以发展创造教育为导向 改革部队教育评价体系

传统的教育评价体系一定程度上阻碍了创造教育的实施,因此探索与创造教育相适应的评价体系将成为时代之必须。本文基于部队院校评价现状,在学习借鉴当今世界最新的评价理念和总结已有研究成果的基础上,从评价机构和评价指标和评价法方面,提出与部队院校相适应的创造教育评价体系。     

大学英语网络教学改革状况调查

通过调查问卷和访谈，调查学生对大学英语网络教学改革模式的看法及学生在新模式下的学习情况。调查结果发现，学生对英语网络教学持肯定的态度，但学生利用网络进行英语学习的情况仍差强人意，学生的自主学习意识及能力急需加强和提高     

浅谈如何培养和提高学生英语阅读理解的能力

在大学英语教学过程中,培养和提高学生英语的阅读理解能力是非常重要的环节,但笔者在教学中发现：大多数学生的阅读能力都比较薄弱。针对这种普遍现象,作为大学英语教师应该积极探索解决方法,充分利用精读课、泛读课及选择合适的阅读材料等来激发学生阅读的兴趣,以达到快速提高英语水平的目的。     

大类招生下机械电子工程专业学生实践和创新能力的研究与应用

文章从学生实践能力和创新能力两个核心能力培养方面进行了理论研究与实践探索。首先简要介绍了专业概况与研究背景,然后对几个核心概念进行了定义与解释,最后结合齐齐哈尔大学的一些做法与经验提出了大类招生下机械电子工程专业学生实践和创新能力培养的建议。     

高粱新选不育系研究

采用不完全双列杂交、人工控制授粉和田间自然鉴定等方法,对6个中晚熟不育系和6个早熟不育系进行了配合力、柱头生活力和其他主要农艺性状鉴定.结果表明,中晚熟不育系中V_4A的一般配合力、柱头生活力、育性、熟期、对丝黑穗病的抗性等综合农艺性状表现最好;早熟不育系中1105A的一般配合力、穗长、千粒重、育性等性状表现较佳.这两个不育系可在我国高粱春播中晚熟区和早熟区加以利用.     

小麦杂种后代籽粒蛋白质含量的配合力研究

选用６个蛋白质含是高低不同的亲本，采用Ｇｒｉｆｆｉｎｇ双列杂交方法二，对亲本在Ｆ１－Ｆ３的蛋白质含量配合力作了研究。结果表明，蛋白质含量的ＧＣＡ与ＳＣＡ方差均极显著，表明在要试验中基因加性效应和非加性效应均起重要作用。但由于三个世代ｇｃａＭｓ／ｓｃａＭｓ值均极显著，且随着世代的推进这一比值又逐渐增加，因此蛋白质含量在杂种后代的表现主要还是由基因加性效应决定，随着世代的推进，基因加性效应越显重要，在     

Automatic Measuring Method of Eyeglass Lens Power

A method of measuring eyeglass lens power is proposed. A position detector and 3 beams of ray are used to measure the prismatic, spherical and astigmatic powers. Based on the method, an automatic focimeter with simple structure can be developed. The measure errors of prismatic and spherical powers are analyzed, from which it is concluded that the precision of the position detector is the key to the method.     

Definition and Selection of Inferior Position Industries in old Industrial Basement

According to the industrial character of old industrial basement, such as Chongqing, we select preliminarily the candidated inferior position industries by using DEA analyse model. The synthetical basical coefficient of candidated inferior industries is obtained by analysing their indices such as income elasticity of demand, compared superiority coefficient, compared rate coefficient and technical progress rate, etc. Finally determine inferior industries which was supposed to exit by considing fully society progress and continuable development. A new idea are provided for industral structure adjustment for old industrial basement in China.     

A Method of Adaptive Fuzzy Classfication on Rockmass Blast Ability

This paper presents a series of targets which are usefull for engineering.The paper also presents an adaptive weight function according to the fail mechanism of rockmass and a fuzzy aynthetic evaluation medel on rockmass blast ability.The model is applied to evaluate the blast ability of rockmass in an engineering and the result shows that the model is effective.     

Concrete Evidence Reseach to the Aacepting Insurance Ability of China''s Non-life Insurance Companies

Owning to the ability of accepting insurance enough,it is the foundation for insurance companies to operate in a long-term and steady way,a method to develop sustainably,a reflection of an insurance company's comprehensive competition ability and also a premise for an insurance company to realize developing strategy.Accepting insurance ability is very important in the development and strategic planning for an insurance company.The quantitative analysis is used to analyze the ability of accepting insurance of our country's insurance companies,in another word,the factor(analysis),which belongs to the analysis of diverse statistic,is used.Using the method to give a concrete evidence analysis to the ability of accepting insurance of our country's non-life insurance companies,so that the insurance companies can understand very well to the advantages and disadvantages of the ability of accepting insurance to each other,and as well as supplying a strategic reference for the insurance companies themselves to make decisive planning.
