为研究软母线刚度对特高压电气设备地震响应的影响,建立考虑刚度的软母线位形函数、最大弧垂及软母线最大应力的计算公式。通过软母线连接的特高压设备振动台模型试验与有限元计算的对比分析,验证了笔者给出的考虑刚度的软母线位形函数、最大弧垂计算公式的正确性。有限元分析结果表明:当软母线的刚度增大时,软母线的垂跨比减少,软母线与特高压设备之间的地震耦合作用增强,增强了软母线对设备的拉伸作用,从而使设备的地震反应随着导线刚度的增加而增加。软母线刚度对频率较高的设备其地震反应的影响要大于对设备频率较低设备地震反应的影响。  相似文献

基于微分几何与EDEM的船型开畦沟装置触土曲面优化   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
针对长江中下游地区油菜种植时土壤黏重板结、含水率波动大、播种作业需开畦沟避免渍害的农艺要求,考虑开沟犁体的触土曲面复杂、难以通过高速数字化土槽及田间试验方法寻求其减阻设计方法和理论依据的问题,采用微分几何理论并结合EDEM仿真方法,开展了驱动圆盘犁对置组合式耕整机开畦沟装置主要触土曲面结构优化研究。通过对主要触土曲面(开畦沟前犁犁体曲面、船式开沟犁整形曲面)牵引阻力分析和曲面参数分析,确定了触土曲面主要结构参数范围。根据微分几何理论,分别建立了能量化描述不同导曲线类型(直线、抛物线、指数曲线)犁体曲面形状变化差异的微分内蕴几何量E、L、M表达式。阻力特性仿真试验结果表明:在作业速度为0. 9~1. 5 m/s、曲面结构参数一定时,导曲线为抛物线型的开畦沟前犁和船式开沟犁具有较好的减阻特性,其平均牵引阻力相比直线型犁体分别低15. 09%、16. 92%,相比指数线型犁体分别低32. 59%、31. 58%。触土曲面的内蕴几何量E、L、M可分别反映犁体阻力随速度的增长速率、犁体牵引阻力大小、犁体阻力随速度的波动程度。当设计犁体的导曲线形状使曲面内蕴几何量E的变化率较小、L为单调减函数、M的波动较小时,犁体具有较好的减阻性能。参数优化仿真试验表明:在作业速度为1. 2 m/s、抛物线型开畦沟前犁宽度为92 mm、船式开沟犁整形曲面最大元线角为66°时,开畦沟装置牵引阻力最小,为1 042. 52 N。田间试验表明:经参数优化的组合式船型开畦沟装置在作业速度为0. 9、1. 2、1. 5 m/s时测试的平均牵引阻力分别为956. 77、1 101. 33、1 564. 85 N,与仿真试验结果误差在7%以内,作业效果满足油菜播种开畦沟的农艺要求。  相似文献

为了解决齿轮在动态啮合过程中接触应力计算的问题,通过HyperMesh软件的前处理功能划分全六面体网格,可以减少计算量,然后将网格模型导入ABAQUS中计算,在实际的工程问题中,ABAQUS对解决非线性问题有一定的优势,通过使用ABAQUS软件可以计算齿轮动态啮合问题,计算结果比传统计算公式更准确,且可定量地分析齿轮啮合应变与应力分布情况。  相似文献

为了使灌溉预报及自动控制系统简单、投资成本低且便于推广应用,设计了一套基于土壤基质势的灌溉预报及自动控制系统.通过利用电接点压力表测量负压计中的压力,设定不同作物、不同生育期、不同灌水方式的灌水下限和上限.当土壤基质势达到灌水上下限时,通过电接点压力表和自动控制电路,实现灌溉预报和自动控制.灌水过程中,通过单片机、远传水表和液晶显示屏,可以实现灌水时间、灌水量和灌水次数的记录与存储.经室内试验验证表明基于土壤基质势的灌溉预报及自动控制系统合理可行,对于粉砂壤土可以将灌水上限的土壤基质势设置为-8 kPa左右.  相似文献

