高校思想政治理论课教学面临的问题与对策

当前，思想政治理论课新方案正在全国高校实施，如何在新课程教学中提高思想政治理论课教学的实效性，使思想政治理论课成为学生受欢迎的课程，这是思想政治理论课教学必须长期解决的一个问题。结合思想政治理论课新方案的实施，就教学中面临的问题进行了分析，并提出解决问题的对策。     

黑龙江垦区国营农场管理系统的现状及其功能完善的对策(节选)

采用系统的方法,对黑龙江垦区国营农场管理系统进行了描述和分析。介绍并论述了国营农场管理系统的现状,提出了目前黑龙江垦区农场管理系统中存在的主要问题和相应的对策,认为需要加强生产管理子系统中生产队的建设;加强企业文化建设,创造有特色的企业文化精神;加强信息构通工作;加强农场适应外部环境的能力。     

基于Hough变换和Fisher准则的垄线识别算法

为了提高农业机械自主作业视觉导航的精度,基于田间作物垄行的特点,首先选择作物的绿色为特征提取垄行结构;然后针对Hough变换原理提取垄线存在的问题,根据垄线点空间关系,运用Fisher准则函数进行反压缩处理,并将Fisher准则函数值作为垄线样本点疏密程度和方向势大小的度量,优化了Hough变换识别多垄线的条件,得出了多垄识别统一模型。试验结果表明,作物垄线定位的准确性、适应性均得到提高,而且能够避免较大面积杂草等影响,从而克服了传统Hough变换提取多垄线的不足,对农田机器视觉导航应用具有一定参考价值。     

西部12省区经济发展的敛散性及指示功能研究

运用非线性映射方法对国务院西部地区开发领导小组办公室公布的1995年-2004年西部12省区的20个主要经济评价指标进行降维处理后，基于分形理论，研究了各年度的样本点之间的空间分布状态特征的关联维数。结果表明，2000年-2004年的关联维数分别为1.475，1．381，1．300，1．237，1．228，呈现减小的变动趋势，西部12省区之间的发展具有收敛性特征。文章最后讨论了西部12省区之间的区域经济发展收敛特性的指示功能。     

We and they: Animal welfare in the era of advanced agricultural biotechnology

The paper discusses central moral issues raised by the applications of advanced biotechnology to animal agriculture and introduces the major ethical concepts and principles of animal bioethics. It is argued that biotechnology enables human beings to transform animals according to human needs, which blurs the boundary between humans and non-human animals in moral and biological sense. The more humans change animals, the more responsible humans are for the welfare of the animals and the greater their moral obligations. The paper introduces the main ethical approaches to animal welfare, traces the philosophical roots of animal ethics in the Judeo-Christian tradition and discusses the views of classical and contemporary ethicists such as Kant, Bentham, Mill, Peter Singer and Tom Regan. The paper explores the concept of animal welfare, suffering and rights, and the values behind Animal Liberation. Special attention is given to the animal welfare issues posed by cloning, genetic engineering and patenting of living organism. For each technology, actual or potential risks to animal welfare are identified and their moral implications are outlined. It is noted that the traditional moral principles of animal welfare, animal interests and animal rights are inadequate as means for evaluating the morality of certain advanced technologies because the technologies can change the animals in profound ways that make animal awareness too limited to give rise to claims about welfare, interests or rights. The principle of animal integrity is endorsed as an alternative better suited for evaluating the morality of advanced biotechnology.     

基于建构主义理论的网络教学模式的研究

基于建构主义理论的网络教学是现代信息技术、网络通讯技术与现代教育理论相结合的新型产物。本文从构建主义理论的基本思想出发,本着网络化、互动性、自主性、合作性、创造性等原则,努力探索网络环境下的课堂教学新模式。     

金属-绝缘介质-有限半导体超晶格结构中的表面等离子激发的色散关系

将M-I-SL模型推广为M-I-FSL模型。使其更符合实际，应用电磁理论推导出由第Ⅰ类和第Ⅱ类半导体超晶格构成的这种M-I-FSL结构的表面电子集体激发的色散关系。由此色散关系出发在一些极限条件下可以方便地重现一些文献的一系列结果。     

数量化理论I在土地分级中的应用

阐述了数量化理论Ⅰ应用于农业综合开发示范小区土地分级地基本原理,并运用这一理论对一个村级水平的示范小区的土地资源进行了实际分级。结果表明,应用这一方法在微地域上能客观、迅速地对土地质量作出综合评价。     

超级稻育种研究中的问题及出路

本文在综观国内外超高产育种研究现状的基础上 ,针对所存在的问题 ,从理论、目标及技术方法等方面 ,提出笔者的新见解 .笔者认为 ,因地制宜的全面协调平衡达到圆满是超级稻育种的基本理论 .因此 ,必须根据不同的生态条件 ,确定适合于当地的超高产指标和理想株形 (包括根系的理想形 )模式 ,采用常规育种方法和生物工程技术相结合的综合育种方法 .这是超级稻育种获得成功的唯一出路     

The Recent Progress of the Slope Stability Analysis Methods

The slope stability is an important research content in rock mechanics. In recent years, the great achievement has been gained for the slope stability analysis methods. The deterministic analysis methods, including limit equilibrium theory, numerical analysis method, graphic method and compound method, have been developed. The stochastic analysis method and the fuzzy analysis method come forward. The recent progress of the slope stability analysis methods is analyzed in this paper. The trend of progress of the slope stability is studied.
