杉木人工林凋落物大量元素含量与通量对模拟氮沉降的响应 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
在杉木人工林中开展野外模拟氮沉降试验,以探讨森林凋落物对氮沉降增加的响应。通过对凋落物的化学分析发现,4种氮沉降[(N0)0、(N1)60、(N2)120、(N3)240 kg.hm-2.a-1]处理下5种大量元素的年平均含量大小顺序表现为N>Ca>K>Mg>P。相对于N0,N1、N2、N3处理增加了落叶中N、K、Mg的含量,其中使N平均含量分别增加了3.85%、7.69%、28.30%;但在一定程度上降低了P、Ca含量。经N0、N1、N2、N3处理,凋落物中N的年归还量分别为6.93、7.74、8.70、8.50 kg.hm-2;P为0.63、0.70、0.70、0.60 kg.hm-2;K为3.67、4.29、4.50、4.11 kg.hm-2;Ca为4.72、5.09、5.06、4.47kg.hm-2;Mg为2.14、2.63、2.35、2.05 kg.hm-2。N1、N2处理提高了凋落物中5种元素的年归还量,而N3处理则降低P、Ca、Mg的年归还量。各大量元素归还量在1 a中均出现2个高峰期,其中第1次峰值出现在4月份,第2次峰值出现在6月或7月份。 相似文献

The diet of the domestic dog has changed significantly from that of its wolf ancestor, with to date only two studies having examined macronutrient self‐selection in dogs. Whilst the first focused solely on protein intake, determining an intake of 30% metabolisable energy (ME ), the second investigated dietary protein, fat and carbohydrate (PFC ), indicating an intake ratio of 30:63:7% by energy. This study's aim was to further elucidate macronutrient intake by providing greater macronutrient range, energy content, and to investigate over a longer duration than previous studies. Fifteen adult dogs were given access to three wet diets providing 500% of daily ME , twice daily over 10 days. The diets were nutritionally complete and formulated using the same four ingredients in different proportions to supply high levels of protein (58% ME ), fat (86% ME ) or carbohydrate (54% ME ). Overall fat and carbohydrate consumption significantly declined from 6,382 to 917 kcals per day (p < 0.001) and 553 to 214 kcals day?1 (p < .01) respectively. Protein intake, however, remained constant over the study and ranged from 4,786 to 4,156 kcals day?1. Such results impacted on percentage total energy intake, with fat decreasing from 68% to 52% (p < .001) and protein increasing from 29% to 44% (p < .01). Our findings suggest that dogs still possess a “feast or famine” mentality, wherein energy dense fat is prioritised over protein initially. With continued feeding over 10 days, a transition to a more balanced energy contribution from both macronutrients is evident. The study also shows that given the option, dogs do not select carbohydrate to be a significant portion of the diet. The health implications of such dietary selection are of interest. 相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of isoenergetic substitution between the three energy delivering macronutrients in pre‐starter diets on performance and intermediary nutrient metabolism in broiler chickens. From hatch until 5 days of age, 600 chicks, collected during peak of hatch, were fed one of the three experimental pre‐starter diets with isoenergetic (13 MJ metabolisable energy/kg) substitutions between fat (43 vs. 108 g/kg), protein (126 vs. 240 g/kg) and carbohydrates (391 vs. 510 g/kg). After 5 days, commercial grower and finisher diets were provided. Pre‐starter composition influenced body weight until slaughter age, although not statistically verifiable. Broilers fed the low protein (LP) pre‐starter had the lowest body weight in relation to chickens on the low carbohydrate or low fat pre‐starter diet. After hatch, chicks on the LP pre‐starter diet were able to use the residual yolk sac more rapidly to fulfil their protein requirement, which is reflected in small intestine and liver development. Also, plasma metabolite levels were influenced mostly by the LP pre‐starter, indicating that the main focus for the requirements of newly hatched chicks should be on proteins. Furthermore, optimal nutrition during the first day’s post‐hatch should take into account the contribution of the yolk. 相似文献

