不同包被液对ELISA检测五号病病毒抗体的比较试验

０．０５ＭｐＨ９．６碳酸盐缓冲液和０．０５ＭＰＨ１３ＮａＯＨ溶液作为包被液，分别用于间接ＥＬＩＳＡ检测乙型五号病病毒抗体。结果表明，用０．０５ＭＰＨ１３ＮａＯＨ溶泡包被可完全灭活五号病病毒抗原而用０．０５ＭＰＨ９．６碳酸盐缓冲液却有８７％的五号病病毒抗原未被杀灭；用于检测时，以０．０５ＭＰＨ１３ＮａＯＨ溶液为包被液在敏感性及检测结果的梯度方面都优于用０．０５ＭＰＨ９．６碳酸盐缓冲液。     

An enzyme immunoassay to measure canine circulating fibronectin

A competitive enzyme immunoassay has been used to detect and quantitate fibronectin in canine plasma. In this test, purified fibronectin, bound to microtiter plates, competes with plasma fibronectin for the conjugated antibody, rabbit-anticanine, fibronectin-horseradish peroxidase. The assay could detect fibronectin in purified standards from 58 ng/ml to 580 microgram/ml. The range of 1-100 microgram/ml was linear for plasma samples diluted 1:10, allowing samples with fibronectin concentrations from 10-1000 microgram/ml to be easily measured by this method. The mean normal fibronectin concentration of 132 dogs, by this method, was determined to be 320 +/- 74 microgram/ml.     

Serum lipase determination in the dog: a comparison of a titrimetric method with an automated kinetic method

An enzymatic, kinetic method for determining serum lipase activity was evaluated and compared to a standard manual method for use in dogs. The kinetic method was a commercial kit adapted for use on a tandem access clinical chemistry analyzer and utilized a series of coupled enzymatic reactions based on the hydrolysis of 1,2-diglyceride by lipase. The manual method was the Cherry-Crandall technique based on the titration of base against the acid formed by hydrolysis of an olive oil substrate by lipase. The correlation between the two methods was very good (r = 0.94). The reference range for 56 clinically healthy dogs assayed by the kinetic method was 90 to 527 U/L. Diseases associated with a greater than twofold elevation in serum lipase activity as determined by the kinetic method included pancreatitis, gastritis with liver disease, and oliguric renal failure with metabolic acidosis. In some cases, pancreatitis was seen with other clinical problems, such as gastroenteritis, diabetic ketoacidosis, duodenal mass, disseminated intravascular coagulation, and septic peritonitis. Diseases associated with serum lipase activity within the reference range or elevated less than twofold included gastritis, gastric ulcer, cholestasis, phenobarbital-induced hepatopathy, colitis, copper hepatopathy, abdominal hematoma, apocrine gland adenocarcinoma, and thrombocytopenia with pneumonia.     

温室番茄无土多层栽培技术开发研究

本研究的目的在于验证由山东农业大学园艺系研制的“鲁SC-1型”无土栽培装置及其配套栽培技术在大面积温室番茄无土多层栽培的有效性与可行性。番茄亩产量达12616.2公斤,亩产值超出土壤栽培184.98%,虽然生产成本比土壤栽培明显增大达138.34%。但由于增产基数超出土壤栽培较大,所以,亩净产值和盈利值分别比土壤栽培提高156.82%和227.73%。成本占用盈利率以及劳动盈利率等也均有明显超出。     

马铃薯渣酶法水解液制备单细胞蛋白饲料的研究

本文研究了酶法水解马铃薯渣制备膳食纤维后的滤液制备单细胞蛋白的可行性。试验结果表明,单细胞蛋白边糖化边发酵的摇瓶培养的较优工艺条件为:底物浓度为8%(添加8%的麸皮水)、初始pH值为4.5、接种量为15%、葡萄糖淀粉酶加入量为100U/g(原料中淀粉)、青霉素加入量为80U/g(原料)、培养温度为28℃、培养时间为6h、转速为250r/min。在此条件下,干酵母产量最高为19.920g/L,单细胞蛋白中的蛋白质含量达12.27%。     