The high grade gray water was pre treated by biologic contact oxidation on load of 0.72 KgBOD5·m-3·d-1, and then post treated by constructed wetland. On the basis of experiment, it was found that: Totle nitrogen (TN) was the restrictive index of the combinational technique. To meet the reclaimed water quality standard and reuse for waterscape, the peak hydraulic load of constructed wetland was 0.50 m·d-1 in summer (30~36 ℃), and 0.33 m·d-1 in winter (8~12 ℃). And the load ratio of the peak hydraulic under the summer and winter conditions was 3:2. With the experimental results and reclaimed water quantity requirements in different seasons of buildings, treatment scale can be determined.  相似文献

To address the problems of low carrying capacity and short life of bearings in current ring reducers, a new type of ring reducer is proposed which consists of a two stepped transmission. One is a planetary transmission, and the other is an N type planetary transmission with a low tooth number difference. Based on the analysis of structural features, the transmission principle, and a transmission load situation, a contact finite element model of the new type of ring reducer is set up, and the stress value and the actual pairs of meshing teeth are derived by calculation. Based on gear modification research theory, the second stage transmission gear pairs of the new reducer are modified on its teeth profiles. Results demonstrate that the load capacity of transmission gear pairs have been enhanced greatly.  相似文献

The climate has a great impact on highway bridge rubber bearings than on building rubber bearings. In order to study the change of the mechanical properties during the life of the plain chloroprene rubber bearings of highway bridge under freeze-thaw cycle condition, the plain chloroprene rubber bearings were processed 25, 50, 75, 100 times by freeze-thaw cycle in the standard freeze-thaw chamber, then the axial compression tests were carried. The changes of the performance indicators in the bearing capacity , the ultimate compressive strength, vertical stiffness, elastic modulus under different freeze-thaw cycles were analyzed comparatively. The results show that the plain chloroprene rubber bearings are more prone to brittle failure after the freeze-thaw cycle, and the failure phenomena of steel plate exposing or cracks is more serious than the phenomena of the standard specimen. With the increase of the number of freeze-thaw cycle, the ultimate bearing capacity, ultimate compressive strength and compressive elastic modulus of the plain chloroprene rubber bearings decrease. The attenuation formula and decay curve in 50 years of ultimate compressive strength and elastic modulus of compression are analyzed by least square method, the trends of change are both in line with the exponential function. The mechanical properties of plain chloroprene rubber bearings of highway bridge significantly decreased under freeze-thaw cycle condition. therefore, the temperature ranges of plain chloroprene rubber bearings of highway bridge should be strictly controlled, and some suggestions, such as increasing its minimum applicable temperature, usng the natural rubber bearings as much as possible in cold regions, have been given.  相似文献

粘结性能退化是导致锈蚀钢筋混凝土构件力学性能下降的主要因素之一,基于锈蚀构件粘结性能实验研究成果与内聚力模型,建立了有厚度的双线性内聚力单元与分离式钢筋混凝土梁分析模型,引入粘结界面层,研究了粘结性能退化对锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁抗弯刚度的影响。结果表明,双线性内聚力单元可以有效模拟钢筋与混凝土之间的粘结机制,而根据锈蚀深度确定的有厚度的粘结单元能合理描述锈蚀程度对粘结性能的影响。数值分析结果与实验及经验公式对比,表明了文中方法的有效性和合理性。  相似文献

The contact number is an important mathematical tool of systems theory and methods in the monograph Set Pair Analysis and Its Preliminary Applications written by Zhao Keqin for unitizedly processing the uncertainties due to the fuzzy, stochastic, intermediate and information uncomplete about something. In earlier calculation models,the stiffness centers in frame-shear wall structures have been located by the structural torsion stiffness.However,the results are illogical owing to the difference between the distortion character and the shears distribute mechanism of the frames and shear walls.In this paper,a new formula for calculating story stiffness is introduced,which can consider the stiffness of the frames and shear walls at the same time.The structural stiffness centers,the torsion eccentric distances and torsion effect are calculated,and the stiffness of elements is considered also.It is shown that the concept of the presented stiffness model is clear and the results are reasonable,which can be used to calculate the appreciative torsion effect.  相似文献
