安溪茶园冰雹灾害灾后救护技术专报

根据安溪县感德、桃舟、剑斗、祥华等4个乡镇茶园冰雹灾害的不同茶树种植区域、茶园类型、受害程度及气象条件等具体情况,有针对性地采取及时清雹松土、分类整枝修剪、分期施用肥料和病害防范等救护技术措施,确保茶树成活,减少灾害造成的损失。     

Premature luteal regression in a pregnant mare and subsequent pregnancy maintenance with the use of oral altrenogest

Premature luteal demise or luteal insufficiency is not well characterised as a cause of pregnancy loss in domestic species, including horses. In this report, a mare inseminated with cooled‐transported semen at our facility returned for a routine pregnancy diagnosis at 15 days post ovulation. Ultrasonography per rectum revealed endometrial oedema and the absence of visual indication of a corpus luteum on either ovary. Nonetheless, an embryonic vesicle small for the gestational age was identified. Daily oral altrenogest treatment was implemented immediately. Serum progesterone concentration was 0.67 ng/ml, which is below the threshold considered adequate for pregnancy maintenance in the mare. Examinations were repeated at 17, 25, 30, 39, 49, 72 and 120 days post ovulation. At 25 days post ovulation the embryonic vesicle presented normal development for the gestational age. In addition, sequential blood samples were collected to measure progesterone, equine chorionic gonadotrophin and oestrone sulphate concentrations. Although progesterone concentration did not exceed 2 ng/ml until 72 days post ovulation, all other results were unremarkable and a healthy filly was born uneventfully at 344 days post ovulation.

Deductive Models of Concentration Field for Locating the Death in Mine and Its Application

Based on the idea of locating the death in the collapsed area of mine by the gas released from the organism decomposition proposed by the authors, this paper presents the Least Multiply Square (LMS) model for the location and develops two kinds of ANN models for the locating computation. The results of the organism decomposition experiment indicates that the Back Propagation (BP) is better for locating the death in mine. Above works are set up the foundation of the theoretical analysis and the technical development for locating the death by analyzing the concentration distribution of the marker gas, mercaptans, in mine. Based on the technology developed, the period, for the rescue team members staying in that risk area, can be shorten. The rescue work achieve a step forward for more reasonable, feasible and efficient.     

不同盐胁迫对高羊茅种子萌发的影响

用不同浓度的NaCl,Na2CO3,Na2SO4 ,NaCl和Na2CO3 的混合液以及NaCl、Na2CO3和Na2SO4的混合液分别处理高羊茅（Festuca arundinacea）种子,研究不同盐分胁迫对高羊茅种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数以及幼苗根长和苗高的影响。结果表明,低浓度盐处理对高羊茅种子的萌发影响不大,高浓度盐处理显著抑制了种子的萌发。随着盐浓度的升高,高羊茅种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数均呈下降趋势,且对幼苗生长和幼根生长的抑制作用加强。高羊茅种子对不同类型盐的耐受性各异,不同盐分对种子萌发的抑制程度为Na2SO4<混合盐(NaCl+Na2CO3+Na2SO4)相似文献   

Mechlorethamine, procarbazine and prednisone for the treatment of resistant lymphoma in dogs

Forty-one dogs with resistant lymphoma were treated with a modified MOPP (mechlorethamine, vincristine, procarbazine and prednisone) protocol (MPP [mechlorethamine, procarbazine and prednisone] administered on a 21-day cycle, shortened from the 28-day MOPP cycle). The overall response rate to MPP was 34% for a median of 56 days (95% confidence interval 30–238). Seventeen percent of dogs had a complete response for a median duration of 238 days, 17% had a partial response for a median of 56 days and 32% had stable disease for a median of 24 days. Histological grade or cell morphology on cytology was associated with response. Minimal toxicity was observed with the MPP protocol, suggesting that further dose intensification or addition of another chemotherapeutic agent would be possible.     

高校图书馆处置意外损伤问题初探

探讨高校图书馆应提高应急处置意外损伤事件的责任意识和能力。应充分认识到图书馆等公共活动场所的各类意外伤害实施救援负有不可推卸的道义责任和法律义务,高校图书馆必须建立健全应急救助的相关制度,形成有效机制,并加强相关的常识教育和技能培训。     

以异源四倍体体细胞杂种为父本与二倍体杂交创造柑橘三倍体的研究

 2001～2002连续两年, 以沙田柚、本地早橘、中秋橘、HB柚、国庆4号温州蜜柑等二倍体品种为母本, 以NS (橘柚+无酸甜橙) 、NH (橘柚+ HB柚) 、SH (无酸甜橙+ HB柚) 、VM (伏令夏橙+橘橙) 、HD (甜橙+丹西橘) 等优良四倍体体细胞杂种的花粉授粉, 通过胚挽救技术获得再生植株。经细胞流式仪和染色体计数观察表明, 两年从10个授粉组合中共获得244株三倍体和10株四倍体。在这些三倍体中有147株来自沙田柚为母本的组合。目前已有172株三倍体和4株四倍体植株移栽成活。这些材料为进一步选育无核三倍体品种奠定了基础。     

Production of intergeneric hybrids between Brassica and Sinapis species by means of embryo rescue techniques

Reciprocal crosses were made to produce intergeneric hybrids among seven species of Brassica and three species of Sinapis with the aid of embryo rescue techniques. Ovule culture showed better responses in terms of hybrid plant development. Altogether, hybrids from 8 different combinations were obtained from the crosses between B. campestris var. trilocularis × S. turgida, B. campestris var. pekinensis × S. arvensis, S. arvensis × B. campestris var. pekinensis, B. oleracea var. alboglabra × S. alba, B. oleracea var. alboglabra × S. turgida, B. carinata × S. alba, B. carinata × S. arvensis, and B. carinata × S. turgida. Reciprocal crosses yielded no hybrid except in the combination of S. arvensis × B. campestris var. pekinensis. Among them hybrids from 6 combinations were established in the glass house. The hybridity of the plants was confirmed by morphological characters, pollen stainability, chromosome number and by isozyme analysis. Hybrids of four combinations out of six turned out as true hybrids, one as sesquidiploids and the another one as false hybrid plant.
