杂交粳稻新组合禾香优1号的选育、制种及直播栽培技术

禾香优1号是浙江省嘉兴市农业科学研究院与浙江勿忘农种业股份有限公司利用粳稻不育系禾香1A与恢复系TD47配组而成的杂交粳稻新组合。该组合米质优、综合抗性强、适应性广,2020年通过国家品种审定,适宜在浙江省、上海市、江苏省南部、安徽省和湖北省沿江的粳稻区作单季晚稻种植。根据近几年田间示范表现和制种实践,总结了该组合高产制种和直播栽培技术要点。     

Fluorescence localization of epidermal cathepsins L and B in the Japanese eel

Histochemical localization of proteolytic activities in the dorsal epidermis of Japanese eel was demonstrated by fluorescent microscopy utilizing 4-methoxy-2-naphthylamide (4M$\beta$NA) derivatives as substrates and 5-nitrosalicylaldehyde as a trapping agent. Carbobenzoxy-L-phenylalanyl-L-arginyl-4M$\beta$NA (Cbz-Phe-Arg-4M$\beta$NA) and Cbz-Arg-Arg-4M$\beta$NA were used for direct detection of cathepsins L and B activities, respectively, in fresh frozen sections and unfixed cells of the eel epidermis. The fluorescing areas, where Cbz-Phe-Arg-4M$\beta$NA was hydrolyzed by cathepsin L, were shown in mucus secretory cells and club cells and broadly around skin surface. The fluorescing areas due to Cbz-Arg-Arg-4M$\beta$NA hydrolysis by cathepsin B were localized similarly in these tissues. The fluorescing intensity for both catheptic activities in mucus secretory cells was higher than that in club cells, where small fluorescing granules were distributed. These results indicate that eel cathepsins L and B are stored in epidermal secretory cells at different levels and probably serve as defense factors before or after secretion by these cells. A comparison of the population genetics of Lethrinus miniatus and Lutjanus sebae from the east and west coasts of Australia: Evidence for panmixia and isolation

Lethrinus miniatus and Lutjanus sebae are important commercial and recreational species of reef fish. Within Australian waters the former species is less widespread than the latter and has a discontinuous distribution, whilst the latter is continuously distributed in tropical Australian waters. The demographic attributes of these species (e.g. long life span, low rates of natural mortality) make them vulnerable to over-exploitation. Consequently, conservative harvest strategies including no-take zones for these species have been adopted by fisheries management agencies to control exploitation. Information on the genetic stock structure of these species is important for developing specific management strategies. However, little is known about genetic stock structures within and between east and west Australian populations of these species. The current study used the mitochondrial genome hypervariable region 1 (HVR1) of the control region to examine variation between two sites from both the east and west Australian coasts for each species. HVR1 for L. sebae did not differ genetically either within or between coasts (F_st < 0.018, p > 0.15) at the sites studied, suggesting a panmictic population structure. Similarly, L. miniatus did not differ significantly between sites sampled within coast. However, the west coast HVR1 for L. miniatus east and west coast populations, were discrete (F_st of at least 0.92, p < 0.0001). The degree of genetic sub-division between east and west coast populations indicates that they should be managed as discrete stocks. Further, when considering both species, the lower genetic (both haplotype and nucleotide) diversity in three of the four sites on the west coast of Australia, indicates that this region is genetically impoverished and neutrality tests suggest that selection is responsible. Consequently, west Australian populations will be less resilient to perturbations (e.g. fishing, climate change) than east Australian populations, which have higher genetic diversity.     

Most fish destined for fishmeal production are food‐grade fish

Marine fisheries target and catch fish both for direct human consumption (DHC) as well as for fishmeal and fish oil, and other products. We derived the fractions used for each for 1950–2010 by fishing country, and thus provide a factual foundation for discussions of the optimal use of fisheries resources. From 1950 to 2010, 27% (~20 million tonnes annually) of globally reconstructed marine fisheries landings were destined for uses other than DHC. Importantly, 90% of fish destined for uses other than DHC are food‐grade or prime food‐grade fish, while fish without a ready market for DHC make up a much smaller proportion. These findings have implications for how we are using fish to feed ourselves or, more appropriately, how we are not using fish to feed ourselves.     

中国国民收入与茶叶内销量的实证研究

通过Eviews31软件就1990年到2008年我国国民收入与茶叶内销售量关系进行分析，得出我国国民收入与茶叶内销量存在协整关系，同时运用格兰杰检验得出我国国民收入提高是我国茶叶内销量增加的成因，认为通过预测我国国民收入水平可推算出我国茶叶的内销量，为茶叶产销决策提供依据。     

单跨简支渡槽剪力滞效应分析

应用ANSYS程序建立了几种不同渡槽槽体结构的有限元模型,数值结果表明,采用板壳单元能很好地模拟槽体的剪力滞效应,计算精度满足工程要求。对单跨简支单箱、多箱槽体的剪力滞效应进行了较详细的数值研究,得到了槽体底板与上部翼缘的纵向正应力分布规律,研究了渡槽的截面形式、宽跨比等参数对渡槽剪力滞效应的影响。研究结果对渡槽结构设计具有参考价值。     

台湾农产品“希望广场”的考察与启示

为提高我国农产品流通的效率,寻求防止农产品价格大起大落现象的办法,作者于今年五月赴台北农产品＂希望广场＂进行了考察。本文介绍了＂希望广场＂的组建历史、运营模式及绩效、得到的支持及其作用机制等,归纳了对大陆农民组织和农产品流通体系的政策启示。作者认为,农产品直销市场在农产品流通中发挥着显著的作用,对提高消费者福利和增加农民收入有很大帮助,加强农产品直销市场建设刻不容缓。应该将农业市场化建立在农民组织的载体之上,充分发挥农民合作组织在农产品流通中的作用。     

中原牡丹花黄酮定量方法的研究

借助于紫外扫描,通过对氯化铝显色法、硝酸铝—亚硝酸钠显色法和直接测定法3种比色方法与高效液相色谱法测定结果的对比和方法评价的研究,确定了直接测定法(测定波长为350 nm)是一种操作简单、结果较准确的方法。以芦丁为标准品,可用于中原牡丹花黄酮含量的快速测定。     

关于季节性冻土对兴隆林区的危害及防治措施

本文论述了在严寒地区预防和减轻基础冻害的方法及措施,并在实践中得到证实。     

Attraction ofTrichogramma platneri to eggs of some lepidopterous pests of avocado

The attraction ofTrichogramma platneri Nagarkatti (Hymenoptera: Trichogrammatidae) to eggs of two lepidopterous avocado pests,Boarmia sel-enaria (Schiffermüller) (Geometridae) andCryptoblabes gnidiella (Millière) (Phycitidae), was evaluated in olfactometer tests. The mobility of the wasp as measured by a mobility index was 0.6 for males and 1.8 for females; the males had a lower mobility and a lower search capacity index than the females. Frozen and fresh youngB. selenaria eggs had the greatest attraction forT. platneri, which diminished with increasing age of the eggs. The eggs ofC. gnidiella were also attractive to the parasitoid.
