Brans of 23 traditional and 12 improved (both red and white) rice varieties in Sri Lanka were screened for anti-amylase and anti-glycation activities in vitro. Varieties which showed the highest inhibitory activities at screening were further investigated for anti-glucosidase and glycation reversing as anti-diabetic properties. The same varieties were studied for selected antioxidant properties. Significantly high anti-amylase and anti-glycation activities were observed for bran extracts of red varieties compared to white varieties at screening. Traditional red rice varieties, Masuran, Sudu Heeneti, Dik Wee and Goda Heeneti, exhibited significant and dose dependent anti-amylase, anti-glycation and glycation reversing activities. These varieties also showed marked antioxidant properties. It is concluded that brans of Sri Lankan traditional red rice varieties Masuran, Sudu Heeneti, Dik Wee and Goda Heeneti may be potential food supplements for diabetes.  相似文献

Polyaluminum silicate is a new type of inorganic macromolecular flocculants, which is developed as a complex product in recent years on the base of polyalumium flocculant and polysilicic acid flocculant. Sodium silicate is diluted to the concentration of 3.0% SiO 2 with distilled water. The solution was adjusted to pH 4.5 with sulphate acid and kept at quiescency for different time to get polysilicic acid with different polymerization degrees. Using polysilicic acid prepared and aluminium chloride as materials, a series of polyaluminium silicate chlorides(PASC) with different basicities(B), Al/Si molar ratios and polymerization degree of silicic acid are prepared by copolymerization technique. The Al-Ferron timed complex colorimetric method is applied to characterize species distribution of PASC and to study its influence factors. The interaction between hydrolyzed aluminum species and polysilicic acid with different polymerization degrees in PASC is discussed.The flocculant prepared is applied to the treatment of commercial concrete wastewater. The turbidity removal of commercial concrete wastewater is up to 97% when a PASC, prepared with polysilicic acid of 145 min polymerization degree.  相似文献

Aiming at the oneness of acid to deliquesce stratum-jam applied in scene at the present time,which is incapable of deliquescing complex dirty simultaneously,this article confects a new multifunctional O/W acid.This acid is an emulsified mixture containing 15% hydrochloric acid as its extro-posture,high dissolved oil as its internal state under the function of some proper exterior active reagent.It is composed of 0.5%OP-10,0.5%Span80,0.2%Tween80,0.06%imidazole and 0.01%twelve-alcohol,and the content of oil is equal to the acid content.It can be indicated that this acid has good ability of resolving mineral(CaCO_3,MgCO_3) and organic compound(mainly colloidal bitumen) when it was poured into the stratum,so that it can deliquesce oleic stratum-jam,resume and improve the penetrability of stratum,boost the ability of liquid flowing up.  相似文献

Polylactide,a biodegradable polymer, is an important biomedical meaterial. The synthesis of lactide from lactic acid is the key dimer of polylactide,unevitably affacting the polymerized process and the quality. Present work improves synthesis process of lactide. A raseach has been done on the possibility of producing nitriochumic acid fromweathered coal of Nantong,Sichuan,oxidised by nithic acid.The optimun reacting conditions,whichare found through the way of orthogonal experiment,are suggested as follows:concentration ofHON3 35%,rate of HON3 to coal 3.5,reacting take 15 min,and reaction temperature 369 K. 【研究目的】研究并优化乙醇提取绵茵陈中绿原酸的最佳操作参数;【方法】以绵茵陈为原料,通过单因素试验、正交试验和方差分析确定最佳提取工艺;【结果】结果表明:乙醇提取绵茵陈中绿原酸的效果较好;确定的最佳工艺参数乙醇浓度为60%、料液比1:25、提取温度60℃、提取时间1.5h;【结论】采用60%乙醇可以很好提取绵茵陈中的绿原酸。  相似文献

水井酸处理效果预测一直缺乏成熟的方法。提出了根据水位恢复曲线形态和含水层裂隙特征来预测井的首次酸处理效果,经与石油界所用方法有明显不同。石油界普遍认为,只有不位恢复曲线为快速上翘型的低产碳酸盐岩井才适合酸处理(即基质酸化),但作者近年来发现,多数水位恢复曲线为直线型的低产碳酸盐岩井,即井中含水层裂隙平均宽度<5mm的井,酸处理效果也很好,被调查3眼这类井的单位涌水量增加值平均为423%;水位恢复曲线为缓慢上翘型的井中,部分含水层裂隙被松散物充填的井,采用特殊的酸处理方法处理后,井的单位涌水量可增加100%。另外,采用适当的方法,使用足够数量的酸进行首次酸处理后,水井再进行酸处理一般效果都很差。  相似文献
