To address the problems of low carrying capacity and short life of bearings in current ring reducers, a new type of ring reducer is proposed which consists of a two stepped transmission. One is a planetary transmission, and the other is an N type planetary transmission with a low tooth number difference. Based on the analysis of structural features, the transmission principle, and a transmission load situation, a contact finite element model of the new type of ring reducer is set up, and the stress value and the actual pairs of meshing teeth are derived by calculation. Based on gear modification research theory, the second stage transmission gear pairs of the new reducer are modified on its teeth profiles. Results demonstrate that the load capacity of transmission gear pairs have been enhanced greatly. 相似文献

采用氨溶季胺铜防腐剂(ACQ-D)和自制低分子酚醛树脂预聚体(PF),通过满细胞真空浸渍的方法对速生杨木进行了防腐和增强化学改性处理.对改性前后材料的基本力学强度性能,以及素材、增强改性材、防腐改性材和防腐增强改性材任两种材料的胶合强度进行了测试和分析.结果表明,试验范围内,防腐处理对材料的力学性能影响不大;PF增强改性材的抗弯弹性模量、抗弯强度、顺纹抗压强度、顺纹抗拉强度分别提高了97.11、83.36、125.53%、37.01%,防腐后增强改性材对应指标值分别提高了101.34、75.05、111.83%、32.60%,符合日本JAS标准中E类指标结构用材要求.PF增强改性材与其它材料进行胶合,压缩剪切胶合强度均大于11 MPa,木破率大于90%,能够满足日本集成材JAS标准的规定. 相似文献

The microbiology was introduced in foundation treatment. Several Carbonate mineralization microorganisms and polysaccharides viscose microorganisms were screened and the microorganisms No.ATCC 6453,3,polysaccharides viscose microorganisms 5 and 6 were used in silt modification. The engineering properties of silt before and after modification were compared by unconfined compressive strength test and indoor seepage test. The microstructures of silt incorporating different microorganisms were analysed by mean of scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive X ray (EDX) analysis. The study on the coordination deformation between asphalt mixture and Fiber Bragg Grating strain sensor (FBG) is the precondition and foundation to solve the problem of FBG application in pavement. According to the two kinds of FBG developed recently (they were classified into three categories based on the application features), we designed an accuracy evaluation testing method for FBG and asphalt mixture coordination deformation, and conducted the strain test of asphalt mixture by static loading and dynamic loading. The result indicates that using FBG after strain modification to measure the internal stain of the pavement structure is feasible. Compared with other kinds of sensors, module matching FBG has a better test effect, and this kind of FBG is able to reflect the accumulative deformation of asphalt mixture to some extent. 相似文献

Lignin has been recognized for its negative impact on forage digestibility, tree pulping properties, and cellulosic biofuel production, although it is the major structural component of the secondarily thickened cell walls of vascular plants. Earlier studies have demonstrated that lignin modification improves forage digestibility and poplar pulping properties. To determine whether lignin modification has beneficial effect on saccharification of lignocellulosic biomass, we pretreated and then enzymatically hydrolyzed the mature wood from transgenic poplar plants that expressed the antisense transgenes of monolignol biosynthesis genes 4-coumarate: CoA ligase (4CL) or caffeoyl CoA 3-O-methyltransferase (CCoAOMT). Firstly, a long-term field trial was set up for the transgenic plants. Over five years, the reduced trend of lignin content remained stable in all transgenic lines. And a total lignin reduction of up to 10% did not alter the growth rate or biomass yield of the transgenic poplars. In the mature wood, suppression of CCoAOMT increased saccharification potential, but 4CL down-regulation had no significantly positive effect on saccharification. Sugar yield were negatively correlated with soluble lignin content of dried, extractive-free stem biomass. These results imply that lignin modification can facilitate the process of saccharification for biofuel production in tree crops. 相似文献

Epigenetics is the study of changes in gene expression patterns that occur without any modification of the underlying nucleotide sequence of the DNA. Modifications of the so‐called epigenome include complex transient or permanent chemical changes of the DNA or histone proteins resulting in the suppression or enhancement of gene expression, together with an array of post‐translational events that modify the translational products. Epigenomic programming (EP) of the genome is an essential component of embryonic development in animals from the totipotent fertilized egg to the pluripotent stem cells, stem cell differentiation and final tissue and organ formation. Many of these EP processes are influenced transiently and some permanently by environmental influences. In eutherian mammals, environmentally related EP of embryos is linked to permanent changes in the phenotype of the progeny, some of which have been associated with adult onset metabolic disorders. Moreover, because some of the epigenetic remodelling occurs in both the soma and germ line, the resultant phenotypic characteristics (some of which are linked to disease states) may be heritable. Although far less is known about the effects of environmentally linked EP on the ontogeny of fishes, the available information suggests that the EP processes are similar amongst all vertebrates, and there are clear parallels between fish and mammals that are discussed in this paper. Our perspective takes the well‐established findings in mammals and uses them to proactively extrapolate to the as yet under‐recognized implications of EP for fish biology and for fish production in intensive aquaculture. 相似文献
