为探讨饲料中添加砷制剂对小鼠铁吸收的影响,45只小鼠被随机分为3组,各组在基础日粮中分别添加0,40,80mg/kg砷(以洛克沙胂形式),试验期30d。试验结束后,收取各组粪便和组织器官测定铁含量。结果显示,与对照组相比,40mg/kg砷组铁表观吸收率提高14.57%,80mg/kg砷组铁表观吸收率则降低了14.93%;40mg/kg砷组小鼠肝脏、肾脏、脾脏、小肠和腿肌铁含量显著升高(P〈O.05),80mg/kg砷组则显著降低(P〈O.05);但两组分别于停砷后5,7d,组织器官铁恢复正常水平。这表明40mg/kg砷水平可促进铁的吸收,相反80mg/kg砷水平则抑制铁的吸收。 相似文献

Equine rotavirus group A (RVA) has been detected in several countries worldwide since its first detection in 1975. Currently, equine RVA is considered the major cause of dehydrating diarrhea in foals younger than 3 months, and the frequency of detection in clinical cases varies from 20% to 77%. The genotypes of epidemiologic relevance found in horses are G3P[12] and G14P[12]. In a survey conducted in Argentina from 1992 to 2008, equine RVA was detected in 21% and 39% of the fecal samples and outbreaks, respectively. Genotype distribution was 51% G3P[12] and 33% G14P[12]. In continuation with the surveillance, the aim of the present study was to characterize the equine RVA detected in Thoroughbred foals in Argentina from 2009 to 2014. A total of 436 stool samples (corresponding to 177 single diarrhea cases or outbreaks) were analyzed. Equine RVA was detected in 31% (135 of 436) of the samples, which corresponded to 42% (74 of 177) of outbreaks. From the positive cases, 42% (57 of 135) were genotyped. Of this, 63% were G3 (36 of 57) and 37% (21 of 57) were G14 genotype. Considering the whole data (1992–2014), equine RVA was detected in 25% (300 of 1,207) of the stool samples and 41% (119 of 293) of the diarrhea outbreaks. The results of this study also show a cyclic pattern of the G3 and G14 prevalence in the horse population with a change in G3:G14 frequencies from year to year. Furthermore, clustering in the phylogenetic tree suggests evolutionary and geographic relationships between the Argentinean strains compared with the strain circulating worldwide. 相似文献

以转P5CSF129A基因的冰草属(Agropyron Gaertn)阳性植株(97#、19#、66#)和阴性植株为材料,测定叶片脯氨酸含量、相对含水量、质膜透性和K+/Na+比值4项耐盐指标。结果表明:转基因植株的脯氨酸含量明显高于阴性植株,说明P5CSF129A基因已经在冰草转化植株体内表达,提高了转基因植株的耐盐性;其它耐盐指标的结果也证明转基因冰草植株的耐盐性高于对照植株。对转基因植株和阴性植株的耐盐能力综合评定结果是97#>19#>66#>阴性植株。 相似文献

Basal activities of certain pheasant hepatic and intestinal biotransformation enzymes and modulation of their activities by anthelmintics flubendazole (FLBZ) and mebendazole (MBZ) were investigated in subcellular fractions that were prepared from liver and small intestine of control and FLBZ or MBZ treated birds. Several oxidation, reduction and conjugation enzyme activities were assessed. In the liver, treatment of pheasants by FLBZ or MBZ caused very slight or no changes in monooxygenase activities and conjugation enzymes. More significative changes were detected in small intestine. Metyrapone and daunorubicin reductase activities were increased by both substances in the liver. This is the first evidence that certain benzimidazoles modulate reductases of carbonyl group. With respect to the relatively slight extent of the changes caused by FLBZ or MBZ we can assume that repeated administration of therapeutic doses of both FLBZ and MBZ has probably no serious influence on pheasant biotransformation enzyme system. 相似文献

A herd of 25 beef cows were offered four types of mineral blocks (A, B, C, D) with a different Ca to P ratio (A 0.6:1, B 0.8:1, C 2:1 and D 3.6:1). The Mg content was identical in all blocks whereas the Na content was equal in B, C and D, while the Na content in A block was double. The mineral block intake was monitored for 1 year, which was broken down to the grazing period (Pa) and the winter period (Wi). The intake of pasture grass and winter forage was assessed and the feed chemical composition was analysed; based on the obtained values, a macroelement balance (for Ca, P, Mg, Na and K) was calculated.The results showed the forage diet met requirements for all the observed macroelements (except in Na). The macroelement intake from forage was considerably higher than from mineral blocks. There were significant seasonal (Pa versus Wi) differences in B and C blocks intake. The consumption of D block was relatively invariable all year round; block A was refused in both seasons though it contained the highest amount of highly deficient Na.It can be concluded that mineral content in forage meets beef cattle requirements for Ca, Mg and K, P content is just satisfactory, and Na content is insufficient. It appears that cows control, to some extent, the Ca to P ratio in their diet by choosing the appropriate type of mineral block. However, the preference or refusal of some types of mineral blocks regardless of the season suggests the influence of other factors affecting mineral block intake which were not the subject of our observation. 相似文献

以对羟基苯甲酸和苯丙烯酸为代表性酚酸类物质 ,研究其对黄瓜幼苗生长和保护酶活性的影响。结果表明 ,该 2种酚酸物质对黄瓜幼苗的生长有抑制作用 ,鲜重、株高、茎粗、叶面积均有减小 ,随处理浓度的增加抑制作用增强 ,苯丙烯酸比对羟基苯甲酸具有更强的抑制作用 ;与对照 (CK)相比 ,2种酚酸物质对过氧化物酶 (POD)活性的影响呈现出先升高、然后下降 ,最后低浓度处理有回升趋势而高浓度无回升趋势 ;对过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活性的影响则呈现出低浓度处理其活性先升高、然后下降、最后回升的变化趋势 ,高浓度处理首先表现为活性降低、然后略有升高、最后下降而无回升趋势 ;对超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性的影响表现出首先高于CK ,然后逐渐下降低于CK ,最后低浓度处理逐渐回升趋于CK ,而高浓度处理无回升趋势。高浓度酚酸类物质使丙二醛 (MDA)含量增加 相似文献
