粉垄助撑粮食和环境安全拓宽生存与发展空间的探讨

①介绍一种具有全球意义的高效农耕新方法——粉垄活土增粮生态技术;粉垄机深垦深松整地,耕深可达到30～50 cm,比拖拉机耕作加深1倍,破解难以深耕又深松、土壤保持当季和多季疏松的世界农耕难题;18省20种作物上应用,证明零增施化肥能增产10％～30％,品质提升5％以上,贮水增加100％;多季持续增产,旱地作物高的第二至四年增幅达32.57％～38.2％;水稻一至六季的净效益平均每季增加21.82％;每产出100kg粮食其化肥使用量比传统耕作减少0.35～4.29 kg,减幅10.81％～30.99％.(②探讨提出粉垄对土壤养分、水分、氧气和光能等“天地资源”的最大化友好利用,具有可持续性、永久性,函盖多领域、多功能的“大科学”、“大技术”发展潜能;③提出如全国推广0.67亿hm2,可新增0.1亿～0.13亿hm2耕地生产能力、节省化肥500万t、增存农业用水300亿m3,增产粮食可养活2亿～3亿人.     

Nuclear Factor-κB Inhibitor as a Preventive Factor of Digital Hypothermia Induced by Lipopolysaccharide in Horses

Although the mechanism of development of equine laminitis is unclear, involvement of endotoxemia has been proposed. Endotoxemia is one of the described pathways for laminitis but not the only one. Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) promotes the release of vasoconstrictors from platelets and endothelium through the activation of nuclear factor (NF)-κB in these cells. The vasoconstrictors induced by LPS may cause digital hypothermia with vasoconstriction and local ischemia, contributing to the development of laminitis. In the present study, we evaluated beneficial effect of NF-κB inhibition on digital hypothermia induced by LPS in adult horses. To generate a model for the local ischemia below the pastern, LPS was infused to the palmar lateral digital vein. As an index of blood circulation, hoof wall surface temperature (HWST) was measured. LPS infusion reduced HWST time dependently; however, the reduction of HWST was significantly prevented by pretreatment of a NF-κB inhibitor, IMD-0354. Our results clearly demonstrated that the inhibition of NF-κB prevented the digital hypothermia induced by LPS, suggesting that the NF-κB inhibitor might have a therapeutic effect on laminitis associated with endotoxemic conditions in horses.     

浅谈钢筋混凝土结构含钢量的控制措施

根据实际工程经验,简单阐述了控制钢筋混凝土结构含钢量的一些措施,重点强调了设计中应注意：地下室底板的最小配筋率;剪力墙的配筋率应根据结构高度和规则性合理调整;框架柱外围箍筋和内部箍筋可采用不同级别钢筋及楼板厚度和钢筋等级的合理选择等问题。     

挡土墙设计与增加稳定性的方法

随着公路及城市道路的建设,城市中大量建筑物与楼房的建设,挡土墙的应用已经非常广泛,而对这些地区边坡支挡结构物的设计与研究,对保证建筑物的安全,减少危害等具有重要的意义。本文简要论述广泛应用于现代工程建设中的挡土墙的各种类型及要点,并讨论挡土墙设计及工程应用中的问题。     

无界公园，无限景观——广州起义烈士陵园拆围透绿整治工程

公园拆围透绿是城市绿地升级改造的重要组成部分。以广州起义烈士陵园拆围透绿整治工程为例，说明拆围要面临和解决的系列问题，如建筑物、市政管线、景观及植物、配套工程及措施等，并对拆围工程实施的意义、功能风格协调等方面进行了初步探索。     

山西省森林涵养水源价值核算

从拦蓄降水、增加地表有效水量、改善水质、削减洪水、改善小气候等方面介绍了森林涵养水源的量化研究方法,并运用替代工程法的原理对山西省森林涵养水源价值进行了核算。结果表明：山西省森林土壤总蓄水能力为1.63×109m3,拦蓄降水价值为322.84×108元,增加地表有效水量的价值为25.8×108元,净化水质的价值评估为47.78×108元,森林涵养水源总价值396.42×108元。     

A DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF UNSYMMETRICAL FRAMEWALL STRUCTURE

The frame-wall structure is good both in operational performance and mechanical property. In this paper, the shear-wall is considered as a cantilever thin-wall member, and the frame as a multistoreyed shear model. The theory of structural matrix is used to get a series of stiffness matrix formulas of theunsymmetrical framewall structure. The Largrange equation is used to get dynamic equation of the structure in the form of matrix. At last a 43 storeyed model of unsymmetrical frame-wall structure is calculated, the result is close to the test.     

Discussion on Water Supply Installation with One Household One Water Meter

Along with the development of commodity economy, the charge way as to record water meters in turns is no more received by the people. It is an important reform in tap water charge system to introduce "one household one water meter" supported by the people. In this paper, several methods of "one household one water meter" installation and water meter level position installation form in details are introduced.A detailed analysis on its development trends and direction is carried out and it is pointed out that the "one household one water meter" installation will develop toward exposed wall and water meter room type level position installation. Finally, the charge way of IC card (TM Card) type and tele-metering water meter computer metering will be applied. This paper analyzes the hydraulic computation of "one household one water meter" and provides the hydraulic condition of "one household one water meter" installation.     

Design of the Modern Embankment

This paper introduces the features of the modern shore structure-the tied buttressed retaining wall without bottom between buttresses. The design specification, main point of design and calculation procedure for the structure is discussed.
