Spatial-temporal Patterns of Land-use Change in Typical Transect Area Along China National Highway 106 During 1996-2008

Based on land-use database updated with the survey of 1996, 2000, 2004 and 2008, this paper analyzed the land-use changes in the typical transect area along National Highway 106 with the aid of GIS technology and quantitative models. The results showed that arable land had been continuously decreased from 1996 to 2008, with a loss of 65.85× 10^3 hm2 and an average decrement of 5.49×10^3 hm^2 per year, and the loss in northern areas was larger; garden land and woodland were gradually centralized to the predominance area with an increment of 25.73×10^3 hm2 and 22.37×10^3 hm2, respectively; residential and industrial land increased year after year, and the transportation land showed the equalized developing spatial pattern; the increment of construction land and encroachment on arable land in the area were deeply influenced by the national macroscopic land-use policies, the rapid advance of urbanization and the development level of the regional economy. Through this case study, it is suggested that differential land- use policies should be adopted to create good environmental conditions to guarantee food security and to promote the economic development.     

Failure criterion for timber beams loaded in bending,compression and shear

Abstract

Based on the elastic–plastic strength calculation, necessary for precise data explanation, a derivation is given of the failure criterion for combined bending, compression and shear. This exact limit state criterion should replace the unacceptable unsafe criteria of Eurocode 5 (EN 1995-1-1:2004). It is shown that the principle used thus far, of limited “flow” in axial compression as a determining failure criterion, for example, predicting no influence of a size effect, does not hold. Instead, it is derived and confirmed by the data that bending tension failure is always determining, showing the existence of a size effect, and correction of the existing calculation method is therefore necessary. Because of the primary importance of the size effect for the strengths, also for combined bending–compression, a simple derivation of the size effect design equations is given and discussed in an appendix.

平房仓在我国粮食仓储中仍占有十分重要的位置。本文对目前平房仓建设中存在的占地面积大，进出仓作业难的问题，提出了自己的独到的见解。     

Reclamation of saline‐sodic soil under a rice–wheat system by horizontal surface flushing

Saline sodic soil with a high content of soluble carbonates is one of the important agricultural soils on the Central Indo‐Gangetic plains and elsewhere. Conventional reclamation procedures using gypsum application followed by vertical leaching (GC) is uneconomic; high ECe and precipitation of applied gypsum, reacting with soluble carbonates, reduce the efficacy of gypsum in these soils. This paper reports results from a project designed to evaluate reclamation by irrigation of the ploughed soil and turning of soil with a power tiller followed by flushing of standing water after 24 h, a second flushing after 7 days and subsequent application of gypsum and vertical leaching (GF2). Average rice and wheat production after GF2 significantly increased (25 and 62%, respectively) over the conventional practice. Compared with conventional treatment, GF2 significantly reduced the ECe and SAR of the soil and improved physical properties such as ζ‐potential, dispersible clay content, water stable aggregates expressed as MWD, and saturated hydraulic conductivity. Split application of gypsum between flushing (GF1/2 and GF2/3) gave similar results to GF2 in terms of soil amelioration and crop production.     

大棚畦床栽培蘑菇高产的实践与体会

根据一定规模的实践，研究总结出一套成功的大棚畦床栽培蘑茹高产高效技术，具体介绍了大棚构建、畦床制作、堆料配制、适宜播期、优良品种、营养液、相对湿度、棚温和料温管理等的操作关键。文中还就适宜播期、种植方式、保湿越冬和适时补充营养液等关键技术进行了讨论。     

Evaluation of Joint Toxicity of Enrofloxacin and Three Antimicrobials on MRC-5 Cells

The aim of this study was to evaluate the combined toxicity of enrofloxacin with each of three antimicrobials (ciprofloxacin,florfenicol and sulfamethazine).MRC-5 cells were used as a cell model to simulate the damage of lung cells caused by mixed contamination of antimicrobials.Multiple concentration gradients and mixing ratios were set.CCK-8 method was used to determine the inhibition rate of cell growth caused by four antimicrobials and the inhibition rate of cell growth caused by enofloxacin mixed with three antimicrobials,respectively.Then Chou-Talalay method was used to fit the median effect plot and to calculate the combination index (CI) value.The results showed that the growth inhibition rates of MCR-5 cells caused by four single drugs went up in a step-like manner with the increase of drug concentration in the tested concentration range,among them,the growth inhibitory rate of MCR-5 cells by florfenicol was low (<4.5%).The combined toxicity of the three binary combinations showed a concentration-dependent and mixing-ratio dependence.Mixing enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin showed synergistic toxicity (CI<1) on MRC-5 cells at high and middle concentration groups,and antagonistic toxicity (CI>1) at the very-low-concentration groups.Mixing ciprofloxacin and florfenicol mainly showed an inhibited toxicity (CI>1).Binary combination enrofloxacin and sulfamethazine might present either a synergistic joint toxicity (CI<1) or an antagonistic joint toxicity (CI>1) as the concentration and mixing ratio changing.This study showed that it was necessary to assess the combined toxicity of antimicrobials in the toxicity evaluation of antimicrobials.Using Chou-Talalay method,the joint toxicity of multiple antimicrobials could be quickly and efficiently determined at cellular level.     

实木家具斜角榫接合方式的改进与应用

榫接合是传统家具的主要结构方式,也是现代实木家具的基本结构方式。榫接合设计作为家具结构设计的重要组成部分,不论是在过去、现在,还是将来,都将起到独特的作用。在木家具结构设计中,特别是具有中国传统家具风格的实木家具结构设计中,木框角部斜角榫接合强度是人们既关注的问题。本文对传统的木框角部斜角榫接合形式和改进后的4种易于机械加工的斜角榫接合形式进行了分析,认为经过改进的斜角榫接合形式完全能应用于现代实木家具结构设计。     

地下连续墙施工探讨

随着各种地下工程的增多,地下连续墙的使用也越来越普及。地连墙施工难度较大,施工过程中对垂直度、护壁、防渗等要求相当高。通过对以往大量地连墙工程的经验总结,对导墙、泥浆护壁、成槽、钢筋笼吊装、混凝土浇筑、接头施工等方面做了简要阐述。只有充分了解每个施工步骤、抓好每个细节,才能保证施工的安全和质量。     

真空堆载联合预压法在某工程中的应用分析

本文通过对某工程孔隙水压力及水平位移资料的观测，分析了通过真空一堆载联合预压法加固软上地基，土颗粒所受侧压力、渗流力、抗剪力的变化，揭示了真空一堆载联合预压法在地基水平位移方面的相互作用．以及地下水位的变化对其加固效果的影响。
