应用固定床-固化细胞流化床耦合工艺处理某乡镇园区综合废水,考察了其对CODCr、BOD5、NH3-N和SS的去除效果及影响因素。结果表明,该耦合工艺对乡镇园区综合废水具有良好的处理效果,稳定运行后,CODCr、BOD5、NH3-N和SS的平均去除率能达到92.2%、88.9%、91%和92.1%。出水水质可以稳定达到《天津市污水排放综合标准》(DB12/356—2008)中二级标准。试验系统结构简单,运行可靠,为乡镇园区综合废水的深度达标处理提供了一种稳定、简便和经济的解决方案。 相似文献

我国干法厌氧发酵技术仍然处于试验示范阶段,尤其是连续式干法厌氧发酵技术仍停留在实验室小试阶段。针对上述问题,基于螺旋输送和真空负压出料原理,研究了横推流式连续厌氧干法发酵装置设计方法,并试制1套有效容积180 L的中试设备。该平台主要由螺旋进料、干法厌氧发酵、负压出料、气体净化收集、固液分离、在线控制等单元组成。在牛粪与玉米秸秆干物质混合质量比为3∶1、接种量30%、混合原料总固形物质量分数20%的条件下,分3个阶段启动和调试中试平台,整个调试过程共持续103 d。第1阶段,反应器在室温下运行33 d,平均容积产气率为0.17 m~3/(m~3·d);第2阶段,提升反应器温度至中温38℃,反应器平均容积产气率升至0.25 m~3/(m~3·d)左右,但pH值有明显降低,且沼气中甲烷含量降低;反应器运行68 d后进入第3阶段,通过添加沼液提高接种量,之后反应器的容积产气率快速升高,最高可达0.58 m~3/(m~3·d),此阶段中试装置平均容积产气率为0.48 m~3/(m~3·d),甲烷质量分数稳定在56%左右,混合原料的干物质降解率达到48%以上。结果表明,该横推流式连续厌氧干法发酵平台可实现固体物料的连续进出料和稳定连续产气,达到了设计要求。 相似文献

Abstract. We report on a study aimed at assessing improvements in soil structure that developed when a reduced ground-pressure traffic system was introduced onto grassland previously compacted by conventional machinery traffic, and when a zero traffic system was introduced on land previously under a reduced ground-pressure system. Increases in the volume, average size, and number of macropores, measured by image analysis, together with decreases in vane shear strength indicated structural improvement in soil under the substitute traffic systems relative to the same soil in the original systems. A smaller content of organic matter in the soil of the substitute systems than in the original systems was attributed to improved aeration and greater earthworm activity in the former. 相似文献

通过樟子松、柳桉、山毛榉制成的椭圆榫接合的极限抗拔试验,发现椭圆形榫头宽度与其对应的榫眼长度的过盈配合中,这三种木材在平衡含水率14.0%时的最佳过盈配合量分别为0.80、0.47和0.26mm.在此基础上,进一步探讨最佳过盈配合量与木材密度的相关性,得到其回归拟合曲线近似为指数函数y=6.874e-4.604x. 相似文献

The complexity of the equine skull makes the temporomandibular joint a difficult area to evaluate radiographically. The goal of this study was to determine the optimal angle for a complementary radiographic projection of the equine temporomandibular joint based on a computed tomography (CT) cadaver study. CT was performed on six equine cadaver heads of horses that were euthanized for other reasons than temporomandibular joint disease. After the CT examination, 3D reconstruction of the equine skull was performed to subjectively determine the angle for a complementary radiographic projection of the temporomandibular joint. The angle was measured on the left and right temporomandibular joint of each head. Based on the measurements obtained from the CT images, a radiographic projection of the temporomandibular joint in a rostral45°ventral-caudodorsal oblique (R45°V-CdDO) direction was developed by placing the X-ray unit 30° laterally, maintaining at the same time the R45°V-CdDO angle (R45°V30°L-CdDLO). This radiographic projection was applied to all cadaver heads and on six live horses. In three of the live horses abnormal findings associated with the temporomandibular joint were detected. We conclude that this new radiographic projection of the temporomandibular joint provides superior visualization of the temporomandibular joint space and the articular surface of the mandibular condyle. 相似文献

Difficulty in opening the mouth and malocclusion were associated with trauma and fracture around the zygomatic arch and the condyle of the mandible after an automobile accident. Unilateral condylectomy or aggressive caudal mandibulectomy was performed to improve quality of life. Excision arthroplasty of the temporomandibular joint improved mandibular function and appearance. Mucopolysaccharidosis type VI (MPS VI), a lysosomal storage disease, is one of the more prevalent inherited diseases in cats and is commonly found in cats with Siamese ancestry. The prevalence of 2 known MPS VI mutations in cats was investigated in 101 clinically normal Siamese cats, in 2 cats with clinical signs of MPS VI, and in 202 cats from 4 research colonies. The mutation L476P which causes a severe clinical phenotype, was present on both alleles in the known MPS VI cats from Italy and North America and was present in all research colonies that originated from North America. However, LA76P was not detected in the Siamese population screened. In contrast, the mutation D520N, which causes a mild clinical phenotype, was identified in 23 of 202 (11.4%) alleles tested in Siamese cats from 3 continents, 2 of which were homozygous for D520N. Thus, the D520N mutation was widespread, and it is likely that cats inheriting both mutations (LA76P/D520N compound heterozygotes) would be in the general Siamese population, particularly in North America.
