在两栋长145m,跨度5.4m的双坡式有窗封闭舍内,采用三层笼养方式分别饲养700只235日龄的艾维菌肉种鸡,将其中采用轴流式风机加湿帘纵向通风系统的一栋鸡舍作为试验组,而将另一栋采用窗户自然通风的鸡舍作为对照组,于夏季进行为期15d的试验,结果表明试验组与对照组的舍内温度在1d内明显不同,且舍外温度越高,试验组的舍内降温效果越好,相应地,试验组也减轻了肉种鸡的夏季热应激。 相似文献

为了研究体外培养仔猪胰腺细胞的适宜条件,试验选取1日龄的仔猪胰腺组织置于冰上清洗、修剪,对消化酶、离心方式、培养皿铺被方式、培养液及添加不同促生长因子等多种因素进行筛选和优化。结果表明:0.25%胰酶消化所获得的细胞强于0.1%胶原酶消化获得的细胞,细胞清亮,易于生长;采用500 r/min离心5 min、多次离心所获得的细胞较Percoll不连续密度梯度离心和5%BSA等密度梯度离心所获得的细胞贴壁率高,生长能力强,易于培养传代;采用0.1%明胶或20μg/mL的层黏连蛋白铺被培养皿均比无铺被的培养皿获得更多的贴壁细胞;以RPMI 1640、M199、F12、L-DMEM多种培养液培养仔猪胰腺细胞,表现出多种细胞形态和生长趋势;在基础培养液中添加上皮生长因子、角质化生长因子、β-巯基乙醇和白血病细胞抑制因子、转铁蛋白与亚硒酸盐混合试剂等促干细胞增殖因子可促进不同形态细胞的增殖。说明按此方式培养可获得大量、多种细胞形态的仔猪胰腺祖/干细胞。 相似文献

针对网络版《中国草业开发与生态建设》专家系统知识库、模型库和空间库的特点,提出以下更新方案:知识库和模型库的更新采用2个途径进行,即数据库管理员直接在服务器端进行更新和普通用户在远程客户端以提交数据的形式进行更新。由于空间数据库处理的复杂性和传输量大的特点,空间数据库的更新主要还是由数据库管理员在服务器端进行。本研究虽在一定程度上全面详细地阐述了数据库的更新过程,具有一定的可行性,但仍有许多需改进的地方,如普通用户提交的数据在传往服务器端前的验证标准的制定、空间数据更新技术的改进等。 相似文献

The aim of this prospective study was to evaluate the Clinitek status™ analyser using Multistix10SG™/Microalbustix™ dipsticks (all: Siemens Dx) for canine urine (n = 101) compared to reference methods: visual reading (Combur9 dipstick, Roche), refractometry, microscopy, and quantitative protein/creatinine analysis (Pentra400, AxonLab). The automated analyses were done twice and visual tests were performed by two examiners.An excellent to good concordance was demonstrated between the first/second analysis with the Multistix10SG and the Combur9 dipstick, respectively with Cohen’s κ-values ranging from 0.776 to 1.000. Agreement between both dipsticks was good for glucose (κ = 0.753), blood (κ = 0.793), protein (κ = 0.788), and moderate for bilirubin (κ = 0.431) and ketones (κ = 0.540). In 6/101 specimens, false positive ketone reactions were obtained with the Multistix10SG™. Multistix10SG™ could not be used for determination of pyuria or specific gravity. Semiquantitative/quantitative protein results correlated well (ρ = 0.90) and creatinine measurements moderately (ρ = 0.76). Human commensal species take advantage of anthropogenic conditions that are less likely to be challenged by the selective pressures of natural environments. Their morphological and physiological phenotypes can therefore dissociate from habitat characteristics. Understanding how these species adjust their morphological and physiological traits across latitudinal gradients is fundamental to uncovering the eco-physiological strategies underlying coping mechanisms. Here, we studied morphological traits in breeding Eurasian tree sparrows (ETSs; Passer montanus) among low-latitude (Yunnan and Hunan) and middle-latitude (Hebei) localities in China. We then compared body mass; lengths of bill, tarsometatarsus, wing, total body, and tail feather; and baseline and capture stress-induced levels of plasma corticosterone (CORT) and the metabolites including glucose (Glu), total triglyceride (TG), free fatty acid (FFA), total protein, and uric acid (UA). None of the measured morphological parameters varied with latitude except in the Hunan population, which demonstrated longer bills than those in other populations. Stress-induced CORT levels significantly exceeded baseline levels and decreased with increasing latitude, but total integrated CORT levels did not vary with latitude. Capture stress-induced significantly increased Glu levels and decreased TG levels, independent of site. However, the Hunan population had significantly higher baseline CORT, baseline and stress-induced FFA levels, but lower UA levels, which differed from other populations. Our results suggest that rather than morphological adjustments, physiological adjustments are mainly involved in coping mechanisms for middle-latitude adaptation in ETSs. Dobutamine is routinely used to improve cardiovascular function in anaesthetized horses. However, dobutamine in conscious horses is insufficiently investigated. Ten research horses that were already instrumented for a preceding trial were included into the study. Cardiovascular variables were recorded and blood samples taken after instrumentation (Baseline), before starting dobutamine and after 10 min of dobutamine infusion (2 µg kg−1 min−1). A significant increase in systemic blood pressure, mean pulmonary artery pressure and right atrial pressure, and a decrease in heart rate were observed with dobutamine compared with baseline measurements. Arterial and mixed venous haemoglobin and oxygen content, as well as mixed venous partial pressure of oxygen increased. No significant changes in cardiac output, stroke volume, systemic vascular resistance, arterial partial pressure of oxygen, or oxygen consumption, delivery and extraction ratio were detected. Concluding, dobutamine increased systemic blood pressure without detectable changes in stroke volume, cardiac output or systemic vascular resistance in conscious horses. 相似文献
