Accuracy of imputation of single nucleotide polymorphism marker genotypes from low‐density panels in Japanese Black cattle

Using target and reference fattened steer populations, the performance of genotype imputation using lower‐density marker panels in Japanese Black cattle was evaluated. Population imputation was performed using BEAGLE software. Genotype information for approximately 40 000 single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers by Illumina BovineSNP50 BeadChip was available, and imputation accuracy was assessed based on the average concordance rates of the genotypes, varying equally spaced SNP densities, and the number of individuals in the reference population. Two additional statistics were also calculated as indicators of imputation performance. The concordance rates tended to be lower for SNPs with greater minor allele frequencies, or those located near the ends of the chromosomes. Longer autosomes yielded greater imputation accuracies than shorter ones. When SNPs were selected based on linkage disequilibrium information, relative imputation accuracy was slightly improved. When 3000 and 10 000 equally spaced SNPs were used, the imputation accuracies were greater than 90% and approximately 97%, respectively. These results indicate that combining genotyping using a lower‐density SNP chip with genotype imputation based on a population of individuals genotyped using a higher‐density SNP chip is a cost‐effective and valid approach for genomic prediction.     

应用压力早期恢复资料确定低渗地层压力

低渗透油藏的压力恢复曲线,不能用Horner外推压力求取地层压力。基于Horner方程的等轴双曲线形式,提出了应用压力早期恢复资料确定低渗地层压力的新方法。通过油井实际资料计算验证,用该方法计算的地层压力准确可靠,较好地解决了低渗透油藏求地层压力的问题。     

2019—2020年苏浙皖三省小麦叶锈菌群体的致病类型鉴定及毒性结构分析

为持续控制小麦叶锈病及促进小麦的抗叶锈病育种工作,2019—2020年自江苏、浙江和安徽3个省采集自然感叶锈病的小麦病叶,经分离获得小麦叶锈菌单孢分离物,利用43个小麦叶锈病鉴别寄主材料对其致病类型进行鉴定,并对其毒性结构进行分析。结果显示,从170份小麦叶锈菌单孢分离物中共鉴定出67个致病类型,主要致病类型为THS、SHJ、PHS和SHS,出现频率分别为8.8%、7.6%、5.9%和5.9%。江苏、浙江和安徽3个省的单孢分离物对携带抗叶锈基因Lr10、Lr12、Lr22a、Lr22b、Lr29、Lr33、Lr35和Lr36的鉴别寄主材料的苗期毒性频率均超过90.0%,而对携带抗叶锈基因Lr9、Lr24、Lr25、Lr28、Lr38、Lr40、Lr41、Lr42、Lr43和Lr13+3ka的鉴别寄主材料的苗期毒性频率均小于10.0%。卡方检验及Fisher精确检验显示,3个省小麦叶锈菌群体对抗叶锈基因Lr1、Lr2a、Lr3、Lr14b、Lr18、Lr21、Lr26、Lr27+31、Lr32和Lr37的毒力存在显著分化。浙江省小麦叶锈菌群体具有较少的毒性因子（4.73）和毒性值（600...     

蒜和葱上二斑叶螨的发生为害及其抗药性监测

二斑叶螨寄主植物范围极广, 但其对百合科蔬菜造成危害的研究报道极少?本研究采集了来自北京海淀百合科蔬菜蒜和葱上的2个二斑叶螨种群, 生物测定结果显示, 2个种群对阿维菌素呈现出极高水平抗性, 对哒螨灵为中等以上抗性(LC50>5 000 mg/L), 对新型药剂联苯肼酯?虫螨腈和腈吡螨酯也表现出中等到高水平抗性?抗性基因突变频率检测发现, 与阿维菌素抗性相关基因G314D和G326E位点以及和哒螨灵抗性相关基因H92R位点的突变频率均高达100%, 为纯合抗性种群?因此, 本研究所测试的2个二斑叶螨种群对阿维菌素和哒螨灵单剂的敏感性极低, 需慎重选用这2种药剂, 而3种新型杀螨剂联苯肼酯?虫螨腈和腈吡螨酯在田间需轮换使用?     

紫花苜蓿种子吸胀期胚根线粒体AsA-GSH循环对低温胁迫的响应

为探究胚根线粒体抗坏血酸-谷胱甘肽(AsA-GSH)循环响应低温胁迫的抗氧化作用机制,以紫花苜蓿种子为材料,研究了不同温度(10和20℃)处理下发芽特性、不同吸胀时间(6、12和24 h)胚根线粒体AsA-GSH循环酶活性、抗氧化物以及过氧化氢(H₂O₂)含量的变化规律。结果表明,吸胀12和24 h后,10℃处理的胚根线粒体H₂O₂含量高于20℃。吸胀24 h期间,10℃处理的胚根线粒体谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性均低于20℃。吸胀12和24 h后,10℃处理的胚根线粒体抗坏血酸(AsA)含量均低于20℃。10℃条件下吸胀24 h后,与20℃处理相比,胚根线粒体谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。苜蓿种子在10℃条件下吸胀萌发时,主要通过降低AsA-GSH循环中GR、单脱氢抗坏血酸还原酶(MDHAR)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和AsA、GSH含量,使胚根线粒体内的H₂O₂积累,产生氧化损伤,继而影响种子萌发的正常进程。     

Identification of Minibus''s Surface Noise Source

With the study of minbus's accelerated exterior noise control,the principle of sound intensity measurement was applied,the sound intensity of a minbus's surface noise was tested,and the surface noise distribution was presented.Several identification of noise source methods including sound power,sound intensity contour map,frequency spectrum were used together for surface noise analysis and study.Engine radiation noise and exhaust noise was identified as the major noise sources.On the contrary,car body vibration noise,tyre noise,transmission agent noise,air admission noise just occupied a little proportion of surface sound radiation energy.The research provides the reliable basis to determine main projects of minibus's accelerated exterior noise control.     

Biodegradation of Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonate

The paper researches on the degradation of LAS (Linear Alkyl benzene Sulphonate) by combining AS1.860 immobilized with low intensity ultrasonic irradiation. The paper also discusses the influence of pH, rotary velocity, LAS concentration and the condition of low intensity ultrasonic irradiation on the degradation of LAS, the degradation rate of LAS is the main index of our experiment, the results of orthogonal test shows that low ultrasonic irradiation can increase the metabolizing of microorganism cells and facilitate the biodegradation of immobilized cells to LAS, here we research the degradation condition of 50mg/L LAS simulation wastewater with low ultrasonic irradiation, and the results show that the influence is obvious, the optimization degradation rate is about 83%, nine point five percent higher than that of the immobilized cells without ultrasonic irradiation.

Influence of Steam Turbine System on Low Frequency Oscillation

The paper introduces the models of steam turbine system and each part of electric power system, and calculates the corresponding eigenvalues, then analyzes the influences of steam turbine system on low frequency oscillation.
