猪附红细胞体PCR-微孔板杂交-酶免疫检测方法的研究

以猪附红细胞体和多种血营养菌16S rRNA基因的保守区设计合成引物HM-f/HM-r,在反向引物的5′端用生物素标记,以猪附红细胞体广东株16S rRNA基因的可变区序列设计种特异性寡核苷酸探针,探针的5′端用地高辛标记,成功地建立了猪附红细胞体PCR-微孔板杂交-酶免疫检测方法。通过测定不同浓度PCR产物对应的微孔板杂交-酶反应显色OD值,用SPSS统计软件进行回归分析,得到回归方程为y=2.1012-0.4492×logx,其相关系数R为0.977,显示对未知样品可进行定量检测。该方法与猪的多种细菌性病原、猫血巴尔通氏体CA株和E.wenyonii无交叉反应,其敏感性比常规PCR琼脂糖电泳检测提高了近100倍。用建立的方法对38份临床样品进行检测,结果有12份检测结果为阳性。     

铅酸蓄电池复合脉冲活化原理及电路设计

分析铅酸蓄电池充、放电化学反应过程及其硫化现象、原因和危害,探讨解决硫化问题的途径和主要方法,研究铅酸蓄电池脉冲充电的活化原理,设计了一种复合脉冲循环充放电工作电路.为铅酸蓄电池活化与修复研究提出了新的观点和应用技术.     

CORRECTION OF ANGULAR DEFORMITY BY ASYMMETRIC PHYSEAL GROWTH AND BONE REMODELLING

Angular deformities of 25 or 37 degrees valgus were created by transverse wedge osteotomies in the diaphysis of the radius in 3-month-old Cocker Spaniels. Spontaneous correction was judged from radiographs until skeletal maturity. The magnitude of correction was estimated, using the opposite normal leg as a control. Asymmetrical physeal growth corrected the induced angulation between the proximal and distal radial joint plane surfaces (joint plane angle). The average correction of the joint plane angle was 80% in the 25 degree group, and 72% in the 37 degree group. Bone remodeling of the radial shaft corrected the induced diaphyseal angulation by 50% in both groups during the study.

国产X65卷板在库鄯管道的应用

上海宝钢首次生产的Ｘ６５卷板，作为库鄯输油管道用钢哮，经制管和试验检查，钢材稳定、质量合格，完全符合ＡＰＩ５Ｌ标准，在力学性能和化学成分等方面邓国际水平，为我国高强度、高韧性的管 道用钢填补了空白。     

半解析数值法分析四边自由中厚板的受力特性

根据Reissner中厚板理论,结合胡海昌的解耦函数法,本文构造出一种能满足全部自由边界条件的试函数,并以此建立两个广义位移,用该位移求得双参数地基上四边自由矩形中厚板弯曲问题的解析解.利用最小平方误差法并结合数值算例,重点探讨了板弯剪刚度比、地基刚度以及地基剪切模量对弹性地基上四边自由中厚板受力特性影响规律.结果显示:(1)Vlazov地基模型优于Winkle地基模型,因为它考虑了地基剪切刚度的影响,使得板的内力和挠度均有减小,发挥了地基的潜力;(2)当地基刚度较小时,地基的剪切模量对板的挠度和内力的影响显著;当地基的刚度较大时,剪切模量对板的内力和挠度的影响不明显.本文计算精度高,计算工作量小且便于对参数进行分析,以及提供数值分析法判据等多项特点.

简易装卸设备

Fire-resistant performance of a laminated veneer lumber joint with metal plate connectors protected with graphite phenolic sphere sheeting

Creep under fire of laminated veneer lumber (LVL) joined with metal connectors was studied. The fire-resistant performance of LVL butt joints connected with metal plates protected with graphite phenolic sphere (GPS) sheeting was discussed. The GPS sheeting was overlaid on the joint in different sizes and locations. The joint was exposed to a burner with a top flame temperature of 800°C and loaded with a load of 200 N to test for creep under fire. The results showed that the fire-resistant performance of the joint was markedly improved by the sheeting. The size and location of the GPS sheet significantly affected the time to rupture of the specimen, which was six times longer than that without GPS. Temperature measurements at the joint showed that the GPS sheeting distributed the heat along the surface and delayed failure. Thermographic images and analyses clarified the improvement in fire-resistant properties due to GPS.
