了建立草地早熟禾转化受体系统的必要条件。     

双低菜籽粕在饲料中的应用

双低菜籽粕具有高产优质的特点,其饲用品质优于普通菜籽粕,营养价值与豆粕相当,被广泛应用于饲料。为了更有效开发其对饲料业和养殖业的应用潜力,本文就双低菜籽粕的营养价值和在动物饲用方面进行的一系列的基础性研究作一简要介绍。     

狗舌草提取物诱导淋巴细胞性白血病L1210细胞分化的研究

以单猪屎豆碱（MO）、槲皮素（QU）和环磷酰胺（CY）为参照，观察了狗舌草600mL／L乙醇提取物（EX）对淋巴细胞性白血病L1210细胞体外试验的形态变化；利用流式细胞术，从DNA分子水平上检查了EX对L1210细胞各周期相的影响，探讨EX对L1210细胞的分化机理。结果发现，EX能够使L1210细胞向淋巴细胞方向发展；经EX作用24h后，L1210细胞G0＋G1期的百分比较对照组明显升高。提示EX对L1210细胞增殖的抑制作用可能是由于G1期的阻滞所致。
