在经济技术水平欠发达的农村,寻找可行的废水处理解决方案是一项挑战。城市好氧污水处理厂的建设,运营和维护成本高,并不适合农村。厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)具有结构简单、易于制造、固体生物截留能力强、污泥产量低、抗冲击负荷能力高、对有机物处理效果好、运行成本低等特点,非常适合农村分散污水处理。介绍了ABR反应器的发展与改进,综述了温度、pH、进水有机物浓度、水力停留时间、反应器启动、冲击负荷等因素对ABR处理效果的影响,分析了ABR反应器适宜的污水浓度范围以及在农村应用的可行性,介绍了基于ABR的组合工艺。  相似文献

ABR处理垃圾渗滤液及其颗粒污泥的研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
利用ABR-HBR工艺对广州大田山垃圾渗滤液生物处理系统进行改造。结果表明,ABR可有效提高垃圾渗滤液的可降解性,进水BOD5/COD为0.1时,出水BOD5/COD值提高到0.3左右。通过控制回流比在ABR中实现良好的厌氧氨氧化功能,当进水氨氮浓度为427-543 mg/L时,出水氨氮浓度降至315-443 mg/L,氨氮的去除率达25%;利用探针对ABR厌氧污泥进行原位杂交,结果显示,ABR厌氧污泥中有大量氨氧化细菌。工程运行240 d后,在ABR中观察到厌氧颗粒污泥,颗粒污泥的产甲烷活性较同格中絮状污泥提高82.2%。ABR各格中颗粒污泥的粒径大小存在差异,中间格中的颗粒污泥粒径较大,平均为1.20 mm,两端格中颗粒污泥的粒径平均为1.02 mm。  相似文献

Sound generated by a payao, an anchored bamboo fish aggregating device, is believed to be attractive to fish; but until now, there is no available record of payao-generated sound. This study presents payao-generated sound recorded by a hydrophone at water depths of 5, 10 and 15 m from a fixed distance of 3 m relative to the payao, and compares the sound with the auditory sensitivity of jack mackerel Trachurus japonicus measured at discrete frequencies from 100 to 2000 Hz using the auditory brainstem response protocol. A consistent peak appeared in the sound spectrum at 49 Hz and showed an increasing sound pressure level with depth, which suggests that payao sound may come from the anchor rope. However, the contribution of the bamboo raft can not yet be discounted. The hearing threshold curve indicated that the most sensitive frequency range in jack mackerel is from 92.1 dB at 800 Hz to 111.0 dB at 200 Hz. These results show that the dominant frequency range of payao sound does not correspond with the high sensitivity frequency range of fish hearing.  相似文献

ABSTRACT:   The auditory brainstem response (ABR) of fishes is commonly measured by bringing the heads of the fishes out of the water in a small tank. However, this method is inapplicable to experiments for large fishes that are economically important in large spaces such as the sea or in a large tank. This paper describes a method of recording, the ABR for fishes in water, without exposing the fish heads to air, by using a waterproof, insulated electrode. To evaluate the effectiveness of this method, the goldfish Carassius auratus was investigated, and the ABR waveform and auditory thresholds measured in water were compared with those measured on the surface. Both ABR waveforms and auditory thresholds showed similar trends between the two methods. The underwater ABR method is useful to measure the auditory thresholds of larger fish in natural or on-site environments such as the sea, net enclosures and large aquaria in which precise positioning of the fish is not possible. However, more improvement is needed to apply this method to large fishes.  相似文献
