针对大型检索表为表示的专家知识体系，研究提出了一套可重用的、实用性强的系统设计方法，建立了荔枝虫害诊断专家系统（LDS）。经生产示范应用表明：实现了人机操作界面直观、明了，降低了客户端的专业要求，提高了系统的实用性。还对系统所构造的人机界面、知识存储结构设计和控制策略给出实践示例。     

Sociological Factors about the Urbanization of Traditional Community --Discussion on Ciqikou Community

The modernization has been the dream that Chinese nation has wished eagerly to realize all the time. In some sense, the modernization of China means urbanization. The reform and opening - up over the past 20 years , built and made the enormous achievement in urbanization of China, have changed the appearance of the city of China greatly. But to numerous traditional historical zones, what kind of urbanization way should on earth be taken, it has been the question long - term in dispute of the planning circles all the time. In this paper, Ciqikou community of Chongqing as an example, doing some discussions from sociology on this question, the author hopes, that for such difficult problem, by this settlement a piece of breach can be found as soon as possible.     

农业企业创新技术采纳影响因素研究 ——基于TOE研究框架

采纳行为作为创新技术在组织中应用与实施的首要步骤，对于保证后者的效果十分重要。借助近年来在技术采纳领域被广泛应用的TOE研究框架，以影响中国农业企业创新技术采纳的各类因素为研究对象，从创新技术特性、企业组织特性和外部环境特性3个方面科学地归纳出技术的感知收益、成本、相容性和组织的集权化、正规化、企业规模、高层主管的创新特性以及外部环境中竞争压力、政府的推动作用、已采纳者的影响等10项指标，不仅丰富了农业技术采纳理论，而且对于农业企业技术创新实践也具有重大的指导价值。     

人民公社阶段的农地产权制度变迁及其绩效

研究人民公社阶段的农地产权制度变迁与绩效，是为了分析人民公社制度得以长期维持的原因，以期为新时期农村经济体制改革提供启示与借鉴。文章在相关文献资料的基础上，采用实证描述与规范研究分析方法，探讨人民公社阶段的农地产权制度的演进、特征、变迁的原因、内在缺陷以及制度绩效，研究表明，人民公社阶段农地产权严重残缺、缺少激励机制、组织管理费用高昂，这种制度安排实际上一开始就处于非均衡状态，依靠国家主流的意识形态和超经济强制来维持，致使人民公社阶段农地产权制度效率低下。改革开放后，中国社会政治和意识形态方面的约束放松，获取存在于人民公社制度之外的巨大外部利润，推动了农地产权制度创新。     

高等院校农业科技推广人员激励模式初探

农业科技推广是实现科技成果转化的重要桥梁,是联系科研、教育、生产的重要纽带,是促进农业技术进步、实现农业现代化的重要手段。以大学为依托的农业推广体系,是对以政府为主体的推广体系的有效补充。通过对高等农业院校推广队伍存在的主要问题进行分析,提出了建立推广人员物质激励与精神激励两种模式,并进行了具体分析。     

Modernization of furrow irrigation in the South-East of France automation at field level and its implications

Surface irrigation rehabilitation in the South-East of France has shown success ever since the beginning of its development in the early 1980s. The gradual introduction of surface distributors, mechanized or automated has resulted in water savings and above all in decreased labor input. The distributors used are: gated pipes, layflat tubing, buried low pressure pipe and cablegation. 浙江省农业机械化媒体信息网站的开发研究

在分析浙江省农业机械化现状与管理工作的基础上，结合现代网络技术、多媒体技术及数据库技术，运用网络编程语言PHP和MYSQL数据库语言等，设计开发了浙江省农机化多媒体信息网站，并介绍了网站的具体策划制作过程。     

加快洞庭湖区农机化发展 促进社会主义新农村建设

建设社会主义新农村是我党今后很长一段时期的重大历史任务。新农村建设使洞庭湖区农机化获得了发展良机,而农机化在新农村建设中的地位和作用显著,本文从湖南洞庭湖区新农村建设的要求出发,提出了大力推广水稻生产全程机械化技术,以促进洞庭湖区农村生产发展、农民生活宽裕;坚持依法行政,保障农机安全生产,以促进农村社会和谐,乡风文明;抓好农机部门自身建设,以适应社会主义新农村建设的需求等几项措施。     

棉秆粉碎收获机的设计

利用旋转甩刀的切割及冲击作用对棉秆进行粉碎，并利用甩刀高速旋转产生的惯性和气流对粉碎的棉秆进行抛送。在田间试验的基础上，通过理论探讨，对棉秆粉碎收获机的基本原理、主要部件及技术参数，尤其是甩刀转速进行分析、设计，设计了与中型拖拉机配套的棉秆粉碎收获机。
