为了研究高温处理对漆蜡皂化值的影响情况,设处理温度分别为100、110、120、130、140和150℃,处理时间长度分别为1、2、3、4和5 h,就不同温度条件和处理时间对漆蜡碘值的影响情况进行了试验。结果表明:在100℃的温度条件下,不同处理时间的漆蜡碘值整体低于其他几组温度处理的,其变化范围为62.4~70.2 mg·g-1;当温度为150℃时,不同处理时间的漆蜡碘值比其他几组温度处理的整体上相对要高些,其变化范围为76.0~85.8 mg·g-1;不同温度处理的漆蜡碘值存在差异,且差异达到极显著水平,其中处理温度为100℃与其他5组处理温度(110、120、130、140和150℃)对漆蜡碘值的影响差异均达到极显著水平;110与120℃、130和150℃各组处理对漆蜡碘值的影响差异显著;120、130、140和150℃的温度条件下不同处理时间对漆蜡碘值的影响均存在差异,但相互之间的差异均未达到显著水平。 相似文献

等壳碾压混凝土重力坝层间抗滑稳定可靠度分析 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
针对以有限元为基础分析碾压混凝土重力坝层间可靠度其功能函数不能显式表达的特点,采用响应面法、JC法、窄界限法原理相结合的可靠度计算方法。由三维非线性有限元对等壳水电站碾压混凝土重力坝各随机变量分位点值的计算结果,采用抗剪断公式构建该电站非溢流坝段层面的功能函数,求得响应面方程,并应用JC法和窄界限法计算层间单元可靠度指标及层间体系可靠度指标,进一步分析材料的变异系数对体系可靠度的影响。结果表明,φ是影响体系可靠度指标的最敏感因子,碾压各层β值一般为4.16~5.70,层间体系可靠度β'为4.12,满足工程要求。该方法计算效率高,实用性强,用于碾压混凝土重力坝层间抗滑稳定可靠度分析是可行的,值得推广。 相似文献

The waxy phenotype, associated with endosperm containing little or no amylose, has been recognized in sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L. Moench) since 1933. Although variants of the waxy gene are well characterized in other cereals, the waxy trait has been
assumed to be controlled by a single allele, wx, in sorghum. Recent improvements in technologies encourage re-examination of the waxy sorghums. The objectives of this research
were therefore to identify and characterize sorghum lines with differing waxy alleles and to describe the actions of those
alleles in crosses. Grain of eight waxy sorghum lines (BTxARG1, BTx630, Tx2907, B.9307, 94C274, 94C278, 94C289, 94C369), three
wild-type checks (BWheatland, RTx430, BN122), and F2 families from crosses among a subset of these lines were evaluated for presence or absence of granule-bound starch synthase
(GBSS), the gene product of the wx locus, and wild-type vs. waxy endosperm. The F2 segregation ratios were tested for fit to a 3:1 ratio using Chi-square analyses. Two distinctly different naturally occurring
waxy alleles were identified: One with no GBSS (GBSS−), and one with apparently inactive GBSS present (GBSS+). We propose
that the waxy allele with no GBSS be designated wxa, and that waxy allele with apparently inactive GBSS present be designated wxb. These two alleles are located in close proximity on the waxy locus. The wxb allele is dominant to the wxa allele in terms of GBSS production, and both are recessive to the wild-type Wx in terms of amylose content.

采用极限分析上限法,基于内外能耗守恒原理,通过构建考虑隧底隆起的斜坡地段浅埋隧道破坏模式,推导出围岩压力的计算式,并通过典型算例重点分析了典型因素对隧道围岩稳定性的影响。研究结果表明:基于泰沙基极限平衡法进行隧道围岩支护设计较为保守,不考虑隧底隆起的极限分析方法次之考虑隧底隆起极限分析方法的风险最大;斜坡地表倾角增大对浅埋隧道稳定性有着不可忽视的不利影响;围岩压力随岩土侧压力系数减小、埋深增大、断面尺寸加大而增大;岩土黏聚力增大、内摩擦角增大对提高浅埋隧道围岩稳定性有积极作用。 相似文献

Aim at the problem that the EO imaging tracking system is inconsistent with the model of probabilistic data association with amplitude information (PDA AI), which supposes that the greater the amplitude value is, the greater the probability of being the tracked target will be, a modified PDA AI (MPDA AI) is presented . Based on the fact that the amplitude and the motion of the interested target are consistent in a short period, the MPDA AI models the amplitude information and the motion information of the target as well as their consistency with Markov stationary signal to analyze the association procedure of motion and amplitude. The lower bounds of Cramer Rao estimation error for PDA AI and MPDA AI are calculated and discussed in detail. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that estimating the target motion with the MPDA AI will be more accurate and more reliable than estimating with the original PDA AI. 相似文献

The entire USDA‐ARS maintained collection of 650 accessions of proso millet (Panicum miliaceum L.) was evaluated for the presence of accessions with waxy (amylose‐free) endosperm starch. Six accessions, five of which derived from mainland China, were identified. Segregation ratios for waxy endosperm were evaluated in F2 and F3 populations derived from crosses between two waxy accessions, PI 436625 (Lung Shu 16) and PI 436626 (Lung Shu 18), and several wild‐type accessions. The waxy trait was found to be under the control of duplicate recessive alleles at two loci, herein designated wx‐1 and wx‐2. Wild‐type alleles at these loci were designated Wx‐1 and Wx‐2. Iodine‐binding revealed a mean grain‐starch amylose concentration of 3.5% in waxy lines and 25.3% in wild‐type proso. Expression of the granule‐bound starch synthase (waxy protein) in waxy lines was reduced to approximately one‐tenth that of wild‐type accessions. The waxy accessions identified now are available for the introgression of this trait into breeding lines adapted to the Great Plains of North America. 相似文献

Proton nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) is widely applied to characterize the microscopic properties of hydrogen-containing porous media. The transverse relaxation time cutoff (T2c) value is the crucial parameter for the quantitative analysis of NMR data. Currently, there is no universal method for the determination of the T2c in clayey soils. This study aimed to develop a laboratory method for determining the T2c of remoulded loess by the freezing point of loosely bound water. Malan loess, a kind of typical clayey silt, was used as test material. Based on the soil freezing characteristic, NMR measurements were performed on remoulded loess with different macro-parameter controls during the cooling process to obtain the T2 spectrum at each target temperature. By analysing the variation of unfrozen water content with temperature reduction, the freezing point of loosely bound water and the T2c value within the freezing-point range was determined. The freezing point of loosely bound water in remoulded loess is about −3 to −5°C and that of firmly bound water is less than −5°C. Accordingly, the T2c value of remoulded loess is determined to be 1.5–1.8 ms. The assessment of heating and cooling process and different methods for determining the T2c shows that the laboratory method by the freezing point is effective and reliable, and the T2c determined by statistical methods is worthy of further study and improvement. The saturated permeability of remoulded loess is evaluated according to the determined T2c, and two NMR-based permeability equations can well reflect pore water distribution in remoulded loess, but to a certain extent, both equations ignore soil microstructure, pore connectivity and chemical effects of pore solution. The laboratory method by the freezing point and the determined T2c value of remoulded loess fill the gap of NMR measurement in loess analysis and are of great significance for low-plastic clays and clay types. 相似文献
