为了评价不同植被对煤矿废弃地复垦区土壤生态修复的效果,本研究开展了桃树、杉树、李树等植被对复垦区土壤酶活性和真菌种群多样性的影响分析。结果表明:(1)不同植被下,脲酶、酸性磷酸酶和转化酶的活性差异显著。脲酶在对照中最高,桃树最低;酸性磷酸酶活性对照最高,杉树(0~20、40~60 cm)和桃树(20~40 cm)土壤中最低,且一般情况下酶活性随土层加深而降低,具有表聚性,但不同植被和不同土层的转化酶活性的变化表现不同;该区域土壤的pH随土层加深增高,最高为5.67,均呈酸性,除对照外,均表现出一定程度的差异性。(2)不同植被下,所有土壤样品的真菌种群优势门均为子囊菌门(Ascomycota)、担子菌门(Basidiomycota)、毛霉菌门(Mucoromycota),季也蒙酵母属(Meyerozyma)和芽枝霉属(Cladosporium)为所有土壤样品都具有的优势属,而孢霉属(Mortierella)仅在柳树土壤中不是优势属,青霉菌属(Penicillium绿核菌属(Ustilaginoidea)是李树土壤中的优势属;盘菌属(Tricharina)是杉树土壤中的优势属;刺毛四枝孢(Tetracladium)是对照土壤中的优势属。通过综合非度量多维尺度分析(Non-metric multidimensional scaling, NMDS)表明,不同植被的土壤真菌群落组成差异较大,柳树0~20 cm、杉树20~40 cm、对照40~60 cm土壤中的真菌数量和多样性较丰富,其中桃树土壤中的真菌丰富度和多样性相对较低。本研究结果可以为其他煤矿复垦区域土壤生态修复研究提供借鉴。  相似文献

现有矿井风机的工频供电控制方式已不能满足目前矿井现代化生产的需求。通过研究矿井风机传统控制方式,设计了矿井通风变频自动控制系统。该系统采用变频器对风机进行变频调速,以达到对风压和风量的自动控制;通过检测风机轴承和电动机温度,由中央控制单元自动切换备用风机,提高了矿井生产的安全性和可靠性。  相似文献

于2008~2009年采取吉林省九台营城煤矿废弃地的复垦土和矸石土作为种植土壤,分别于试验小区内种植黄花草木樨(Melilotus officinalis Lam.)和紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.),研究植物不同营养器官对煤矿废弃地土壤重金属的富集转化规律。结果表明,两种植物对不同土壤重金属的富集能力不同。复垦土种植条件下,黄花草木樨的叶和茎、紫花苜蓿的根和叶对Zn、Cd、Ni和Cu富集能力较强;矸石土种植条件下,黄花草木樨的叶对Ni、Cd及Cu的富集能力较强,根对Zn的富集能力较强,紫花苜蓿的叶对4种重金属的富集能力均较强,且茎对Cu和Ni、根对Zn也存在一定的富集能力。  相似文献

采用改良剂(有机肥、泥炭、土壤)与铅锌尾矿砂混合的试验方法,通过改进BCR法连续提取As、Zn、Pb、Cu的化学形态,评价改良剂对尾矿砂中As、Zn、Pb和Cu的移动性和生物有效性的影响,降低铅锌尾矿砂的重金属污染风险.结果表明,尾矿砂中As、Zn、Pb和Cu总量高,分别为255.44、9 445.67、1 296.02和61.93 mg/kg,重金属主要以残渣态>可氧化态>可还原态>弱酸提取态的形式存在.改良剂与铅锌尾矿砂混合后,As、Zn、Pb、Cu的总量、弱酸提取态所占比例得到降低,其中有机肥和泥炭能显著提升重金属的可氧化态所占比例,使重金属稳定性得到增加,达到降低重金属危害的目的.  相似文献