复合酶制剂对产蛋鸡生产性能的影响

选用41周龄的海兰褐商品蛋鸡1200只,随机分成两组,每组600只。组内设3个重复,每个重复200只。对照组喂基础日粮,试验组喂基础日粮+0.1%蛋鸡用复合酶制剂,试验期28d。结果表明在产蛋鸡的基础日粮中添加0.1%的复合酶制剂可以使产蛋率平均提高6.12%(P<0.05),料蛋比降低11.69%(P<0.05)。说明在蛋鸡的基础日粮中添加适当的复合酶制剂能促进蛋鸡消化吸收,降低饲养成本,提高饲料转化率和经济效益。     

镧素对镰刀菌Fusarium solani及其致病酶的影响

采用琼脂平板生长速率法及液体培养基培养测定了La对镰刀菌Fusarium solani的抑制作用和毒力,并测定了其对病菌胞外的果胶酶、蛋白酶和纤维素酶等几种致病酶活性的影响。结果表明,随着La2O3浓度升高,对病菌菌丝生长的抑制作用增强,对病菌的EC50和EC95分别为278.2和552.0 mg/L;在一定浓度范围内,La提高了单位量菌丝所产生3种致病酶的活性,但由于菌丝生长受到抑制,除蛋白酶外,病菌胞外致病酶果胶酶和纤维素酶的总量或总活性受到了抑制,降低了病菌的致病力。     

亚精胺对猕猴桃采后抗氧化酶活性的影响

 研究了不同亚精胺处理对猕猴桃采后抗氧化酶活性及保鲜效果的影响, 结果表明: 猕猴桃果实采后(8 ±2) ℃条件下贮藏12 d , SOD 活性达到高峰; POD、CAT、ASP 活性高峰相对SOD 推迟约13 d。不同亚精胺处理均不同程度地延缓了SOD 活性高峰的出现, 提高了SOD、CAT 的活性, 减少了MDA 的积累,降低了POD、ASP 的活性峰值, 延长了猕猴桃的贮藏保鲜期, 其中以Spd 与NAA 结合处理的效果最为显著。     

富贵竹室内加工技术研究

 设杀菌剂瑞毒霉锰锌、营养液爱多收和促根剂吲哚丁酸不同浓度9个处理组合, 研究其对富贵竹去叶植株修口、顶侧芽生长及生根的影响。结果表明, 瑞毒霉锰锌3水平间修口效果、爱多收3水平间顶侧芽生长、吲哚丁酸3水平间根系生长的差异均极显著; 最佳处理组合, 小竹为0. 8 g/L^-1瑞毒霉锰锌+ 0. 15 mL/L^-1爱多收+ 30 mg/L^-1吲哚丁酸, 大竹为0. 8 g/L^-1瑞毒霉锰锌+ 0. 30 mL/L^-1爱多收+ 30 mg/L^-1吲哚丁酸。     

Effects of angiotensin II-induced hypertension chemotherapy on the activity of interleukin-1β converting enzyme in transplanted intracerebral rat gliomas

AIM: To investigate the activity of interleukin-1β converting enzyme in transplanted intracerebral rat gliomas under angiotensin II-induced hypertension chemotherapy. METHODS: The brain tumor model was produced in Wistar rats by stereotaxic inoculation of C6 glioma cells (1×10¹² /L). Tumor-bearing rats were treated with carmustine, teniposide and lisplatin (chemotherapy) during angiotensin II-induced hypertension. Then, the survival time of tumor-bearing rats, tumor blood flow, the concentration of drug, volume of gliomas and the activity of interleukin-1β converting enzyme in glioma were examined.RESULTS: The survival time of tumor-bearing rats was significantly longer in chemotherapy with angiotensin II-induced hypertension group than that of chemotherapy alone. In addition, regional tumor blood flow, the concentration of chemotherapeutic drug and the activity of interleukin -1β converting enzyme in transplanted rat gliomas were increased, while the volume of gliomas was decreased in hypertention chemotherapy group compared with chemotherapy alone. CONCLUSION: Chemotherapy with angiotensin II-induced hypertension has a enhancing effect on chemotherapy for improving the drug delivery to tumor tissue by a increased tumor blood flow and enhancing activity of interleukin -1β converting enzyme.