ABSTRACT Spinach (Spinacia oleracea L.) has one of the highest United States per capita consumption rates among leafy vegetable crops, and also ranks second for lutein and β-carotene carotenoid concentration. The objectives of this study were to determine the effects of nitrogen (N) concentration on elemental and pigment accumulation in spinach. Two spinach cultivars (‘Melody’ and ‘Springer F1’) were greenhouse grown in nutrient solution culture under N treatments of 13, 26, 52, and 105 mg L? 1. Leaf tissue biomass increased from 45.6 to 273.2 g plant? 1 and from 127.0 to 438.6 g plant? 1 as N increased from 13 to 105 mg L? 1 for ‘Springer F1’ and ‘Melody’, respectively. Leaf tissue N, phosphorus (P), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), copper (Cu), and zinc (Zn) responded to N treatments. Lutein accumulations, expressed on a fresh weight basis, responded quadratically to increasing N treatments for ‘Springer F1’. Maximum lutein values were 110 and 76 μ g g? 1 on a fresh weight basis, and maximum β-carotene values were 85 and 57 μ g g? 1 on a fresh weight basis for ‘Springer F1’ and ‘Melody’, respectively. Interestingly, N levels had a significant effect on carotenoid accumulation in both ‘Springer F1’ and ‘Melody’ when the pigments were expressed on a dry weight basis. Leaf tissue lutein increased from 0.59 to 1.06 mg g? 1 and from 0.59 to 0.90 mg g? 1 on a dry weight basis with increasing N treatments for ‘Springer F1’ and ‘Melody’, respectively. Reporting lutein and β-carotene on both a fresh and dry weight basis may be the most accurate way to express the carotenoid values of spinach. 相似文献

In tropical regions, use of cover crops in crop production is an important strategy in maintaining sustainability of cropping systems. Phosphorus (P) deficiency in tropical soils is one of the most yield-limiting factors for successful production of cover crops. A greenhouse experiment was conducted to evaluate influence of P on growth and nutrient uptake in 14 tropical cover crops. The soil used in the experiment was an Oxisol, and P levels used were low (0 mg P kg?1), medium (100 mg P kg?1) and high (200 mg P kg?1). There was a significant influence of P and cover crop treatments on plant growth parameters. Phosphorus X cover crops interaction for shoot dry weight, root dry weight and root length was significant, indicating different responses of cover crops to variable P levels. Based on shoot dry weight efficiency index (SDEI), legume species were classified into efficient, moderately efficient or inefficient groups. Overall, white jack bean, gray mucuna bean, mucuna bean ana and black mucuna bean were most P efficient. Remaining species were inefficient in P utilization. Macro- and micronutrient concentrations (content per unit dry weight of tops) as well as uptakes (concentration x dry weight of tops) were significantly (P < 0.01) influenced by P as well as crop species treatments, except magnesium (Mg) and zinc (Zn) concentrations. The P x crop species interactions were significant for concentration and uptake of all the macro and micronutrients analyzed in the plant tissues, indicating concentrations and uptake of some nutrients increased while others decreased with increasing P levels. Hence, there was an antagonistic as well as synergetic effect of P on uptake of nutrients. However, uptake of all the macro and micronutrients increased with increasing P levels, indicating increase in dry weight of crop species with increasing P levels. Overall, nutrient concentration and uptake in the top of crop species were in the order of nitrogen (N) > potassium (K) > calcium (Ca) > Mg > sulfur (S) > P for macronutrients and iron (Fe) > manganese (Mn) > zinc (Zn) > copper (Cu) for micronutrients. ABSTRACTNutrient use efficiency and overall plant fertilization strategies are key issues in food production in increasingly adverse environmental conditions. The plant Actinidia arguta (Siebold et Zucc.) Planch. ex Miq. is a species that has increased cultivation in recent years. The aim of this study was to assess seasonal leaf macronutrient changes and the relationship between soil nitrogen (N) fertility and N, as well as the concentration of other leaf essential macronutrients. The experiment was conducted during the growing seasons of 2015–2016 and tested two cultivars: “Weiki” and “Geneva”. Soil N level had a significant impact on the concentration of all leaf macronutrients, except sulfur, in both cultivars. Leaf macronutrient concentration was significantly lower in 2015, which was characterized by a higher average temperature and lower precipitation than the long term averages. A clear downward trend for leaf N and potassium concentrations was observed during the vegetation period. In contrast, leaf calcium and magnesium concentrations increased gradually throughout the season, while phosphorus and sulfur concentration changes were more cultivar dependent. In the soil and climatic conditions in which study was conducted (Central Europe), a time from mid-July to mid-August seems to be the suitable for leaf sampling for diagnostic purposes. 为解决切花菊设施栽培中施肥过量导致可吸收利用的养分较少且品质不佳的问题,综述切花菊的需肥规律、营养调控研究进展,以及大量营养元素、微量元素、提高化肥利用效率的技术对切花菊生长发育的影响。总结出不同切花菊品种在同一生育期或同一器官的养分需求规律相同,但是针对不同栽培基质、土壤或环境,最适需肥配比、需肥量需要调整。按需施肥和配套技术对于改善土壤结构和切花菊品质有重要作用。笔者认为需将科研与生产紧密结合,深入研究养分高效吸收利用的机理及技术;加快形成适用于不同区域的标准施肥体系,以推进切花菊生产向专业化、规模化和集约化发展。 相似文献