Larval and early juvenile fishes were sampled from the eastern Bering Sea (EBS) shelf during summer from 1996 to 2000. Data from these collections were used to examine spatial and temporal patterns in species assemblage structure and abundance. Cluster analyses based on Bray–Curtis dissimilarity coefficients were used to group species and stations according to similar abundance and species composition. Ordination techniques were used to verify groupings, and a non‐parametric stepwise procedure using a Spearman correlation coefficient (BIO‐ENV) was used to relate groupings to predominant environmental variables. These approaches revealed a pattern of station groupings that were generally related to bathymetry in 1996, 1997, 1999, and 2000, although no obvious relationship to geographic boundaries was observed in 1998. Significant differences in species associations were observed in 1997 and 1998, and depressions in abundance were also noted among many species between 1997 and 1999. A regional, full primitive equation model was used to simulate float trajectories on the EBS shelf in each year to better relate fish distributional observations to prevailing current patterns. Model results indicated general variations in flow in several years, although 1998 stood out with stronger northeast flow than in any of the other years examined. Observed disruptions of larval and early juvenile fish assemblages could be related to the strong El‐Niño event of 1997–98 in the EBS. If this idea is confirmed, our study suggests that larval and juvenile fish are sensitive and respond relatively quickly (1–2 yr) to environmental perturbations, and as such, may be timely indicators of environmental change.  相似文献

Mining activities are related to relevant environmental pollution issues that should be controlled. We used sequential extractions to fractionate Cd, Cu, Ni, Pb and Zn retained on unamended or mussel shell‐amended mine soil samples, all of them treated with a mixture of the five heavy metals (total metal concentration of 1·57 mmol L−1), after 1, 7 and 30 days of incubation. In addition, we used the stirred flow chamber technique to study the release of each of the five heavy metals from these different unamended and shell‐amended soil samples. The results indicate that the shell amendment caused a decrease in the most soluble fraction, while increasing the most recalcitrant (least mobile) fraction. With equivalent implications, the stirred flow chamber experiments showed that mussel shell amendment was associated to a decrease in heavy metal release and increased retention. The highest mussel shell dose and incubation time caused the most relevant changes in pH values and thus in metal retention, also indicating the importance of pH modifications in the mechanism of retention acting in the amended samples. In view of these results, the use of mussel shell amendment can be encouraged to increase heavy metal retention in acid mine soils, in order to minimise risks of environmental pollution. An “edaphic‐landscape” restoration was performed in two anthracite coal mine spoil heaps located in NW Spain as a demonstration and pilot program for the restoration of coal mine spoils. Terrestrial arthropods were used to monitor the process as an alternative to the use of secondary succession of plants or physico‐chemical indicators of soils. This study analyzes the usefulness of the terrestrial arthropods at different taxonomic levels (orders of Arthropoda, families of Coleoptera, and species of Carabidae) as restoration indicators in the initial restoration stages. The terrestrial arthropods respond rapidly to restoration, and the results may be explained by short‐term increase in abiotic factors resulting from the applied techniques, mainly the animal origin of the organic matter added and the biodegradable coconut geotextile. Carabidae is of relatively low value as a short‐term restoration indicator at a specific level. Coleoptera provided the best information for interpreting the ecological results over the short term and had the best relationship with the cost of identification. Likewise, the results showed that the edaphic‐landscape restoration leads to an abnormal arthropod assemblage in the short term because of an excessive abundance of isopods and polydesmids. No clear convergence appeared toward any of the terrestrial arthropod communities present in the grassland, scrubland, or woodland semi‐natural areas, which were used as reference end point. The restoration indicator value produced by the higher taxonomic levels of the studied terrestrial arthropods may be useful and cost‐effective for assessing short‐term changes caused by environmental restorations performed to recover ecosystems affected by mining activities. 为了选择重金属污染土壤生态修复植物,利用采样测试分析的方法,对生长于冷水江严重Sb、As、Cd、Hg污染土壤的大叶女贞进行了研究。结果表明:大叶女贞能耐较严重重金属胁迫,其生长量、生物量受影响较小,胸径、树高和生物量分别减少2.58%、6.07%、7.58%;大叶女贞对各重金属的富集系数均大于2,其中Hg、Cd的富集系数最大,Cu、As的富集系数最小;对各重金属的转运系数均大于60,其中Sb的转运系数最大,Zn的转运系数最小;各重金属在大叶女贞根、茎、叶器官内的富集量有极显著差异,根、茎、叶等器官间富集的重金属有极显著差异,其叶部富集重金属的顺序为ZnSbAsPbCuCdHg,茎部富集重金属的顺序为ZnSbPbCdAsCuHg,根部富集重金属的顺序为ZnSbPbAsCuCdHg,叶、茎、根三器官富集各种重金属的顺序为叶茎根,至少有93.0%重金属富集在叶、茎、枝等地上部器官,其中至少有60.0%的重金属富集在叶部;大叶女贞为一优良重金属污染土壤生态修复树种。  相似文献
