黑龙江省植物物种及其保护概况

黑龙江省共有三个植物区,植物区系成分比较复杂,有多种多样的生态系统,植物物种非常丰富。目前,黑龙江省共有维管束植物185科92属2503种,种类较多的科依次是:菊科(Compositae)、禾本科(Gramineae)、莎草科(Cyperaceae)、蔷薇科(Rosaceae)等。但由于生境的破坏,我们黑龙江省每年都有一定数量的植物灭绝或处于灭绝的边缘,这要求我们对它们加以保护,主要方法有:就地保护、迁地保护等,不但对物种进行保护,更重要的是保护其生态系统。     

In vitro Plant Regeneration from the Mature Tissue of Navel Orange (Citrus sinensis L. Osbeck) by Direct Organogenesis

An efficient in vitro regeneration system by direct organogenesis from mature nodal and internodal stem segments of Newhall navel orange (Citrus sinensis L. Osbeck) was developed. Illuminating conditions together with plant growth regulators affected the adventitious bud regeneration frequency and efficiency. The initial 15 d darkness inoculation is beneficial for the adventitious bud regeneration. The highest regeneration frequency (85.2%) and bud formation efficiency (3.7 per responsive internodal stem segment) were obtained in the media supplemented with 1.0 mg L-1 BAP and 0.5 mg L-1 NAA. ABA at 0.2 mg L-1 positively affected the bud formation efficiency, which amounted to 8.5 buds per internodal segment in the presence of BAP at 1.0 mg L-1. The adventitious shoots successfully rooted and were transferred to the soil.     

烟草黑胫病菌(Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae)生理小种鉴定技术研究

在1980-1986年,对烟草黑胫病菌生理小种鉴定技术和方法进行了研究和探讨。结果表明,Nicotiana ncsophil(?),Burley21;Burley37;N.stocktonii是理想的鉴别寄主:整株接种方法优于其他的接种方法;接种物浓度以控制在相同的水平(10~3 ml)为宜。为减小生物测定的差异,所有菌系应一次完成测定。     

Influence of the Indoleacetic Acid-Lysine Synthetase Gene (iaaL) of Pseudomonas syringae subsp. savastanoi on Yield Attributes of Potatoes

The iaaL gene of Pseudomonas syringae subsp. savastanoi encodes an indoleacetic acid-lysine synthetase which conjugates free indoleacetic acid (IAA) with lysine. lAA-lys is biologically less active than free IAA. The iaaL coding region was expressed under the control of the cauliflower mosaic virus 35S promoter and transgenic potato plants were produced (Spena et al. 1991). 35S iaaL potato plants are characterized by increased internodal length and epinastic bending of older leaves. In three greenhouse experiments with plants grown in pots of different size and in two growth chamber experiments tuber number increased in iaaL transgenic plants compared to untransformed and vector-transformed controls of the same genotype. The increase in tuber numbers observed under controlled conditions was reflected in tuber yield which increased in the pot grown transgenics.     

Effect of mate selection on fuzzy selective mating criteria in closed dairy multiple ovulation and embryo transfer nucleus programs

In order to control rates of response and inbreeding, mate selection using fuzzy selective mating criteria (FMC) was investigated in adult multiple ovulation and embryo transfer nucleus schemes for dairy cattle. Stochastic simulation was used to model the closed nucleus scheme. This mate selection was examined in four alternative mating and male selection schemes: (i) a hierarchical scheme; (ii) a hierarchical sibship scheme (two males per sibship); (iii) a factorial scheme (two sires per dam); and (iv) a factorial sibship scheme (two males per sibship and two sires per dam). Genetic response and inbreeding rate tended to be reduced by increasing the trade-off parameter of FMC between the expected breeding value and inbreeding of progeny. Inbreeding rates in all schemes were reduced by reducing the variance of family size through selection and the average coancestry of mating pairs through mate allocation.     

植物活体水分探测仪的研制及测试初报

利用NIM插件探测器及金硅面垒探头组装了植物活体水分探测仪;筛选并分析了仪器的最佳工作条件;检测了春小麦、玉米、苜蓿、豌豆、红豆草叶片鲜重的变化。结果表明;叶片水分随时间损失大的,其抗旱性差。叶片保水的秩序为:红豆草、豌豆>苜蓿>春小麦>玉米。     

WEPP模型中的CLIGEN与BPCDG应用对比研究

通过对遂宁组紫色土产流、产沙侵蚀的观测,运用迄今为止最为复杂的土壤侵蚀预测模型WEPP模型进行单次降雨侵蚀预测,与实测值比较,并对比通过气候生成器CLIGEN和断点生成器BPCDG的产生的气候参数对预测值的影响。通过分析比较结果,认为WEPP模型对遂宁组紫色土侵蚀过程预测合理,而且利用断点生成器BPCDG的预测结果要优于气候生成器CLIGEN的预测结果。     

植物叶面铺展剂的复配规律Ⅰ.SDS和TX100混合水溶液体相及表面层相互作用行为

2种典型固体表面铺展剂SDS和TX100混合水溶液,无论在其表面层或在混合胶团中两组分之间均存在一定程度的相互作用,使得以廉价的SDS为主的溶液中加入少许TX100组成的复配体系表面活性提高,在植物叶面上的润湿性能改善,并从理论上计算了其相互作用参数,初步解释了实验现象,上述结果不仅对指导优良植物叶面铺展剂配方具有指导意义,也预示了潜在的实用价值.

在组建六道湾煤矿企业信息网的过程中,我们利用DELPHI5.0平台所提供的NET-BIOS接口单元,解决了从企业原有的专用网络上获取广播数据包的异构网络间通讯问题,本文介绍了DELPHI5.0平台所提供的NETBIOS接口单元的组成及主要功能,并详细说明了网络广播数据包接收器的编程方法.     

遥感图像时空分析的数据处理系统设计

简单介绍了配准后的NOAA-AVHRR图像数据的空间格局时序分析的数据处理系统设计。主要分析了系统目标,介绍了数据处理的数学模型和相应的技术措施,提出了数据处理结果正确性检查机制及对反演多样化数学模型变更作出快速反应的方法,同时还探讨了时空数据物理设计的有关问题。
