浇筑式钢桥面铺装层推挤变形病害机理分析

以贵州省北盘江大桥钢桥面铺装层推挤变形病害为研究背景,采用凝胶渗透色谱法(GPC)和傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR),从沥青分子尺度分析钢桥面铺装产生推挤变形的原因。分析结果表明:沥青老化并不是造成钢桥面铺装层推挤变形的主要原因;从现场调查可知,第2层粘层粘结能力的降低是造成钢桥面铺装层推挤变形病害的次要原因;通过级配分析发现,造成钢桥面铺装层推挤变形的主要原因是浇筑式沥青混合料(GA)级配偏细以及GA中集料颗粒的棱角性较差所致。     

棉花黄萎病拮抗细菌DS45-2菌株抗菌蛋白的分离纯化

枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis) DS45-2菌株产生的抗菌蛋白对棉花黄萎病有较强的抗性。用NB培养基摇床振荡培养DS45-2菌株(30℃,180r/min,48h),发酵液经硫酸铵盐析得到抗菌蛋白。经分析,抗菌蛋白对热稳定;对胃蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶均不敏感,对蛋白酶K部分敏感;在碱性条件下稳定,酸性条件下抑菌活性减弱。抗菌蛋白经DEAE Sepharose Fast Flow阴离子交换层析和反相层析后,分离纯化出一个抗菌蛋白0组分,经SDS-PAGE检测分子.质量约为23 kDa。     

Flow cytometric patterns in blood from dogs with non-neoplastic and neoplastic hematologic diseases using double labeling for CD18 and CD45

BACKGROUND: In dogs, flow cytometry is used in the phenotyping of immunologic cells and in the diagnosis of hemic neoplasia. However, the paucity of specific antibodies for myeloid cells and B lymphocytes and of labeled antibodies for multicolor techniques limits the ability to detect all leukocyte subpopulations. This is especially true for neoplastic and precursor cells. CD18 and CD45 are expressed on all leukocytes and are involved in cell activation, and together could be useful in helping determine cell lineage. OBJECTIVES: The purpose of this study was to double label canine blood for CD18 and CD45 and to use the differential expression of antigens to identify leukocyte populations in dogs with non-neoplastic and neoplastic hematologic diseases. METHODS: A template was developed using blood samples from 10 clinically healthy dogs and a back-gating technique. Differential leukocyte counts obtained with the template were compared with those obtained by manual and automated methods on blood samples from 17 additional healthy dogs. Blood samples obtained from 9 dogs with non-neoplastic (reactive) hematologic diseases and 27 dogs with hemic neoplasia were double stained for CD18 and CD45 using mouse anticanine CD18 monoclonal antibody (mAb) plus phycoerythrin-conjugated rat anticanine CD45 mAb and fluorescein isothiocyanate-conjugated rabbit antimouse IgG. Hemic neoplasms were diagnosed by cell morphology, and immunophenotypic and cytochemical markers. RESULTS: With the double label, neutrophils, eosinophils, monocytes, and T- and B-lymphocytes were identified. In reactive disorders, a population of activated neutrophils with high CD45 and CD18 expression was detected. In hemic neoplasia, cell lineage was easily determined, even in acute leukemia. CONCLUSIONS: Double labeling for CD18/CD45 may be useful as a screening method to evaluate hematologic diseases and help determine cell lineage, and to aid in the selection of a panel of antibodies that would be useful for further analysis.     

Discussion on Calculation Pattern of Concrete Filled Steel Tube with Dumbbell shaped Section

Based on the structural feature of dumbbell shaped section of concrete filled steel tube (CFST), a combined spatial beam element is presented. In this structure, two steel tubes, two core concretes, one web and the concrete in web cavity are firstly considered as general spatial beam elements, then they are assembled into a spatial combined beam element according to the plane hypothesis and transformation matrix formed from master and slave nodes. A FORTRAN program for CFST arch with dumbbell shaped section has been developed, and the numerical example shows that the steel tubes and core concretes bear mainly the axial forces with small moments, thus, a modified formula for lattice column method to calculate axial forces of the upper and lower limbs of CFST with dumbbell shaped section is deduced. Comparison of the results from the modified formula with those from an example indicates that the modified formula gives relatively accurate results.      

