明渠测流及量水槽精度的鉴定

水的逐步商品化要求供水计量精度得到保证，特别是大流量的农业灌溉或工业供水尤显重要。大水港灌溉工程高干渠渠首无喉道量水槽的量水精度，采用明渠测流法进行精度鉴定，并在定量定性的基础上，评定量水槽的适用性。     

Transient stability simulation methods incorporating PMU measurements

Incorporating the PMU measurements information in transient stability simulation can increase computing speed and enhance accuracy in the time domain simulation. Based on the conventional alternating iteration technique, this paper presents two simulation methods combined with the PMU measurements information, in which the number of differential algebraic equations is reduced and so is the computational scale. The proposed methods have been tested and compared with the conventional method using the New England 10 machine 39 bus system and IEEE 50 machine 145 bus system. The cases with errors of the dynamic model parameter and PMU have been also simulated and discussed. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the presented methods.     

烘炉温度无线检测系统设计

提出了一种检测烘炉温度的无线数字检测系统.该系统将无线收发模块nRF905与单片机系统相结合,实现无线温度检测,其也适用于其他领域设备的温度无线测量.     

回归分析法在累积流量测量中的应用

在非定点使用标准表的标准装置中,进行累积流量的测量时要用到流量计的仪表系数。通过实例计算介绍了另一种求得仪表系数的方法,即回归分析法。利用这种方法求得的流量计的仪表系数,由于减少了人为的误差,因此,大大提高了计算整个累积流量测量过程总液量的准确度,同时提高了工作效率。

本文叙述了高等级公路建设过程中测量监理工程师的职责、作用、应具备的素质，说明了测量监理的工作流程，具有参考价值。     

基于IPCC法大兴安岭兴安落叶松人工林碳计量参数研究

【目的】碳计量参数的研究对科学评价大兴安岭林区森林碳汇功能和价值以及合理制定应对全球气候变化策略具有十分重要意义。【方法】本文以内蒙古大兴安岭地区兴安落叶松人工林为研究对象,利用NPP方法对不同林龄的兴安落叶松人工林生物量碳储量进行测定,依据联合国政府间气候变化专门委员会(IPCC)发布的指南方法,计算兴安落叶松人工林的碳计量参数,并与IPCC提供的生物量碳计量参数进行差异分析,并分析实测碳计量参数与林龄、胸径、林分密度等易测因子的相关性,对比分析NPP法实测碳储量与IPCC法获得碳储量之间的差异。【结果】(1)碳计量参数中除根茎比(R)外,其他的碳计量参数的实测值均大于IPCC缺省值;(2)碳计量参数生物量转化与扩展因子(BCEF)、生物量扩展因子(BEF)和木材基本密度(WD)随林龄、及胸径呈负相关,R则是一个相对稳定的数值。【结论】IPCC指南所给出的生物量碳计量参数值会随着林龄、立地条件、林种等因素发生改变。通过与NPP法计算出来的碳储量对比发现两种方法计算的碳储量差异较大。本研究为进一步校正IPCC中的碳计量参数以及森林碳储量的准确估算提供基础数据。     

All-around 3D plant modeling system using multiple images and its composition

In this study, we developed an all-around 3D plant modeling system that operates using images and is capable of measuring plants non-destructively without any contact. During the fabrication of this device, we selected a method capable of performing 3D model reconstruction from multiple images. We then developed an improved SfM-MVS (Structure from Motion / Multi-View-Stereo) method that enables 3D reconstruction by simply capturing images with a camera. The resulting image-based method offers a high degree of freedom because the hardware and software can comprise commercially available products, and it permits the use of one or more cameras according to the shape and size of the plant. The advantages of the image-based method are that 3D reconstruction can be conducted at any time as long as the images are already taken, and that the desired locations can be observed, measured, and analyzed from 2D images and a 3D point cloud. The device we developed is capable of 3D measurements and modeling of plants from a few millimeters to 2.4 m of height using this method. This article explains this device, the principles of its composition, and the accuracy of the models obtained from it.     

Virtual Sound Intensity Analyzer

The Virtual Sound Intensity Analyzer is a new instrument which has more advantages than the traditional Sound Analyzer. This Analyzer is based on fast Fourie transformation and virtual instrument technique.As an application, combining software and hardware, all kinds of weight noise sound level measurement and real-time noise octave analyzes realized synchronously. The design method has been introduced from three ways, which includes hardware, software and panel. An applied example and error analyze of Virtual Sound Intensity Analyzer are given.This Analyzer is low cost, small volume. and it is also easy to operate. It can be widely used in actual applications.     

Research on Indoor CO2 Density in Chongqing Commercial Buildings

The density of indoor CO 2 is an important value for newly_built commercial buildings. It affects comercial buildings in two aspects, one is the indoor air_quality, the other is the consumption of energy. The aim of design is to keep good indoor air_quality and using little ventilation. The authors measure a typical department store and analyze the measurement. The conclusion as well as the opinion is given, which argues for improving the efficiency of new_wind.
