A PRACTICAL PWM CONTROL METHOD OF CURRENT SOURCE GTR INVERTER

According to the principle that the orbit of stator current vector in complerplane should be as close to a circle as possible, the PWM control pattern is derived and determined. The control method is realized by using a micro-computer.

Experimental Analysis of Vibration Behavior for Large-span Underground Structure

In this paper, a shaking table test for large-span underground structure is introduced. Based on the test, the frequency of inherent vibration, damping ratio and the dynamic response of the structure are studied. The response of the underground structure for vertical seismic excitation is studied as a key point. With the different imbedding depth, the influence of interaction of soil and structure on the earthquake-resistant capacity of the underground structure is discussed.     

A Method of Analyzing the Parameter Sensitivity of Large Rotor Systems and Its Application

Based upon the eigenvalue sensitivity theory of non-self-adjoit system and the component mode synthesis method,a new technique is developed to analyze the eigenvalue sensitivity to variation of parameters of large rotor-bearing system. As an application, the influence of the journal bearing parameters on the stability of a large domestic turbine-generator set is analyzed and discussed.     

The Signals Analysis System Based on Fast Wavelet Transform

The fast wavelet transform (FWT) algorithm in wavelet analysis was introduced in the paper. With quadrature mirror filters (QMF) associated with popular wavelet bases, the fast wavelet decomposition and reconstruction for signals were implemented. Combined with virtual instrument technique, the FWT analysis system for signals was successfully developed. The system can break up signal not only into approximations, which are the high-scale and low-frequency components of the signal, but also into details which are the low-scale and high-frequency components. Especially it can identify singularity signal, which contain some important message of equipment condition and fault, and refine signal from noisy signal, which is corrupted by noise.     

A valve camshaft load torque calculation and camshaft vibration control analysis

Aiming at the overhead camshaft valve mechanism,the theoretical and numerical solutions of camshaft load torque are calculated respectively by a derived formula and transient finite element analysis. The two solutions show good agreement,thus the correctness of the transient finite element model is verified. By combining with camshaft instantaneous constraint modal analysis and vibration response with consideration of gas pressure,it is found the position of camshaft which easily excites resonance and the main influence factors of camshaft vibration. Then the effect of the width of bearing seat on the camshaft vibration is investigated and the results show that the vibration of camshaft is mainly bending vibration,appropriate width of bearing seat can effectively control the camshaft vibration.     

A controller area network based electric vehicle drive system design

To solve the key problems of the electric drive system, a controller area network(CAN) based electric drive system for electric vehicles was designed. The system was composed of two parts: a CAN communication module and a motor control module. The newest transceiver (TJA1040) and a stand alone CAN controller were used during the design of the CAN communication module, and anti jamming measures were employed to guarantee communication stability. The fuzzy vector control method and direct speed control were applied to realize highly robust control functions. This system has high compatibility. It can be installed in electric vehicles as an independent module and be extended through CAN Bus.      

梁弯曲振动边界元法仿真研究初探

简要分析了有限元法和边界元法在梁类零件振动仿真分析中的优点和缺点．梁是常用的机械结构件,在工程机械中的应用非常广泛．应用边界元法对矩形梁弯曲振动进行了仿真分析,当梁的弹性常数不变而横截面的高宽比改变时．其固有振动频率会相应地改变,为通过改变结构参数来改善梁结构的动力学性能进行理论探索．     

基于无刷电机控制系统的便携式园林割草机设计

在深入研究我国割草机技术的基础上,设计了简单实用的园林便携式割草机。该割草机采用无刷电动机,与传统有刷电动机相比,其主要技术性能大幅提升。以无刷直流电动机专用驱动芯片IR2130为控制芯片,以功率器件MOSFET为开关器件,可实现对无刷直流电动机的控制。