CACNA2D1基因第14内含子的多态性及其对猪肌肉pH_(45)的影响

［目的］检测猪CACNA2D1基因第14内含子的多态性,为猪肉质性状的分子标记辅助选择提供条件。［方法］采用PCR-SSCP检测猪CACNA2D1基因第14外显子和内含子在6个猪群中的DNA 多态性,并分析不同基因型对猪眼肌和腿臀肌肉pH45的遗传效应。［结果］猪CACNA2D1基因第14内含子有3 种基因型,即AA、AG 和GG,在其序列（GenBank接受号：FJ156361）的1 145位碱基存在1个多态位点（G→A）。χ^2 独立性检验结果表明,这3种基因型在各猪群间的分布差异显著（P＜0.05）。AA基因型金华×皮特兰F2资源家系猪与AG基因型猪在眼肌和腿臀肌肉pH45值上的差异显著（P＜0.05）。［结论］猪CACNA2D1基因第14内含子的多态性影响猪眼肌和腿臀肌pH45值。      

富锦市大豆45cm垄上双行条播技术研究

黑龙江省富锦市在大豆45cm双条密植栽培技术推广中,针对不同品种、不同密度与大豆产量的关系进行试验,结果显示,大豆45cm垄上双行条播技术相对于130cm垄密植技术来说,操作方便,机械配套,易于被农民接受,增产增收效果明显,是提高大豆单产的有效途径,适宜大面积推广。     

氯盐和碳化双重腐蚀对钢筋混凝土强度的影响

运用多试件重复测量设计的方差分析方法,并对原始数据分析采用Bonferroni法进行两两比较,测试碳化和氯盐双重腐蚀的试件强度,分析不同氯离子量和水灰比对不同龄期碳化后钢筋混凝土抗折强度和抗压强度的影响。结果表明:水灰比对混凝土试件强度影响显著;随着水灰比的增大,氯盐对混凝土试件的强度有一定的促进作用。     

视黄酸及干扰素对胃癌细胞系MKN45中p16,p21,c-myc基因表达的影响

目的探讨全反式视黄酸及干扰素两种因子对胃癌MKN45细胞的影响.方法将视黄酸及干扰素同时加入胃癌细胞系MKN45中进行细胞培养,用MTT法测定细胞的生长状况,并通过Northern blot和免疫组化测定p16,p21及c-myc的表达情况.结果干扰素（IFN）协同全反式视黄酸（ATRA）可有效地抑制MKN45细胞生长,癌细胞经联合用药诱导后p16和p21基因的表达水平提高,c-myc基因表达水平下降.视黄酸受体RARα基因在MKN45细胞中呈低水平表达,经ATRA和IFN诱导后表达水平提高.结论 ATRA联合IFN诱导可调节p16和p21基因的表达水平,抑制胃癌MKN45细胞生长,这可能与细胞中RARα基因高水平表达有一定关系.     

碳纤维复合芯导线的性能与应用研究

阐述碳纤维复合芯导线（ACCC）的基本结构,将ACCC与传统钢芯铝绞线（ACSR）在结构、材料性能、弧垂-温升曲线、安装曲线方面进行对比。结果表明,ACCC铝线截面积、最高工作温度、载流量均高于ACSR,在工程中应用ACCC可有效提高线路的送电能力。     

扫描间距对45钢激光熔凝强化组织性能的影响

为了研究扫描间距对45钢激光熔凝强化组织性能的影响,采用HLD1001-5 型固体激光器对45钢表面进行了多条带等间距激光熔凝处理,分别利用扫描电镜、洛氏硬度计、磨损试验机观察和测量了不同扫描间距下硬化层的显微组织及性能。结果表明：激光熔凝处理的硬化层由熔化区、相变硬化区和热影响区组成,组织为马氏体;多条带等间距激光熔凝处理在垂直于熔凝条带方向上的硬度分布由左高硬度区、左过渡区、低硬度区、右过渡区和右高硬度区组成,高硬度区的硬度为58.1～59.6 HRC,低硬度区的硬度约16 HRC;在试验范围内,经激光扫描间距为4.5 mm 熔凝处理的试样具有最好的耐磨性。
