有关几个草学名词的见解与商榷

笔者基于多年的研究思考,对几个草学名词(草地、草原等)的中文释义提出了个人见解,仅供草学界同行参考.     

谈建立国家粮食安全体系的必要性

我国的粮食安全问题是一个值得高度重视的问题。建立国家粮食安全体系是从国情出发 ,保证粮食供求基本平衡的需要 ,是国家通过国际市场调节国内粮食市场供求关系的需要。

Characteristics and economic contribution of a developing recreational fishery in southern Angola

Abstract  The characteristics and contribution of a developing recreational fishery to the local, regional and national economy of Angola were evaluated in 2006. Annual angling effort was 13 435 h, while the estimated total catch of the three target species [leerfish, Lichia amia (L.), west coast dusky kob, Argyrosomus coronus (Griffiths & Heemstra) and shad, Pomatomus saltatrix (L.)], was 5913 fish with a mass of 27 975 kg. Catch per unit effort (CPUE) for all teleost species combined was 0.44 fish per angler h⁻¹ and 2.08 kg per angler h⁻¹. Total harvest of the three species was 576 fish with a total mass of 2221.6 kg. The total contribution of this recreational fishery (mostly anglers from South Africa) to the local economy was US$ 1007 per harvested fish and US$ 243 per harvested kg. This equated to a contribution to the local, regional and national economies of US$ 151 685, US$ 44 767 and US$ 344 364 respectively. Although the regional contribution was less than half of the national contribution, it was regionally significant when the low population density and the general absence of other formal sector employment opportunities are considered. As a result of the largely undisturbed nature of the southern Angolan coastline, the catch, effort and CPUE information was considered suitable as a baseline for a cost-effective method of future fisheries monitoring in the region.     

论农村人力资本投资与农村经济发展

随着知识经济的出现，农村经济的快速发展，资金、物质等传统影响经济增长的要素作用开始下降，人力资木上升为经济发展的主导动因，农村迫切需要高素质的劳动力。但当前农村劳动者文化素质普遍较低、生产力低下，人力资木的匿乏，开发人力资木的机制不合 理等因素，严重影响了农村经济持续稳定的快速发展。因此加大农村人力资木的投资，建立合理的投资机制将对促进农村经济以及整个国民经济的发展起着重要的作用。     

秦岭南麓贫困山区经济与生态“双赢”互动模式研究

秦岭南麓贫困山区商南县自1999年实施退耕还林(草)工程以来,森林覆盖率达到52.7%,增加了1.5个百分点,林草覆盖率增加了4.6个百分点,但经济增长速度始终比较缓慢。为进一步了解退耕还林(草)工程对农村经济及退耕户带来的受益情况,以实地抽样调研为依据,通过对该县生态建设基本情况的深入调查,在初步掌握调查户普遍反映的主要问题基础上,依据该地区实际情况,提出了商南县生态与经济“双赢”互动模式,并对生态与经济互动途径提出了相关建议。     

Antioxidant,anti-amylase and anti-glycation potential of brans of some Sri Lankan traditional and improved rice (Oryza sativa L.) varieties

Brans of 23 traditional and 12 improved (both red and white) rice varieties in Sri Lanka were screened for anti-amylase and anti-glycation activities in vitro. Varieties which showed the highest inhibitory activities at screening were further investigated for anti-glucosidase and glycation reversing as anti-diabetic properties. The same varieties were studied for selected antioxidant properties. Significantly high anti-amylase and anti-glycation activities were observed for bran extracts of red varieties compared to white varieties at screening. Traditional red rice varieties, Masuran, Sudu Heeneti, Dik Wee and Goda Heeneti, exhibited significant and dose dependent anti-amylase, anti-glycation and glycation reversing activities. These varieties also showed marked antioxidant properties. It is concluded that brans of Sri Lankan traditional red rice varieties Masuran, Sudu Heeneti, Dik Wee and Goda Heeneti may be potential food supplements for diabetes.
