廊坊市果品业跨越式发展途径

通过对廊坊市果品发展现状的分析,从优化树种和品种结构、优化布局、提高果品质量、扩大栽培面积和产业化经营等方面,论述了廊坊市果品业跨越式发展的着力点,并提出了廊坊市果品业实现跨越式发展的途径.     

The Research on the Capacity Mechanism of City Space Expanding and Its Ecological Model

In the period of the city space expanding with the high speed, the theories system used to explain the city space is not perfect in our country. It is lack to expand this mechanism, among them research ecosystem' s main factors to particularly should be enhanced, especially the ecological factor. With rational analysis, the paper puts forward the viewpoint that the urban space is in ecological changing period, and considers that the power affecting the urban space expand involves motivity and resistance. Building the corresponding ecological model helps to cognize the city development roundly with ecological model constructed. A few possible ways is put forward which can be used in planning innovation, and have vivid leading function to the frondose city planning method.     

岩溶区县域土地利用与区域协调发展研究 ——以贵州省清镇市为例

土地利用与区域协调发展实际上是分析和预测现有及未来人口、乡村经济和城镇经济发展趋势约束下的土地利用是否有利于生态格局的优化。利用清镇市土地利用详查及其更新数据与相关社会经济数据，运用GIS及相关统计方法和经验评估等，探讨了清镇市土地利用与区域协调发展框架，结果表明：（1）清镇土地利用动态体现为6种利用类型，但土地利用总体上仍以农业景观为主，没有形成城郊混合景观。驱动这一土地利用动态变化的主导因素主要有人口增加，城市化进程的加快，经济结构演进及土地不同用途下比较效益的差异；（2）5年间，清镇各乡（镇）区域经济发展的绝对差异和相对差异均呈扩大趋势但增幅均已放缓，即清镇区域经济发展朝极化方向偏移。几个经济发达地区，如红枫湖镇、站街镇、卫城镇和新店镇等，对于全市经济的影响越来越大。最发达地区与最落后地区的差距在不断增大；（3）土地利用与区域协调发展框架在满足当地城乡居民对农副产品生活的需要的同时，又协调了与经济发展的矛盾，但粮食安全和经济安全的保证又未有碍于生态环境的良性循环；（4）岩溶地区可持续发展必须协调好土地利用与区域发展的关系。     

Understanding and Thinking on the Profits of Government from City Landuse

In this paper some factors influencing the profits of government from city land, including urban planning, land translation and tax & fee of land etc. The authors also give some suggestions & measures for raising the profits from city land for the government.

Evolution of Conception of Ecosystem Service Value and City Planning

Ecosystem services imply the natural environmental conditions and their effectiveness formed and sustained by ecosystems and ecological processes. From the view of city planning, in this paper, the evolution of the conception of ecological service-value and the relationship between the ecological service-value and city planning are reviewed. At the same time, it raised a conception about ecological space service value and negative ecological effect and an innovation proposal on city planning is presented.     

Urban Environmental and Urban Ecological Problems in the Sustainable Development of Chongqing City and Its Countermeasures

The main urban environmental and urban ecological problems existing in the sustainable development of Chongqing city were introduced in this paper. Furthermore, the causes and features of these problems were analyzed. At last, some countermeasures, which would provide some scientific bases for accelerating the urban sustainable development of Chongqing city, were suggested.     

On Green Lighting Planning and Design of the City

The energy-conserving environmental protection and the culture characteristic protection are two themes to the sustainable development of modern city,and the green lighting project is an important condition to ensure sustainable development of the city.But now,in some lighting projects the energy consumption and economy power capability were ignored;some design tactics are identical and in the green lighting projects the whole lighting of the city was not considered,which cause the crisis of losing the city characteristic.This paper proposes the green view of city lighting planning,and points out that the energy conservation,environmental protection,economic feasibility and culture characteristic must be considered synthetically in the city green lighting planning and design to guarantee sustainable development of the city.

通过对城市绿地避难场所的概念及其防灾、避难功能的介绍,结合合肥城市特点、灾害隐患分析以及城市防灾避难工作现状调查,提出建立合肥城市绿地避难场所必要性和规划设施建议。

城市的发展体现了悠久的历史和灿烂的文化,本文通过挖掘阿勒泰的文化内涵,确定文化名城的建设内容,提出合理开发利用方式。加强对阿勒泰的整体历史文化环境、山水格局、特色城市建设的保护规划建设,为其他历史文化名城保护规划提供参考。
