研究了苍耳提取物和合果芋(白蝴蝶)提取物以及常用天然药剂机油乳剂和 0. 3 %印楝素乳油对桃蚜和萝卜蚜实验种群的影响,两种提取物和药剂对桃蚜一龄若蚜的影响依次为: 0 3 % 印楝素乳油 (2 000×) >苍耳提取物(DW 0 04g·mL-1 ) >机油乳剂(400 ×) >白蝴蝶提取物(DW 0 04g·mL-1 ),对萝卜蚜一龄若蚜的影响依次为: 0. 3 %印楝素乳油(2 000×) >机油乳剂 ( 400×) >苍耳提取物 (DW 0. 04g·mL-1 ) >白蝴蝶提取物(DW 0. 04g·mL-1 );苍耳提取物对萝卜蚜实验种群有明显干扰控制作用,处理后萝卜蚜下代的种群增长量仅为对照的 24. 9 %;此外,苍耳提取物可延缓桃蚜和萝卜蚜的生长发育进程,使发育历期延长,对桃蚜的作用效果比对萝卜蚜的作用效果强;白蝴蝶提取物对萝卜蚜的实验种群也有一定的干扰作用,并可延长桃蚜的发育历期。 相似文献

In silvopasture system, the coexistence of eucalyptus seedlings with other species may result in growth reduction, especially during eucalyptus early development.Therefore, studies elucidating how forage species affect the eucalyptus growth can provide important information for their rational management aiming to obtain the maximum gain of the system. The aim of this work was to evaluate the effect of increasing densities of Urochloa brizantha cv.Marandu in the early development of Eucalyptus urograndis. An experiment was conducted in 20 L pots, in an open and semi-controlled area, during 90 days after planting of eucalyptus. A completely randomized design with four replications was used, in a 6 9 7 factorial system, meaning six evaluation periods and seven densities of U. brizantha: 0(control), 22, 33, 44, 67, 89 and111 plants m-2. Fortnightly, eucalyptus height, stem diameter and chlorophyll fluorescence(Fv/Fm) were evaluated. At the end of experimental period, the net assimilation rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of eucalyptus plants were determined, in addition to the dry matter of eucalyptus(leaves and stem) and U. brizantha (leaves). In coexistence with 111 plants m-2, eucalyptus had reduction of 63.9% on total dry matter and 72.7% on leaf area, compared to the control. From the density of22 plants m-2, U. brizantha negatively interfere significantly the growth of E. urograndis. Up to 8 plants m-2 there are no reductions greater than 5% in eucalyptus height and stem diameter. 相似文献

[目的]探讨干扰格局下额济纳天然胡杨林生态用水的机理。[方法]分别在额济纳绿洲七道桥、二道桥和戈壁滩设立试验点,根据不同地形、不同林型、不同林龄等设固定样地,用土钻取不同土层深度的土样,用CMP管状土壤水分仪测量不同深度土壤含水量,研究干扰格局下胡杨林生态用水机理。[结果]随着土壤深度的增加,土壤含水量逐渐增加,且不同深度内不同样地的变化趋势都不同;小径级胡杨林与大径级胡杨林土壤含水量相对较高,而中径级胡杨林的土壤含水量相对较低;苦豆子-胡杨林土壤含水量明显高于沙枣-胡杨林土壤含水量;土壤含水量随时间有逐年下降的趋势,全球气候变化影响下,胡杨的生存环境越来越严峻。[结论]该研究为今后额济纳绿洲胡杨林的恢复与保护以及该区域的可持续发展提供了科学依据。 相似文献

Organisms at higher trophic levels often face a disproportionate risk of local or regional extinction, while at the same time many ecosystems are being invaded by non-native predators. Global environmental change fosters both processes, further altering predator biodiversity. Thus, there has been growing interest in how predator species richness impacts ecosystem functioning. Manipulative experiments have revealed that complementarity and sampling effects, two mechanisms commonly found to underlie diversity effects at other trophic levels, also commonly impact the relationship between predator diversity and prey suppression. Intraguild predation and non-consumptive (behaviorally-mediated) effects on prey, two mechanisms without direct analogs among plants, also strongly impact predator-diversity effects. Predator diversity studies are particularly relevant to conservation because they focus on the trophic group that is most prone to extinction, and because they nearly always measure diversity effects that span several trophic levels. Predator invasions may partly offset species-richness losses to extinction, but because invasive predators typically reach much higher densities and exert stronger impacts on prey than do native species, and because they also displace ecologically-similar native predators, invasion is likely to disrupt natural predator function. A framework for predicting which predator-diversity mechanisms are likely to operate in a given community, and experiments that span more realistic spatiotemporal scales and include large vertebrate predators, are needed to improve the relevance of predator-diversity experiments to conservation decision-making in the future. 相似文献

为了构建高效的靶向山羊PHGPx基因的干扰质粒,并在山羊共培养生精细胞中验证其抑制效应,利用Am-bion在线软件设计4对针对山羊PHGPx有潜在干扰效果的siRNA,体外退火后形成具有发夹结构的shRNA,将其与线性化的pGPU6/GFP/Neo载体相连形成质粒,然后经Pst I和BamH I酶切和测序鉴定;利用脂质体将其转染到体外共培养生精细胞中,用RT-PCR和Western印迹方法检测其PHGPx基因的抑制效应。结果表明:经Pst I和BamH I酶切和测序确定了150、182、214和248共4种pGPU6/GFP/Neo-PHGPx-shRNA的阳性克隆质粒;Lipo-fectamine 2000TM脂质体瞬时转染的共培养生精细胞的Real-time PCR结果表明,pGPU6/GFP/Neo-PHGPx-150、214和248质粒能够显著降低共培养细胞PHGPx mRNA的表达,蛋白免疫印迹结果图像分析免疫条带的平均光密度结果表明,pGPU6/GFP/Neo-PHGPx-214质粒极显著降低了共培养生精细胞PHGPx蛋白表达(P<0.01)。pG-PU6/GFP/Neo-PHGPx-shRNA质粒载体构建成功,pGPU6/GFP/Neo-PHGPx-214质粒瞬时转染共培养生精细胞后可以明显抑制PHGPx基因表达,可用于进一步PHGPx基因功能的研究。 相似文献
