针对联合收获机知识缺乏系统化组织与分类、难以在设计时高效获取并应用的问题,应用装备谱系及谱系拓扑图形式对联合收获机知识进行层次化组织;按照联合收获机智能化设计实际应用需求,对知识库系统功能模块进行架构分析;分析了农机装备设计知识的表现形式,综合利用产生式规则和框架表示的混合表示方法对设计过程进行分析和表达,建立了设计体系。以Visual Studio 2015平台为开发工具,在.Net环境下,应用ADO.Net技术、CATIA二次开发技术及SQL Server数据库,将联合收获机设计知识、参数化模型等数字化资源融和,进行组织管理,构建了联合收获机知识库系统。通过人机交互的方式,将知识表达形成的设计体系系统化,应用模糊查询方法、推理机和ADO.Net技术实现系统中知识的查询、推理及编辑功能,并将知识推送的结果传递给关联的参数化模型驱动,在不同需求下快速构建模型,实现了知识的高效获取与应用,提高了设计效率,为联合收获机零部件设计提供了一种通用方法。系统测试表明,该系统具有可行性和有效性,适用于联合收获机系列产品的开发。 相似文献

基于地学信息图谱的山东省国土空间转型分析 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
开展国土空间转型研究对综合评估国土空间变化、探求人类活动与国土空间变化系统的耦合规律具有重要意义。以山东省为研究区,基于多期土地利用遥感监测数据,对该省国土三生空间进行分类评价,运用地学信息图谱论并结合转型理念,分析并揭示了1980—2018年国土空间时空转型特征。结果表明:山东省国土以农业生产空间为主,城镇生活空间扩张幅度显著高于农村生活空间,水域生态空间和工矿生产空间面积波动变化,其他生态空间面积持续性下降;不同时间段表现出不同的国土空间转型特点,2000—2018年比1980—2000年转型更为强烈。1980—2000年以农业生产空间转型至生活空间、生态空间转型至生产空间为主,2000—2018年则主要为生活空间与生产空间、生产空间与生态空间的交互转型;1980—2000年涨势图谱主要为工矿生产空间、农业生产空间和城镇生活空间,2000—2018年新增国土总面积为1980—2000年的3.42倍,其中农村和城镇生活空间分别增长至4.29倍和2.65倍;城镇生活空间落势图谱面积均偏低,而农村生活空间萎缩面积持续增长、生态空间迅速萎缩。 相似文献

Logging pattern and landscape changes over the last century at the boreal and deciduous forest transition in Eastern Canada 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
Forestry practices associated with the industrial era (since ~1900) have altered the natural disturbance regimes and greatly
impacted the world’s forests. We quantified twentieth century logging patterns and regional scale consequences in three sub-boreal
forest landscapes of Eastern Canada (117,000, 49,400 and 92,300 ha), comparing forestry maps depicting age and forest cover
types for early industrial (1930) and present-day (2000) conditions. Results were similar for the three landscapes, indicating
large-scale forest change during the twentieth century. In 1930, previous logging activities had been concentrated in the
lowlands and along the main hydrographical network, as compared to a more even distribution over the landscapes in 2000, reflecting
a decreasing influence of the environmental constraints on forest harvesting. In 1930, old-aged forests (>100 years) accounted
for more than 75% of the unlogged areas of the three landscapes, as compared to less than 15% for the present-day conditions.
Logging practices have thus inverted the stand age distribution of the landscapes that are currently dominated by young and
regenerating stands. The 1930 forest cover types showed a clear relationship with elevation, with conifers located in the
lowlands and mixed and deciduous stands restricted to the upper slopes. Between 1930 and 2000, 58–64% of the conifer areas
transformed to mixed and deciduous forests, such that no clear altitudinal relationships remained in 2000. We conclude that
twentieth century logging practices have strongly altered the preindustrial vegetation patterns in our study area, to the
point that ecosystem-based management strategies should be developed to restore conifer dominance, altitudinal gradients,

There is often need to measure aggregation levels of spatial patterns within a single map class in landscape ecological studies. The contagion index (CI), shape index (SI), and probability of adjacency of the same class (Qi), all have certain limits when measuring aggregation of spatial patterns. We have developed an aggregation index (AI) that is class specific and independent of landscape composition. AI assumes that a class with the highest level of aggregation (AI =1) is comprised of pixels sharing the most possible edges. A class whose pixels share no edges (completely disaggregated) has the lowest level of aggregation (AI =0). AI is similar to SI and Qi, but it calculates aggregation more precisely than the latter two. We have evaluated the performance of AI under varied levels of (1) aggregation, (2) number of patches, (3) spatial resolutions, and (4) real species distribution maps at various spatial scales. AI was able to produce reasonable results under all these circumstances. Since it is class specific, it is more precise than CI, which measures overall landscape aggregation. Thus, AI provides a quantitative basis to correlate the spatial pattern of a class with a specific process. Since AI is a ratio variable, map units do not affect the calculation. Studies have shown that the three subunits of β-conglycinin are the main potential allergens of soybean sensitive patients.And β-conglycinin has adverse effects on nutrition and food processing.So solation and production of lines with lower β-conglycinin content has been the focus of recent soybean breeding projects.Soybean lines with deficiency in one or all subunits of β-conglycinin have been obtained.An effective and rapid system to identify such mutations will facilitate genetic manipulation of the β-conglycinin subunit composition.Here,two segregating F_2 populations were developed from crosses between Cgy-1/cgy-1 (CC),an α′-lacking line (Δα′),and DongNong 47 (DN47),a wild-type (Wt) Chinese soybean cultivar with normal globulin components,and Cgy-2/cgy-2 (CB),an α-lacking line (Δα),and DN47.These populations were used to estimate linkage among the cgy-1 (conferring α′-null) and cgy-2 (α-null) loci and simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers.Seven SSR markers (Sat_038,Satt243,Sat_307,Sat_109,Sat_231,Sat_108 and Sat_190) were determined to co-segregate with cgy-1,and six SSR markers (Satt650,Satt671,Sat_418,Sat_170,Satt292 and Sat_324) co-segregated with cgy-2.Linkage maps being composed of seven SSR markers and cgy-1 locus,and six SSR markers and the cgy-2 locus were then constructed.It assigned that the cgy-1 gene to chromosome 10 at a position between Sat_307 and Sat_231,and the cgy-2 gene to chromosome 20 at a position between Satt650 and Satt671.These markers should enable map-based cloning of the cgy-1 and cgy-2 genes.For different subunit-deficiency types[α′-null,α-null and (α′+α)-null types],the two sets of SSR markers could also detect of polymorphism between three normal cultivars and seven related mutant lines.The identification of these markers is great significance to the molecular marker-assisted breeding of soybean β-conglycinin subunits. 相似文献

为研究肉牛对不同玉米秸杆产品的利用情况,选18月龄西门塔尔牛与当地黄牛的F136头,分别用铡碎、揉碎、揉碎压捆、制粒、压块和挤压成棒状的六种玉米秸秆饲料进行了肉牛饲养试验和消化试验.结果秸秆采食量以后三种加工处理的秸秆为最高,铡碎为最低,揉碎和揉碎压捆居中;日粮表现消化率以秸秆颗粒型日粮最低,其他几种秸秆型日粮差异不大;肉牛增重以应用秸秆饲料块和秸秆饲料棒的肉牛增重效果最好,铡碎秸秆最差,揉碎和揉碎压捆居中.除铡碎型外,其他几种玉米秸杆饲料用于育肥牛均可取得较好的增重效果. 相似文献
