为增大柴油车尾气微粒捕集器滤芯的过滤面积,降低滤芯的过滤阻力,提高滤芯的过滤效率,设计了一种内部具有中空通道的齿形木纤维柴油车尾气微粒捕集器滤芯。首先根据纤维材料的过滤理论,建立齿形木纤维滤芯的过滤效率模型;然后通过理论分析和数值计算得到滤芯过滤效率与各影响因素之间的关系曲线;最后利用自行研制的滤芯性能检测试验台对理论分析结果加以验证。研究表明,试验和理论结果吻合较好,当尾气微粒捕集器过滤室壳体尺寸为直径140 mm,高150 mm时,木纤维直径为15μm、滤芯填充率为0.3、滤芯厚度为12 mm时滤芯过滤效率和过滤阻力都处于较理想的范围,使用寿命可达60 h,过滤效率为96%,排气背压为3 k Pa,完全能满足柴油车尾气排放国家标准。该研究对柴油车尾气净化机及环境保护具有十分重要的意义。 相似文献

Compared to bi-fuel engine,it uses completely CNG(Compressed nature gas) to replace diesel which can save more oil fuel than bi-fuel engine that reffited diesel engine into CNG engine. A 4102 diesel engine is refitted into CNG engine and a mechanical ignition timing system is designed by the method of gear and belt. The principles and the construction of the system is introduced and the characteristics of the design is analyzed. The system performed well and had good liability when run in a platform. As important tool for engine semi-automatic isolation system, the magneto-rheological fluids (MRC) can’t achieve tunable stiffness but damping. Therefore, the MRC’s initial stiffness affects the performance of isolation system. To obtain the better isolation effect of MRC in wide frequency, it is necessary to optimize the initial stiffness. As motor unbalanced force and isolation damping are not considered in traditional mount optimization, the feature of semi-automatic control can not be reflected. For a four-cylinder four-cycle in-line diesel engine, a new method which is suitable for stiffness optimization on vehicle engine isolation is presented by using Genetic Algorithm. Quality, composition, and characteristics of fuel from 7 areas of P. R. China were analyzed. Fuel quality factors influencing engine emission performance were studied. Using fuel from the HuaZhong and XiNan areas, engine COx, HC, and NOx emissions were tested by adjusting the excess air coefficient and the advanced ignition angle. In light of the characteristics of aromatic hydrocarbon and alkenes of fuel from different areas in P. R. Development model of emulsified oil jet and micro-explosion properties of water drops are analyzed,cavitation effect can change the jet atomizing angle,therefore,an important guideline to describe oil jet atomization is atomizing angle. Absolute diesel fuel and different moisture content emulsified diesel fuels are researched by high-speed camera system from the experiment for studying the atomizing properties of water drops when high-voltage impulse injects the gas medium. The theory and experimental results show that lots of water drops of emulsified oil reduce jet dynamic strength when the jet unloads,so it has stronger dispersed properties. Emulsified diesel fuel can spray more capacity than absolute diesel fuel,the width of jet is greater and the spraying atomizing angle increases. FEM/BEM (Finite Element Method/Boundary Element Method) mode analysis of the noise radiation from motorcycle engine shell is conducted. The natural frequency is compared between FEM/BEM analysis and experimental analysis. The FEM/BEM results are agreed with the experiment results, which proves that the finite element model is correct. The frequency response is analyzed and the structure’s noise radiation is simulated by means of FEM/BEM, in order to predict the noise radiation from the motorcycle engine shell and gain the sound field characteristic outside the structure. 利用TSI EEPS3090微粒粒度测试系统,试验研究了高压共轨柴油机燃用不同理化特性调和柴油时的微粒成分及微粒排放粒度分布特征,揭示了燃料着火性能及燃料组分对微粒排放特性的影响规律。研究结果表明,对于不同着火性能的燃料,中小负荷工况下微粒数量浓度分布曲线大致呈单峰结构,峰值位于30nm附近,排气中绝大多数微粒粒径处于5~300nm之间。适当提高燃料十六烷值,能够缩短滞燃期,增大扩散燃烧期比例,有助于减少核态微粒的排放数量。同时,燃料含硫量对核态微粒排放影响较大,含硫量高将导致核态微粒排放量增加。随十六烷值增加,排气微粒中可溶性有机物质(SOF)比例减小,干碳烟(DS)比例上升。 相似文献
