近51年呼伦贝尔市暴雨日数的时空分布特征

为了研究呼伦贝尔市暴雨日数的时空分布特征,防范暴雨引发的洪涝灾害对农业产生的影响,利用呼伦贝尔市地区16个气象站1960—2010年逐日降水资料,采用线性趋势分析和Mann-Kendall突变检验方法,分析呼伦贝尔市近51年暴雨日数的时空分布。结果表明：该地区暴雨日数具有明显的年代际变化,总体方向呈减少趋势;暴雨的发生具有明显的季节分布特征,暴雨开始于春季5月,结束于秋季9月,且主要出现在夏季,并且集中在7月末和8月初;暴雨空间分布具有明显的地域性,各站暴雨日数和暴雨雨量极值均出现在松嫩平原与大兴安岭山脉东南过渡的山坡上,说明呼伦贝尔市暴雨受地形影响明显;暴雨日数突变减少时刻发生在1997年,突变后暴雨日数减少趋势显著。     

氟吡菌酰胺防治瓜类及草莓白粉病田间试验

为了筛选高效、安全的白粉病化学防治药剂,通过田间药效试验进行药剂筛选。试验结果表明,分别在药后7天和14天,氟吡菌酰胺防治甜瓜上白粉病的效果最高,防效均在95%以上。与之相比较,防治黄瓜上白粉病和草莓上的白粉病效果稍低,其防效也在90%以上。研究表明,氟吡菌酰胺防治白粉病效果良好、持效期长,是防治黄瓜、甜瓜、草莓白粉病的一种新型良好杀菌剂。     

Hardware in the loop test for plug-in hybrid electric vehicle

Mathematical modes of engine,cooperation of motor and batteries,automatic clutch and vehicle are built with analysis of configuration of plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV). Specifications of data input and output and signal characters are defined. Hardware in the loop (HIL) system based on MATLAB/xPC for PHEV is built up. The motor/engine drive shift control logic test of PHEV is carried with inputting real acceleration pedal data. Testing results show that automatic clutch acts abnormally. Bugs in control logic are found out. Road test results with revised control logic are very good.     

Experimental analysis of the abrasive belt follow-up grinding of Zirconium-4 alloys tubes and pipes

Abrasive belt grinding experiments of Zr-4 nuclear power tube are carried out by using three different abrasive belts with same size, and the interactive generating mechanism between abrasive and workpiece is analyzed, the main factors of material removal rate and surface roughness of Zr-4 alloys are obtained. With the help of the advanced test facilities, the abrasive grain abrasion and surface topography of the workpiece are observed. The metallographic structure and microhardness of the layer of burnt surface during Zr-4 alloys Grinding are analyzed. Some conclusions are given as follows: the material removal rate and surface roughness are mainly affected by the factors of belt speed, grinding pressure, hardness of the contact wheel and abrasive type, of which, the belt speed is the strongest factor. The adhesion wear of the Zirconium corundum and aluminium oxide abrasive grit is more serious, the most important wear form of silicon carbide is abrasion wear. With the onset of grinding burn, the mechanical properties of Zr-4 alloys are deteriorated obviously. The results provide a theoretical and experimental basis for technical optimization in the grinding of Zr-4 alloys with efficiency and high quality.     

脆片加工型紫色甘薯筛选品种比较试验

为了筛选出适合脆片加工使用的紫薯品种,以‘山川紫’为对照,2011年引进8个紫薯品种进行比较试验,从经济性状、生物学特性以及蒸食品质等方面进行筛选鉴定。结果表明：各品种表现不一,其中‘京紫6号’、‘桂紫12号’综合表现较好,鲜薯产量分别达到30214.5 kg/hm2和28042.5 kg/hm2,分别比对照高58.2%和46.8%;商品薯率较高,分别为88.2%和86.3%;薯块大小中等且整齐度好;口感软香甜粉,粗纤维量少,食用品质优良。这2个品种为初步筛选出的在经济性状、生物学品质以及蒸食品质方面符合脆片加工使用的品种。     

Analysis of accelerated fatigue test technology for wind turbines gearbox

In order to satisfy the high reliability requirements of wind turbines gearbox, a method of accelerated fatigue test is proposed to verify the fatigue reliability of the gearbox. According to the design load spectrum, the equivalent load and the number of stress cycles of parts in gearbox are deduced. Based on Miner linear cumulative damage theory, the fatigue degree of the gears and bearings are calculated. A linear accelerated load spectrum with the equivalent fatigue ratio of design load spectrum is provided to check the reliability of the gearbox. The results show that this method can verify the reliability of wind turbine gearbox within about 800 h.     

Torsion Vibration Test and Analysis of Main Transmission System of 1450 Rolling Mill

The torsion vibration of main transmission system of 1 450 rolling mill is tested:The torsion vibration frequency and amplification coefficient of torque are obtained.Basing on part of the measured date and theoretical analysis,the measure is developed for preventive method;it is of important theoretic sense and high engineering practical value for reducing accident and controlling torsion vibration.     

Analysis of the Optimal Effect Radius of Regulator Station in Urban Gas Distribution Network with Medium Pressure

In urban gas network with multiple pressure ranges, there is an optimal effect radius, for which the annual calculating cost is minimal. According to the analysis of technology and economy about the gas supply with the medium pressure in urban gas transmission and distribution system, the optimal effect radius of regulator station in medium pressure gas network has been obtained.     

多源环状注水系统泵站运行方案与管网同步优化

为了最大程度地提高注水系统运行效率,对泵站运行方案与管网同时进行优化.针对多源环状注水系统,以泵的开停状态、流量和管线的连接状态、管径为优化设计变量,以运行能耗和管网投资费用最小为优化目标,考虑流量、压力、环状管网等各类约束条件,建立了多源环状注水系统运行方案与管网同步优化数学模型.针对该同步优化问题的特点,设计了双重广义染色体编码遗传算法对模型求解.泵的编码中,第1行采用二进制编码表示泵的开停状态,第2行采用实数编码表示泵的流量;管线的编码中,第1行采用二进制编码表示管线的连接状态,第2行采用整数编码表示管线的管径.实现了对各优化变量的精确表达,设计了与问题相适应的初始解产生及编码交叉、变异方法,避免或减少了不可行解的产生.并对实例进行优化设计,同步优化与仅进行管网优化对比,运行能耗降低了4.66%,管网投资费用降低了1.73%,表明同步优化的节能效果明显.
